Stepping On

• Stepping On is a high-level, evidence-based program proven to reduce falls and build confidence in older adults

• In Wisconsin, it has shown a 50% reduction in falls in participants from 2008 to 2011

• Stepping On is a 7-week (once-a-week) evidence-based intervention proven to decrease the incidence of falls in older adults

• Helps older adults learn strategies for avoiding fall hazards
