In addition to our marquee events, ThinkLA provides a variety of ways that inspire individuals who work in the Los Angeles advertising, media, and marketing community. They include:• ThinkLA’s Intern Summit is a three-night series

with a mission to provide summer interns the skills needed to survive their first job in advertising. Each night interns will meet current advertising professionals and discuss various career topics — such as advertising 101, résumé and interview techniques, and work/life balance – while at the same time make connections with their fellow peers and future colleagues. ThinkLA's Intern Summit provides a safe environment for interns to gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to make it in LA's creative and diverse advertising community.

• ThinkLA’s Mentorship Program helps media, marketing, and advertising professionals in Southern California meet to share knowledge and ideas. The goal of this five-month program is to aid less-experienced professionals by helping them build a professional network while learning from their more-experienced mentor. Each mentor will assist in career planning, give feedback on performance, and help the young professional design realistic goals.

• Professional Development Classes cover a wide array of relevant and thought-provoking topics including Presentation Skills, Media Planning, Account Management, Agency Math, Improv, and Mindfulness.
