About TheRiteStep

TheRiteStep is strategically named as a constant reminder of the healing power of

Sankofa*, which teaches that we must reach back and gather the best of what our past has

to teach us so that we can achieve our full potential. We take the “right” step into the

future with wisdom from our past. We are committed to educating and empowering

individuals and groups to break outdated cycles of action and move beyond adverse and

challenging situations. Our empowerment strategies and methodology vary to fit the needs

and expectations of each individual and/or group. Our framework includes an

interdependent blend of life coaching, intuitive counseling, cognitive behavioral therapies,

Reiki energy healing, visioning, action methods, empowerment workshops and training

modules. We also offer two (2) self-help support circles: Sisters Inspiring Sisters To

Achieve (SISTA) and The Empowered Parent.

About Our Support Groups

Sisters Inspiring Sisters To Achieve (SISTA) is a healing circle of support under the

umbrella of TheRiteStep. The collective energy of participants promotes a community of

trust, inclusion and camaraderie amongst SISTAs of any age, race, religion, national origin,

ability, political belief and/or sexual orientation. This affinity group meets on the third

Saturday of each month to share, heal, inspire, and transform in a safe, loving, non-

judgmental space. The foundation of these circles is built on universal principles that awaken the spirit within, shift outdated paradigms and promote self-awareness.

The Empowered Parent is a self-help support group under the umbrella of TheRiteStep.

The collective intention and energy of participants promote a village of trust, inclusion, and

camaraderie amongst parents, educators, community organizations, religious institutions,

and children. We are deliberate in our efforts to bridge gaps in communication within

familial, educational, religious, and community-based institutions and systems. We believe

that everyone with the ability to impact the life of a child is a “parent” and is therefore,

responsible for his/her words, actions and behaviors. Our methodology includes cultural

teachings, sociometric action methods, role play, family and peer mediation, family

coaching, counseling, and group dynamics. The foundation of this support group is built

on principles that awaken the spirit within, shift outdated paradigms and promote self-awareness, which in turn, produces effective, self-reliant individuals.

*Sankofa is a symbol of understanding the past to plan for the future (literal meaning: go back to fetch it).

Sankofa is part of traditional Akan wisdom and represents a cultural link between the past and present and its link to the future. A bird

looking backward so that its beak points to his tail represents Sankofa.

I am offering you a powerful opportunity to choose. I am pleased to introduce ReBirth Yourself™!

SISTA, before you read on, you must be mindful that what I’m offering is not

something else for you to DO. I am offering you the opportunity to learn how to BE.

The ReBirth Yourself™ 9 Month Training & Empowerment Program offers an innovative template for “true living” from the inside out. The overall intention of

this rite of passage is to support and inspire you to acknowledge your soul’s mission and discover your life’s vision. By the conclusion of the program, you will be prepared to continue your journey with a self-affirming toolbox, a self-

supportive maintenance plan for your life and a powerful sisterhood of like-minded individuals to support you in achieving your goals. In addition, you have a unique

opportunity to earn certification as a Reiki I Practitioner and certification as a SISTA Circle Facilitator to empower other SISTAs on their journeys.

I’ve definitely had my share of unsupportive choices. I walked around in a deep slumber, dreaming about what my life would, should or could be like. One day, my

soul awakened and the possibilities of birthing my dreams felt real! Each time I would return to my dreams, I would awaken with new desires, a vivid imagination and profound expectancy of birthing new possibilities for my life. The more my soul

questioned, the more I was provided with answers.

Once my soul awakened to the idea of birthing new possibilities, I re-birthed my choice to become a student of Life. Master teachers appeared and taught me

about the power of intention and how to live from the inside out. The filters of good/bad, right/wrong, etc. were removed. I was able to acknowledge the divinity within myself and I began to see, with my Real Eyes that, I am the One I’ve been

looking for throughout the years. I’ve accepted my soul’s mission to educate, empower and facilitate healing to myself and others by sharing my story and

transformative process with other women, who, like me, may have searched outside of themselves for love, truth and guidance.

I gave birth to my ministry, Sisters Inspiring Sisters To Achieve in 2003. SISTA is still growing, yet each time I ReBirth Myself, I support myself and other SISTAs in

embracing our true identity, birthing our dreams and living from the inside out.

As an Empowered SISTA, you can support sisters all around the world in becoming

Self-Full, causing a ripple effect of healing, shifts and transformation. SISTA, in this program, you are offered the opportunity to choose how and what to

give birth to! By choosing to release the inner critic stories of guilt, fear, shame, doubt, lack, unworthiness, etc., you allow your consciousness to expand and

awaken to birthing new possibilities for your life. I, along with a team of powerful coaches, will guide and support you in identifying your authentic self and inspire you to ReBirth Yourself™ through the renewing of your mind, alignment of your

e-motions (energy in motion) and awakening of your spirit.

Meet the ReBirth Coach

Robin St.Clair, The CycleBreaker Empowered Healer, Life Coach, Author, Motivational Speaker

For the past decade, Robin has been empowering and

stretching her clients with strategies and action plans

that support them in birthing their “pregnant

possibilities.” As The CycleBreaker, Robin strategizes a

powerful combination of effective communication,

intuitive guidance and focused intent to support her

clients in becoming self-aware, self-loving and Self-

Full.

Robin’s unique style of coaching and deliberate

approach inspires people to break through cycles of

dysfunction and adversity, as she bridges gaps to get

them unstuck and pumps life into their aborted and/or

incubated dreams. She has trained with many Master

Teachers and Transformation Leaders, including

Reverend Dr. Iyanla Vanzant, Founder of the Inner

Visions Institute for Spiritual Development.

In this trimester, you conceive “pregnant possibilities.” SISTA, in the early stages of your pregnancy, you may experience fatigue, morning sickness, and doubts about your choice to ReBirth Yourself.
