• Complex rebates where items/groups do not share the same calculation basis, durations, or rebate amounts/rates

• Multiple concurrent and overlapping rebate agreements for the same vendor(s) and/or product(s), and can net out one rebate against others

• Dissimilar time periods for accrual and claim of rebates.

Manage the Provision monthly but allocate/pay or receive payment of the rebate quarterly/annually etc. Easily make adjustments to plans and payment amounts before, during and after payout of the rebate/royalty.

No double handling is required. Provisions and Write Offs post into the Ledger, automatic creation of credit notes can be generated for Rebates giving complete integration with A/P and A/R. Accuracy is ensured as the calculations can take into account Settlement discounts, Paid invoices, Trade discounts and Credit notes.

Reporting statements and transaction listings can be obtained to ensure compliance, effectiveness and transparency.

RebatesWhether your needs are simple or complex, Rebates can be configured based on many diverse parameters; from percentage (%), Flat Rate, Quantity (Qty) or even Sales Quantity/Amount.

There are 4 core methods of calculation including, stepped rebates or retrospective based on first monetary value. Multiple geographies are supported as Vendors and/or Products can be grouped and different rebates offered by territory.

Rebates can be created from Orders, Deliveries, Invoices or Paid Invoices. These “Deals” are constructed within Dynamics 365 using X++.
