Chris OshiafiChairman

Chris Oshiafi is the Group Managing Director/CEO of PanAfrican Capital Group, a leading Principal Investment firm in Nigeria. He is a Financial and Business Executive with significant experience in Financial, Accounting and Systems Management, including Risk Analysis and Investment Banking. He holds a 2nd class (upper division) in Accounting and Finance from the University of London and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He is also an alumnus of the Colombia Business School, New York, United States; Insead Business School, Fontainebleau, France; the IESE Business School, Barcelona Spain; Chief Executive Programme (CEP17) Class of the Lagos Business School and a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD).

He was the Group Treasurer for the Lion of Africa Insurance Company plc, then a subsidiary of the Guardian Royal Exchange, UK, from where he joined Goldpath Finance & Securities Limited as Chief Operating Officer. He later joined the renowned firm of Damitop Consulting Limited as a Senior Partner/Consultant where he worked on a number of World Bank projects for the Federal and several State Governments as well as Strategic Turn-around for a number of Multinational Companies. Prior to joining the Board of PanAfrican Capital plc, he was appointed Managing Director/CEO of True Bond Investments & Capital Limited, a Company with diverse interests in Oil & Gas, Telecommunications and the Capital Markets from where he was appointed Executive Director (Investment Banking) of Citizens International Bank. He is also on the Board of Fumman Agricultural Products Industries plc & Nahco Aviance plc.

‘Lanre BakareChief Executive Officer

Lanre's financial services industry career spanned more than 15 years. He is a Chartered Accountant with experience in Accounting, Internal Controls, Financial Reporting, Venture Capital Funds Management and Research. He has industry-wide knowledge that cuts across Audit, Mortgage Banking and Venture Capital. He was a pioneer member of staff First Fund Limited (a subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Plc). He joined PanAfrican Capital (then Spring Capital Markets Limited) in 2007 as head of Small and Medium Enterprise Equity Investment Scheme (SMEEIS) desk with the responsibility to oversee the Legacy Banks of Spring Bank Plc's Investments in the Scheme.

Lanre is an alumnus of Oxford University Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment. He has attended several courses in Finance, Strategy and Investment Banking locally and abroad.

He was subsequently mandated to set up the Company's Research & Strategy Unit in year 2008, with a view to providing investment Research & Advice to the Company's growing Clientele and shape the strategic policy direction for PanAfrican Capital Group (“PAC Group”). Until his appointment as the Managing Director / CEO of Factoring & Supply Chain Limited, he was responsible not only for PAC Group's Corporate Strategy & Execution but had oversight functions across Financial Control & I.T. departments.Sina Alimi Director

Sina has considerable experience in Deal Structuring, Project Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Privatization and Asset Management. He is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School's Chief Executive Programme (CEP 18) and IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (Second Class Upper) from the prestigious University of Lagos in 1989. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

He joined the Investment Banking Division of Fountain Trust Bank plc in 1997 and subsequently served as Group Head, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Group. While in Corporate Finance, he was actively involved in high profile Projects and Advisory Mandates in the private sector as well as the privatization programme of the Federal Government of Nigeria. He is also the Deputy Managing Director/CEO of PanAfrican Capital Group.

Eric OkoruwaDirector

Eric holds a Master Degree in Marketing, a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and an Advanced Managers Programme (AMP26) Certificate from Lagos Business School. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management(NIM). Institute of Directors(IOD) and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA).

Prior to joining PanAfrican Capital Group, he was actively involved in various high profile projects capital raising exercise and advisory mandates in the private sector as well as privatization programme of both the State and Federal governments at Profound Securities Limited, Fountain Trust Bank Plc and Refuge Home Savings and Loans Limited. He has industry experience close to 20 years in Investment Banking and Structured Finance and has been involved in raising capital in excess of N200 billion in the Nigerian market and excess of $1 billion dollar from foreign institutions for project execution.

He was also involved in arranging the funding for acquisition of Enterprise Bank by HISL ($274 million) and the acquisition of Kaduna Distribution Company by Northwest Power Limited ($163 million). He has attended various international and local courses on company Valuation and Issues Pricing, Managing and Packaging Issues, Mergers and Acquisitions, Bonds and Derivatives, Asset-Backed Securities and Structured Finance. He is also a director in Atlantic Edge Services Limited and Keynes Private Equity Limited. Eric also double as the Group Executive Director of PanAfrican Capital plc and MD/CEO of PAC Capital Limited, the Investment Banking subsidiary of PanAfrican Capital Group.

