REAL Mobile Activation Guide Step 1: Go to ESN POC SWAP on your Dealer Portal

Step 2: Insert MEID/ESN

If it is an LTE device Insert ICCID where indicated (this number is found by MEID on phone settings section)

Select: CDMA (3g phone) ; WIMAX; or LTE

CLICK “Add Device”

- Phone MEID inserted and CDMA selected in this example …

Step 3 : System will check the Sprint database and REAL Mobile will issue an ACTIVATION CODE.

Copy ACTIVATION CODE

Step 4: For a NEW phone number:

Go to “Activation” tab and insert “ACTIVATION CODE” and the ZIP CODE of the Area code you wish to have.

CLICK “Submit”

NOTE:

For PORTIN numbers proceed to NUMBER PORTING tab

Step 5: Select the RATE PLAN you wish and

CLICK Submit

Step 6: The system will display

- New phone number (MDN) - Master Security Lock (MSL) code – to enter into the Service Programming - MSID - Instructions for how to activate Phone and MMS

NOTE:

FOR IPHONE

- Connect iPhone to WIFI - Dial # # 873283 # (##update#) - iPhone will configure automatically

Step 7: After programming check “yes” and continue where you can apply the PIN payment

Step 8 : You can review the account, MSL, MDN, MSID numbers, expire date, etc.

This information can be accessed at any time from the WIRELESS ACTIVATION ACCOUNT tab
