• More schools using the service. However, the way the service is used has changed
• RS screening and forwarding applications/less ‘fully recruited’ teachers
• Wider range of support and administrative back-up to meet the different needs of schools

•Higher calibre of applicant, both external and internal, meant easier to fill senior vacancies
