Click “Continue to Industry User Registration”.

Fill out your name for the EPA account you are creating, then click “Next”.

Fill out the account information required for logging into the website.

1) The username must be between 8 and 160 characters long. 2) Must not contain spaces. 3) Must not contain special characters except a period, a

hyphen, an underscore or an @ sign. 4) Must not be all numbers. 5) Must be unique.

1) The password must NOT contain your user id or word 'password'. 2) Must contain only letters and numbers. 3) Must contain at least one lower

and one upper case letter. 4) Must start with a letter. 5) Must contain at least one number. 6) Must be between 8 and 15 characters long. 7) Must not

match your previous five passwords.

The questions can be selected from a list provided. The answers are case sensitive.

Click on the checkbox next to “Agree to the Terms and Conditions” and then click “Next”

Enter you company information and click “Register”.

If you already have and EPA ID, click “Add Existing Site” and proceed to Screen 7. If you do not have a federal EPA ID, click “Request Site ID” and

proceed to Screen 12.

Enter your EPA ID in the Site ID field and click “Search”

Your site will be displayed along with the address. Click on the check box next to the site.

Click on “Request Access”.

Select “Active” on the Permission Level pulldown next to Site Management and the click “Send Request”.

The site access authorization will show pending until the EPA approves the request. You will receive an email once this has been completed and

you can then login to the EPA RCRAInfo website. Signup is now complete. Chemtron will be sending RCRA manifests to the US EPA electronically

and can be viewed by the site administrators through the US EPA website once the waste has been processed.

If you currently do not have a US EPA ID, you must apply for one by clicking on “Select State” and then “Continue” after selection.

You must now fill out all the fields with the red asterisk next to them.

Your North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) type must be selected for the types of waste you will be sending to Chemtron. Go to:

https://www.census.gov/eos/www/naics for details if you do not know your NAICS classification.

The site legal owner information must be provided by clicking “Add” under the Site Legal Owner section.

Fill out all owner related fields with the red asterisk next to them. Click “Save Changes” once completed.

The operator of the site must also be filled out like the owner. Click “Save Changes” once completed.

The Generator of Hazardous Waste (Federal) dropdown must be selected in Section A. All RCRA waste codes for the site must be selected in

Section B. State hazardous waste codes must be entered in Section C if there are any applicable for your state.

Waste activities other than generation of waste are selected in Section A. Universal waste activities are to be filled out if they apply to the site in

Section B. Eligible Academic Entities and Laboratories section are to be filled out if they apply to the site.

Episodic generation is filled out if it applies to the site state. The same goes for LQG consolidation of VSQG waste and notification of hazardous

secondary material (HSM) activity. The public comments section is used at your discretion. Once all of the site definition date has been entered,

click “Review”. Any required data not entered will be highlighted in red when “Review” is pressed.

If all required data has been entered, click “Submit”. Changes can be made before submittal by clicking “Make Changes”.

Once “Submit” is clicked, you will be asked if you want to commit the submittal or finish later. You will receive an email from the EPA once your

EPA ID has been setup.
