Foster's generating job seeker interest with e-newslettersBeverage company Foster's Group is having success maintaining its talent pool by using specially produced quarterly email newsletters, says head of recruitment James Dimer.

Dimer told Shortlist the company sent an "e-zine" out to around 8000 active candidates every three months, encouraging them to update their applicant profiles, register for automatic job alerts and browse existing vacancies.

Foster's had around 50,000 candidates in its database in total, Dimer said.
