7ut what is worst to me is that during emission testing technician in testing center can easily manipulate the resultsof the test by simply ma,ing adustment on the engine- And this had been the practice by most emission testing centerhere in 3avao and # have been a witness to this ,ind of practice being an owner of a private vehicle-
