Our Philosophy Adding a Red Rose Selection structure to your property is a great way to increase the value

Just a short note to tell you all how pleased we are with our new carport. When I came to see what choices we had, you guys were very accommodating and worked with me to make sure I would be happy as a customer. Well we took one of the pool house gazebos and made it a bit larger..... No, a lot larger. 2. 2x4 rafters 16" on center (double at corners).

Topped with 7⁄16" exterior sheeting, 15# felt,

and 30 year architectural shingles.

3. White vinyl siding is used on the interior of the

roof to create a lasting, maintenance-free finish.

5. 4x4 posts with select pressure-treated solid

wood inside.

6. Top railing is constructed using two 2x4s on

edge and straight square spokes (Madison

7. Evergrain composite floor screwed down to

The Vinyl Pavilion is constructed of SYP and coatedin high quality vinyl. The pavilion is supported by 8" square columns with corner trim and post skirts. The pavilions are built to be attached directly to a concrete pad or deck using powder-coated anchor brackets. The headers are built with 2x10 ply SYP, which can span up to 18' without sagging, or, with optional Paralam engineered beams, can span up to 30'. Closed corner braces add stability in high wind. The roof is built to a 55⁄8" pitch and has 10" overhangs. It is constructed using 2x8 rafters, exterior grade sheeting, and then protected with felt paper and 30 year architectural shingles. The inte-rior ceiling is finished in white vinyl siding making the pavilion maintenance free on the inside and out. All of the aspects of the pavilion come together to create a look and feeling of grandeur.

Our wood pavilions are constructed using #1 treated SYP that is hand-selected for the best appearance. We use laminated 5x5 posts that provide structural integrity, and prevent warping. Triple-ply 2x8 headers span up to16', and half moon braces provide lateral strength in high winds. The roof is constructed using

pressure treated 1x6 tongue and groove SYP, followed by felt paper and 30-year architectural shingles. We can also paint and stain your pavilion using one of our standard finishes, or leave it unfinished.

R ed Rose Selections recently constructed a pavilion on my property. The pavilion had to be strategically placed and assembled to fit into a very unique and chal-lenging spot. The crew arrived on time and completed the project in one day as promised. My husband and I were very impressed with the attention to detail and quality in every phase of the project. uninsulated windows (or 24x36 if specified),

Pool Houses

This past summer my wife and I purchased a pool house to set up at our home. The builders arrived when they said they would and immediately set to work. They were polite and tireless.
