COVID GUIDELINES Riverside Unified School District and Ramona High School do not require masks for outdoor events, although mask-wearing is highly encouraged if sitting close together when social distancing is not possible. There is no requirement for proof of vaccination to attend this event. Mask are required when indoors.

PARKING There is no spectator parking on campus. Use the streets around campus and surrounding neighborhoods. Limited handicap parking in the lot north of the stadium – enter off Jefferson St. using the second driveway.

TICKETS & PROGRAMS General Admission. Tickets only available in-person on event day. Cash, Card, and Apple Pay accepted. $10 for Adults, $8 for Children 5-12, Seniors 65+, and Military with ID. Under 5 Free. Programs $5.

SPECTATOR COURTESY We understand the day can be long and quite warm, even in Southern California fall months, but be mindful of umbrella use in the stands, they may obstruct and distract others. Respect others’ viewing experience.

CONCESSIONS There will be food, drinks, and snacks available to all. Cash, Card, and Apple Pay accepted. **GRILLS AND OPEN FIRES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON CAMPUS OR IN THE PARKING LOTS**

RESTROOMS STADIUM – north end of stadium near concessions building. CAMPUS – several restrooms will be open around campus for bands during warmup. EVENT STAFF PARKING Stadium lot – Enter off Jefferson St. using the second driveway after the stadium at the corner of the park. BUS & TRUCK PARKING All band buses and trucks must enter off Jefferson St. Coming from Magnolia Ave., use the third driveway “Access Road” past the stadium and just after the park. Follow this road along the backside of campus to access parking areas. **THERE IS NO PARKING LOT ACCESS FROM MAGNOLIA AVE.** BAND ARRIVAL & CHECK IN After turning on the Access Road from Jefferson St. continue along the park. Buses will stop at Check In for Directors to receive packet with wristbands (1 chaperone wristband per 10 students). Chaperone wristbands allow entry for performance and backside seating. Front side seats require a Spectator Ticket. INSTRUMENT REPAIR JKEAA Music Services (Riverside, CA) will be available for on-site repairs at mobile trailer outside stadium. WARM UP COLORGUARDS – Use the park north of the stadium. Sound systems must point away from the stadium. BANDS – Anywhere throughout the campus. Allow 5-10 minutes for comfortable transit to the Band Gate. PROPS STORAGE Drop off at Band Gate prior to performance. Do not block entryway, and keep all items organized together. BAND STAGING All will enter and exit from Side Two back right corner of the field. BANDS – Move into track area behind endzone for entrance. Exit along front sideline inside track lanes. PITS – Enter by following outside track lanes along fence. Use inside track lanes along front side to exit. FIELD & HASH MARKS Astroturf with standard High School Hash Marks at 53’4” and 106’8” from the front sideline. Additionally, College Hash Marks at 60’ and 100’ from front sideline will be in yellow tape. ELECTRICAL POWER Available at the 50 front sideline. It is your responsibility to have any additional power sources.

FIRST AID Basic First Aid is available at the Band Gate, north end of the stadium. For emergencies call 911. STAFF VIEWING & SOUND MIXING Band Staff may sit directly in front of the pressbox for viewing during their group’s performance only, or anywhere else throughout the stadium. Only one person from each group may record the performance. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RECORDING Use of still cameras is allowed in the seating area. However, tripods and other equipment that may obstruct the view or path of others moving about the seating area are not allowed. Any liability associated with unauthorized video and/or audio recording will rest with the individual and/or organization making the recording. WBA, RCCD, RCC, RUSD, RHS, and all associated personnel accept no liability. PERFORMER RE-ENTRY & SEATING All bands will sit on the away side. Seating is unassigned but there is ample space. Performers may access restrooms and concessions on the home side from the pathway to the left of the Ticket Office. Performers will re-enter the stadium for seating at the gate next to the Ticket Office and once through the gate go right towards the away side. Be mindful of bands entering and exiting the stadium for performance. HOSPITALITY Directors and Band Staffs are welcome to a hot meal at hospitality, north end of the stadium on the backside of the concessions building. Use the Performer Re-Entry gate next to Tickets and go left. AWARDS There will be one awards ceremony for this event at 9:32 PM. All student leaders should report to the Band Gate (where they entered for performance) at 8:47 PM. They will be invited to the front sideline area to watch the Marching Tigers performance. After RCC head back to the Band Gate to lineup for awards.
