Using the know-howobtained from manufacturing 150 thousand axis robots, while retaining the features such as high rigidity, acc/decl,and speed control, the price has been lowered to match that of rod-less pneumatic cylinders.

    With a high speed capability of 1000mm/sec, theSlider Type is ideal for minimizing cycle time.

    RCS SeriesRCS Series is the next generation electric actuator that employs a high-speed, constantthrust force motor, which maintains constant payload at speed ranging from low to high.There are many variations available, including Absolute Type, RB75 Short Type, and RA35 Slim Type.

    High RigidityAlthough slider type is very compact, its base iscarefully designed to incorporate rigidity andtherefore, the whole actuator has high rigidity.

    Many VariationsSlider Type is available in In-Line Motor and SideMotor Types. Rod Type is available in Slim Type, ShortType, and Flat Type for various applications.

    Speeds from 1mm/sec to maximum for each position. For types with long strokes, the maximum speed will decreaseat longer lengths. Please check the specifications of each machine type.

    SS/SSR, SM/SMR are available in 100mm increments and the rest are set in 50mm increments.Please be cautious of intereference with peripheral devices.

    The positioning repeatability is approximately ±0.02mm ~ ±0.05mm.

    Please make sure that the payload does not exceed specification value. The payload displayed value isthe value set in each machine type according to the acceleration and weight requirements.

    Be sure to check your moment load requirments and keep them within the range of allowable value ofMa, Mb and Mc. The standard Rod Type can no be used with radial load on the rod.Use either the type with guide, or attach an external guide.

    Please do not apply rotational moment over 0.5N · m to the Rod Type rod.Rotating guide may break or deform.

    If overhang specifications are exceeded, oscillation and binding may occur. Therefore,please use within allowable specifications.
