• 3+ years of experience in Recruiting/Staffing. Strong preference for experience as a Technical Recruiter.• A strong track record of meeting and exceeding weekly recruiting metrics.• An uncanny ability to connect with top technical talent and gain commitment through the recruiting process• A knack for creating your own luck through a high volume of outbound phone calls and creative sourcing/recruiting techniques.• Must live close to the respective office.