Dominic IsunuoyaDirector

He holds a first degree (Second Class Upper Division) in Agronomy from the University of Calabar (1988) with field expertise; has MBA (Banking & Finance) from the ESUT Business School (2000). In 2001 he took the qualifying examination of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association, and was admitted to its prestigious CISA membership. He is also a certified Oracle Database Administrator (OCA). Dominic qualified and trained as a Chartered Accountant at the blue-chip accounting firm of Price Waterhouse between 1990 and 1994. He subsequently joined Diamond Bank where he worked in Internal Control department.

In 1998, he moved on to United Bank for Africa Plc where he worked as a Senior Manager and held several positions, the last being Head of Operational Risk Management for the North Central Region. In 2002, he joined Indo-Nigeria Bank as Chief Inspector and two years later he was appointed as the pioneer Branch Manager of Ikeja Branch. In January 2006, following the mergers of Indo-Nigeria Bank with other Banks into the newly-formed Sterling Bank, Dominic served as the Relationship Manager, Retail and Commercial Banking in charge of Oba Akran Branch, before leaving for his consultancy and entrepreneurship practice.

He was until recently an Executive Director at Assetswise Capital Ltd; a Private Equity firm where he handled a number of deals such as the Venture Capital Investment in Eartholeum Networks Ltd., the Buyout of Seric Impianti International Limited and a number of Advisory projects. He is a distinguished banker with over twelve years of professional experience. Dominic has in-depth, practical experience in Investment Analysis, Risk Management, Financial Management and Reporting, Financial Analysis/Modeling and Taxation. He is a member of several reputable local and international professional organizations, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and has attended various offshore and onshore training programs.

Dominic is also the MD/CEO of Keynes Private Equity Limited, a strategic investor in Factoring & Supply Chain Limited.

‘Lanre BakareChief Executive Officer

Lanre's financial services industry career spanned more than 15 years. Adediran AdelakunChief Finance Officer

Adelakun Adediran holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, (2005) and also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (2002). He has over 14 years' working experience in areas covering, Financial Control, Audit, Financial Consultancy, Taxation and the Nigerian Capital Market. Adediran began his working career with City Securities Group where he worked in the Financial Control Department.

He subsequently worked at Ighodalo & Co. (SIAO), FinBank Plc, FinBank Capital Limited, FinBank Securities and Asset Management Limited and FCMB Limited before joining Pan African Capital in February 2016.

Adediran actively participated in Capital market transactions leading to the issuance of N100b First Inland Bank Hybrid Offer, N2.7b Japaul Oil & Maritime Services, NPF N2.5b hybrid Offer and Bendel Feed & Flour Mill Limited’s N1.5b Special Sale & Private Placement etc. He also concluded due diligence exercises resulting to the take-over of Law Union and Rock plc by the erstwhile Prudent Bank plc, PCI Paints and Savannah Hotel.

Moses OjoHead, Research & Business Development

Moses is an Investment Banking professional with about 11 years post qualification working experience that spans through Investment Research, Portfolio & Funds Management / Securities Dealings. He has worked for First Trustees Nigeria Ltd, now FBN Capital Ltd (an affiliate of First Bank of Nigeria Ltd), FutureView Financial Services Ltd and Dunn Loren Merrifield. Moses has a degree in Accounting from Lagos State University, he is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

He has attended courses on Investment Banking both at home and abroad. Moses joined PanAfrican Capital as Head, Investment Research & Business Development in 2015.

Toye Osungbesan, Esq.General Counsel / Head Corporate Services

Toye has a Masters Degree in Law from University of Lagos and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administration (UK), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Nigeria Institute of Management. He has attended various training programmes both in and outside the Country.

He commenced his Legal Practice with the law firm of John Kester & Co from where he joined First Interstate Merchant Bank and thereafter proceeded to Associated Discount House (now Coronation Merchant Bank) as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. His banking experience spanning various departments such as: Company Secretariat, Legal, Human Capital and Administration, Treasury Management, Marketing, Asset Trading and Intermediation, Corporate Communication and Protocol. In 2015 he joined PanAfrican Capital as the General Counsel and Head of Corporate Services Group.

Kayode BamisayeHead, Enterprise Risk Mgt. & Compliance

Kayode Gabriel BAMISAYE, a graduate of Second Class (Upper Division) in Accounting Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Samaru - Zaria (1995). An Associate, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in year 2000. He is also an Associate, Institute of Chartered of Economist of Nigeria (ICEN). He obtained a Masters' Degree in Business Administration (MBA) - General Management from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Nigeria.

Kayode has diverse professional experience in Accounting, Auditing and Procurement spanning over 17years in Banking, Aviation, Oil & Gas (Up, Mid and Down-stream sectors). He started his career and professional training with SBO Ogunluyi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 1996 as Senior Accounting Assistant.
