Overview

MI Data Collection Stage

You will learn about Meridiums Mechanical Integrity BestPractice and how it relates to Risk Based Inspection.You will access the Mechanical Integrity Dashboard andidentify assets due for RBI. You will view exiting Processand Design Data, Inspection History, and TM data.Finally, you will create a new RBI Component.

MI Degradation Mechanisms Review Stage

You will modify an RBI System by attaching a Reference

Document and linking existing Potential DegradationMechanisms and RBI Components to it.

MI Risk Assessment Stage

You will view access RBI Analysis results and view theassociated Consequence and Degradation MechanismEvaluations. You will create a new RBI Analysis andcomplete Consequence and Degradation MechanismEvaluations. You will calculate the Analysis, performsimulations, and set its State to Risk Completed.

MI Activi ty Planning & Execution Stage

You will view existing Tasks and Recommendations andthen create new RBI Recommendations. You willconsolidate and approve Recommendations and linkthem to existing Inspection Tasks. Finally, you willcreate a new Inspection Task and Full Inspection, andadd Thickness Measurements.

MI Activi ty Evaluation Stage

You will learn how to evergreen an RBI Analysis.
