Shredder AVZOur ADELMANN shredder (AVZ) is a universal granulator system consisting of a very sturdy machine housing

and a cutting mechanism that uses two parallel cutting shafts which are driven by a counter rotating mechanism.

The cutting blades are fi rmly attached to the cutting shafts and

are fi tted with feed hooks They rotate past each other with little

clearance, cutting the material with their edges.

By choosing the right relationship between the width of the

cutting blades to the number of hooks per blade it is possible

to obtain a precisely defi ned shreeded result, which in a later

process, ca be separated into specifi c sizes using a sieve.

Granulator ANZThe Granulator ANZ AS is a single-rotor comminution machine which is fi tted with cutting blocks, the number of which

depend on the granulator’s size. As the blocks rotate, material is pushed against an opposing static blade (stator) and

is shredded.

The material is shredded until it is small enough to pass through the

screen at the bottom side of the rotor. The diameter of the holes in the

screen determines the anticipated grain size of the output material.

A hydraulic pushing mechanism signifi cantly increases the throughput

Briquetting Presses ABPADELMANN Briquetting Presses ABP were developed to briquette, i.e. to compact, the most different materials,

and this way to reduce the volume up to 100 times depending on the material.

The mechanical briquette presses are made out

of a robust welded-steel. The eccentric drive

Also depending on the material are the throughput capacities, which

vary from 50 – 1200 kg/h! Using an ADELMANN briquetting system

saves your money, processes your waste and is environmentally

friendly!

The material is compressed by an oscillatory piston within a conical

pipe producing an endless cord. This cord is moved into a hydraulic

press that compresses further.

meet our costumers‘ wishes in reference to the different materials. The chutes are ideal to convey, spread, dose and also

The gutter trough is especially designed to make it extremely robust and

torsion resistent despite its lightweight construction. In the area where

it contacts the product, the trough is equipped with exchangeable

wear and tear elements, which guarantee the well-known longevity of

ADELMANN technologies.

The material stream can be individually adjusted thanks to the con-

tinuosly adjustable unbalance motors. In particular in the area of the

dosing bunker, the motors are frequency-controlled in order to react

to changing material parameters as fast as possible.
