Two computers and software needed:
1. CFX ManagerTM Software IDE v2.0 : handles the CFX96 Deep WellTM Touch (and MiniOpticonTM) and allows the plate set-up for the iQ-Check Prep

2. iQ-Check Prep Software v1.3: gets information from the CFX Manager IDE v2.0 and handles the protocols on the iQ-Check Prep instrument. The user is guided through the different steps to start the run : refill of consumables and reagents
