When you are ready to start recruiting for an open position, create a vacancy for this position This triggers the integration and creates a preapproved requisition in SuccessFactors. The requisition id from SuccessFactors is updated into SAP You continue with posting the job and selecting the candidate in SuccessFactors recruiting Once the candidate is selected for hire and has accepted the offer, you change the status to „Send to SAP“. This will flag the candidate to be imported into SAP HR Administrator runs a report in SAP HCM to see the list of newly selected candidates and resolves any errors before triggering the appropriate action to fill the vacancy. Once this action has been successfully executed, the vacancy in Organizational Management is closed automatically and this also automatically triggers the vacancy in SuccessFactors to be closed
