Achieving citizen outcomes governance international ® Bio Rebecca David-Knight is Director of Public Governance Wales. She provides training, research and hands-on advice on methods and tools to improve public accoun- tability, citizen engagement and evidence-based decision making in public services. She was previously Head of the Scrutiny Support Programme in Wales for the Centre for Public Scrutiny and worked for Welsh Government as their policy lead on democratic accountability. Rebecca has extensive experience in public scrutiny in Welsh Govern- ment and local government demonstrating how trans- parency, inclusion and accountability may lead to cultural and behavioural change. In her role as Governance International Associate Rebecca supports the development of the CitizenPoweredCouncil programme in Wales. This highly innovative public service transformation programme aims at bringing citizens in public services to improve public outcomes. This initiative takes forward the approach outlined in a briefing paper by Tony Bovaird and Elke Loeffler, commissioned by the Welsh Government in 2014. The methodology is based on the Co-Production Star Toolkit which has been widely introduced in Scotland. BioRebecca David-Knight is Director of Public Governance Wales. She provides training, research and hands-on advice on methods and tools to improve public accoun-tability, citizen engagement and evidence-based decision making in public services. She was previously Head of the Scrutiny Support Programme in Wales for the Centre for Public Scrutiny and worked for Welsh Government as their policy lead on democratic accountability.
