Mechanical design for passenger cars is the same as 550 model.

Real BIP Value

With UPT 500, you can calculate the real BIP (Beginning of Injection Period) value of a unit pump or a unit injector accurately.

The BIP value is very important in terms of a correct testing process and many of the test sets in the market cannot calculate that value.

Simulator and Database

Software’s user firendly interface lets you observe the test values easily. If you wish, you can have their printed versions.

The database of the system provides you reliable, standard and clear test plans which help you during the testing process. The software, as well as the database are updated frequently.

CamBox and adjustable axle stroke.

You can adjust the axle height for each unit pump and unit injector easily with the specially designed new CamBox from 10 to 22 mm.
