Planning Commission Action
The Planning Commission recommends that the County Board adopt the attached Ordinance to rezone property known as 1901 N. Moore Street (RPC #16-019-005) from the “C-O” and “S-3A” Zoning Districts to the “C-O Rosslyn” Zoning District. (Vote: 13 – 0)
The Planning Commission recommends that the County Board adopt the attached Ordinance to approve an amendment to Site Plan #66 to allow for the construction of an approximately 423-unit, 27-story residential apartment building with ground-floor retail and above- and below-grade parking, with modifications of Zoning Ordinance requirements for additional density for achieving the goals of the Rosslyn Sector Plan, reduction in the number of required loading docks, residential and retail parking ratio reductions, reduction in required setbacks, density exclusions, and other modifications as necessary to achieve the proposed development plan, subject to the conditions of the ordinance. (Vote: 13 – 0)

C.M. Recommendation for County Board Action
