Internship Program: Are you looking for a career in technology, operations, IT, finance, marketing or sales? A Level 3 internship is a great place to start. Work on meaningful projects and collaborate with some of the greatest minds in the industry. Take part in interactive projects while developing professional problem-solving skills. As a member of our global team of interns, you’ll gain the industry knowledge and experience needed to compete – at Level 3 and beyond.

College Connect Sales Academy: Launch your sales career with Level 3. As an account manager on the North American Sales team, you’ll learn about the innovative solutions Level 3 provides its customers – while collaborating with talented peers focused on developing your professional sales skills. Your journey begins with a three-month training at the Level 3 headquarters and continues upon relocation to one of our top sales markets in the U.S.

Operations Technical Academy: We designed this rigorous program to develop tech-savvy talent in network operations, IP and customer care. You’ll learn about our technology, networks, products, processes and customer service best practices. Following completion of classroom and rotational training that spans three to six weeks, you’ll be placed in a full-time position that fits your strengths.

TechConnect: If you’re interested in a career in software development or engineering, this is the program for you. You’ll learn about the intricate Level 3 network through a combination of classroom training, peer knowledge sharing and rotational assignments in our technology organizations. Once you’ve completed the twelve-month program, we’ll assign you to a team that can utilize your education, skills and abilities to the fullest.
