Methodology

! WP1 aims at ensuring the correct level of coordination and cooperation among the project consortium members, to achieve the project goals

! The aim of WP2 is to enhance clusters’ management skills towards the generation of added-value support services for SMEs. This WP includes the comprehensive development of clusters’ individual strategies.

! The objective of WP3 is to develop a successful partnership strategy with a coherent implementation roadmap.

! The overall WP4 objective is to stimulate the cooperation between our clusters, sharing knowledge from each other, and more specifically to build a business ecosystem for the cluster members by engaging them in our exchange activities and missions

! The overall goal of WP5 is to facilitate and organize at least 50 short-term exchanges, including at least 25 for SMEs.

! WP6 concerns the outreach and awareness-raising activities..

WP.1 Objectives

! To provide the administrative services, including acting as contact point towards the European Commission and EASME, handling of financial and legal issues, and submission of deliverables and periodic reports;

! To provide coordination services to the project, including keeping an overall view on the progress, ensuring a smooth consortium-wide communication, and meetings coordination.

WP.2 Objectives

! To improve cluster managers’ skills;

! To deliver new or improved added-value services to clusters’ SME members;

! To increase the level of satisfaction of SMEs and their participation in clusters’ activities;

! To overcome gaps between clusters through coaching and dissemination activities;

! To develop and refine dynamic cluster strategies, capable of responding to emergent priorities, in link with regional smart specialisation strategies and value chain innovation.

WP.3 Objectives

The objective of WP3 is to develop a successful partnership strategy with a coherent

implementation roadmap.

The development of RECiPE4Mobility strategy will be linked to clusters’ individual strategies,

analyses and regional priorities. It will also consider cluster’s SME needs and end-consumer’s needs.

The RECiP4Mobility strategy developed will strengthen interregional collaborations though

European Value Chains.

To make sure we reach our objectives, our consortium will follow a methodologic framework, as

presented later.

WP.4 Objectives

The overall objective is to stimulate the cooperation between our clusters, sharing knowledge from each other, and more specifically to build a business ecosystem for the cluster members by engaging them in our exchange activities and missions.

! Establish a cluster ecosystem to serve as the connector between all project actors, even companies;

! Design and implement clusters-missions to facilitate business interaction cross-clusters/-sector/-border, peer to peer learning between clusters, knowledge sharing, cluster strategy building (at both individual and partnership levels) and implementation;

! Matchmaking Events for clusters members (B2B) and establishing connections to digital incubation hubs to establish a broader approach to disruptive start-ups;

! Set up and organise the annual clusters-assembly event to bring together all actors. This annual Assembly should be continued even after the end of the project.

WP.5 Objectives

! The general objective of ClusterXchange is to encourage and facilitate transnational, cross-regional, sectoral and cross-sectoral cooperation between clusters and their members to boost their learning and innovation-oriented activities with the view to increase the competitiveness of European SMEs.

! These exchanges will contribute to fostering cluster excellence capacity-building and cross cluster learning as well as facilitating strategic interregional collaboration and the strengthening of European ties, notably between clusters and ecosystems across Europe. To make sure that the implementation will be carried out successfully while complying with the Quality Manual for European Strategic Cluster Partnerships for Excellence (ESCP-4x).

! Quality Manual for European Strategic Cluster Partnerships for Excellence (ESCP-4x)

• all cluster organisations and business network organisations from COSME participating countries

• scaling-up support organisations from COSME participating countries that are cluster members

• SMEs from a COSME participating country that are cluster members. It is expected that at least 50% of the supported exchanges shall involve SMEs.

To provide the RECiPE4Mobility consortium with an effective and strategic communication plan and communication tools, focusing European SME´s, as well as key targeted stakeholders.

To build and spread a well-recognised identity of RECiPE4Mobility as an excellence ESCP-4x for safe and sustainable urban mobility.

To promote RECiPE4Mobility events, activities and services involving SMEs and other stakeholders.
