Maldon Citrus Sea Salt:: Ingredients ::1.5 Kg Maldon Organic Sea Saltzest of 4 orangeszest of 4 limeszest of 4 lemonszest of 4 grapefruit
:: Method ::▪ Zest all citrus fruit with Microplane. ▪ Add to bucket of Maldon Sea Salt and close lid. ▪ Shake well every few hours for 3-4 days.
