External recruitment advertising is handled by HR and Marketing Services on a

weekly basis. The procedure and timeline is as follows:

Mon 5pm - all jobs requiring external advertising are submitted to the

HR recruitment coordinator for collating.

Tues 3pm - the list of requested jobs are submitted to the Advertising

department for processing

Wed 3pm - Advertising @ Marketing Services will liaise with all HRC’s

toconfirmexternaljobadsandsendadproofs

Friday - all online ads are submitted to external sites

Each faculty has dedicated Human Resources consultants looking after all

recruitment needs, for the latest list of HR consultants for your area, visit the
