Comment: As above it is evident that your logbook is playing little part in your outcomessimply keeping a logbook as laid out for you would in itself carry the evidence for this unit. A good daily logbook anda weekly logbook that carriesan action plan and a core endof strengths and weaknesses is vital in order for you to achieve, you demonstrated good signs of working in a team and problem solving but more evidence needs to be written in your logbook.
