Ingredients:

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1 Box cake mix (butter flavor)

3/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling dough in)

Directions: Mix together cream cheese and butter until well blended. Stir in vanilla, egg, and cake mix until well combined. Roll cookie dough into one inch balls, then roll through powdered sugar and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Leave about one inch apart for cookies to spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-15 Minutes. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack. Makes 24 cookies.
