2010 Initiatives• Imagery Updates

– 2010 Orthophotography• Flying now/ 1st deliveries around July 1st, 2010• Final deliveries Sept. 30, 2010 (Liquidated Damages)

– 2010 Oblique Photography• Flights started 3/5/2010 / Delivery around June 1, 2010• Web Access/ Desktop App/ ArcGIS Extension

– 2009/2010 Front Elevation Update• Appraisers project• Started in October 2009 (interrupted due to weather)

– Approximately 100,000 images collected so far

• 911 Support• Election Office

2010 Collaborative Opportunities

• Stormwater Network– Create seamless, countywide network of both

infrastructure and natural features– Create web tools needed by multiple organizations– Met with Stormwater/SMAC; Complete by end of year

• Permitting – process optimization– How can we optimize collection and use?– How many cities are facing software replacement or are

willing to change?– How are cities using the data that they collect? Is it

useful to see other cities?
