The test script provides a detailed step-by-step test description of the business scenario.

The prerequisites matrix provides an overview of available scope items (businessprocesses) and the relevant configuration guides (building blocks) per scope item.

The configuration guides describe crucial parts of the system configuration of therespective process.

You can use these documents to review the business processes you are interested in.

When implementing more than one scope item, shared building blocks must beimplemented only once. Scope item-specific building blocks have nointerdependencies, so that you can implement any of the scope items first.

1.2 Scope Item  – Building Block MappingYou can find the details which building blocks must be implemented per scope item in theprerequisite matrix in the Content Library of this rapid-deployment.

2 System Setup and PreparationPrior to implementing an SAP Best Practices solution, the target system landscape and productsmust be installed. Additionally, the SAP notes named in the SAP Notes section in this guide mustbe implemented.

For more information about the system landscape for the SAP hybris Marketing rapid-deploymentsolution, see the Softw are Requirements  guide for this solution that you find in the SAP ServiceMarketplace.

Note that the installation of the system landscape is not part of the rapid-deploymentsolution delivery scope.

For details regarding the system landscape installation, refer to the SAP hybris Marketing

installation guide: http://help.sap.com/mkt  Installation and Upgrade Information  InstallationGuide.

2.1 Identify the Deployment ScenarioDepending on the system landscape you want to realize, multiple deployment scenarios areavailable for each source system. For a detail description of the available deployment scenarios, refer to the SAP hybris Marketing installation guide, chapter Deployment Scenarios:

http://help.sap.com/mkt  Installation and Upgrade Information  Installation Guide.

Before proceeding with any configuration steps, first decide on the deploymentscenario that is relevant for your requirements.

As part of the SAP hybris Marketing rapid-deployment solution, the following scenarios have beentested and are thus included in the scope of this solution:

  Scenario A: Standalone Deployment

Scenario B: Hub-Deployment With Separate SAP HANA System

Scenario C: Hub-Deployment With Shared SAP HANA System of SAP Business Suite

2.2 Receiving the Software at the Correct SP Level

For delivery of the software, an installation number and a corresponding license agreement arerequired. An S-USER is required to order software in the Software Catalog or download from theSAP Software Download Center (SWDC) on SAP Service Marketplace (SMP). You can onlyorder unrestricted SAP software. Contact the SAP contract department to ask for a physicalshipment or create a customer message on component XX-SER-GEN-CONTR.

For downloading SPSs, use the Maintenance Optimizer in your SAP Solution Manager system. You can also select relevant SPSs manually one-by-one via the SWDC on SAP ServiceMarketplace:

https://support.sap.com/swdc  Support Packages and Patches  A - Z Index

The deliverables of SAP Best Practices packages are developed and tested in a

system landscape with specific release and support package stack (SPS) level. SAPrecommends to meet this SPS as minimal SPS level.

2.3 Business Warehouse (BW) Client DefinitionSAP hybris Marketing requires a BW client in the hybris Marketing system to enable the activationof BW content. The BW client can be the same as the one SAP hybris Marketing is installed in, orit can be a separate client.

Your system administrator must set up a BW client in the hybris Marketing system. To checkwhether the BW client has been set up, you can:

Verify in table RSADMINA that the BW client has been entered in the BWMANDT field

Verify that a logical system and RFC connection have been set up for the BW client  Verify that when logged on to the BW client, you can access transaction RSA1

2.4 Additional SAP BusinessObjects Content Additional predefined SAP BusinessObjects content is delivered as part of the SAP hybrisMarketing rapid-deployment solution, including the following preconfigured reports:

2.8 Creating an Implementation User (ABAP)

Use

In this activity, you create an implementation user to implement the relevant configuration guides.

You can create only one (shared) implementation user or you can create one userper implementation consultant. For SAP note implementation we stronglyrecommend that all notes are implemented with the same SAP user.

SAP does not supply separate customizing or setup roles (according to the security guideline).

Instead, use the functions provided in Role Maintenance (transaction PFCG). In the Role

Maintenance, you can define a role corresponding to your individual IMG project with all theauthorizations you need to access the activities required for the SAP Best Practices scope. Formore information about defining a role for a customizing project, see the documentation for

transaction PFCG.

To avoid authorization issues, we recommend temporarily assigning the authorization profileSAP_ALL to the implementation user, and removing the profile after implementation. If thisauthorization does not apply to your authorization concept, you should restrict the rights of theuser according to your internal authorization guidelines. Refer to the following documentation tofind out which authorizations are required at minimum:

SAP hybris Marketing installation guide at http://help.sap.com/mkt  Installation and

Upgrade Information  Installation Guide), chapter  User for Application Setup (7.5.1)

Basic Settings for hybris Marketing (CEB) configuration guide, chapter Users and Authorizations

SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server Settings (CET) configuration guide, chapter Users and Authorizations

If authorization issues occur during implementation you can use transaction SU53 toget information on the missing authorizations and extend the authorization data asnecessary.

Procedure

1. To carry out the activity, choose one of the following navigation options:

SAP Menu Tools  Administration  User Maintenance  UsersTransaction Code SU01

2. On the User Maintenance: Initial Screen, in the User  field, enter  the user ID and choose

Create.

3. Choose the Address tab.

4. Make the following entries:

Field Name User Action and Values Note

Last name <Last name of the user>

First name <First name of the user>

9. Choose the Roles tab and enter the user role you created that contains the necessaryauthorization profile.

Alternatively you can assign the profile SAP_ALL on the Profiles tab. Make sure that this

profile corresponds to your internal security guidelines.

10. Save your entries.

Result

You have created the user to implement the SAP Best Practices content.

Repeat the steps above for all systems and clients you use.

Directly after implementation of the rapid-deployment solution content, remove theauthorizations you have given to the system user  that has performed theactivation steps. Thus you avoid that the system user misuses the authorizationsgranted before.

2.9 Providing an SAP HANA User

Use

In this activity you verify whether your security concept allows you to use the SYSTEM user ofSAP HANA for the relevant implementation steps of this solution. If not, your system administrator

must perform all implementation activities for which the SYSTEM user is required as specified inthe SAP hybris Marketing installation guide, for example, in the SAP Landscape TransformationReplication Server Settings (CET) configuration guide.

For SAP HANA users other than the SYSTEM user, refer to the folloging documentation: Usersand Authorizations chapters of the following configuration guides to create SAP HANA users withrestricted authorizations:

SAP hybris Marketing installation guide at http://help.sap.com/mkt  Installation and

Upgrade Information  Installation Guide), chapter  SAP HANA User for TechnicalConfiguration (7.3.2), (TC_USER)

2.11 SAP Solution Manager and SAP Solution Manager

Content Add-OnFor the implementation of the solution package, we recommend using the SAP Solution Managersystem. SAP Solution Manager in general is needed for installation and managing ofmaintenance certificates, enhancement packages, and upgrades. In the context of SAP rapid-deployment solutions, implementation content is delivered via SAP Solution Manager templates.

It is assumed that a productive SAP Solution Manager system is available in the customer’ssystem landscape: If the customer is already using other SAP products (for example, SAP ERP),SAP Solution Manager should already be present in the system landscape.

Import the add-on containing the content relevant for this rapid-deployment solution incorrespondence to the SAP Solution Manager product version in place (see SoftwareRequirements). The latest version has to be downloaded from the SAP Software Download
