0.6 Purpose of the Document Purpose of the document:

to create regulations on air transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo by flights of Red Wings Airlines;

to establish rights, duties and responsibilities of Red Wings Airlines, as well as of

individuals and entities using the services of air transportation of Red Wings Airlines during air transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo.

0.7 Scope of the Document 0.7.1 Red Wings Airlines Regulations on Air Transportation of Passengers, Baggage and Cargo (hereinafter - the Regulations) are used for transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo from booking the transportation to the end or termination of the Air Carriage Contract for passengers, baggage, Contract for carriage of cargo by air. 0.7.2 The Regulations are used by:

a) Personnel of Red Wings Airlines. b) Representatives of Red Wings Airlines in operating airports. c) Authorized agents of Red Wings Airlines. d) Organizations which provide services for Red Wings Airlines. e) Passengers of Red Wings Airlines. f) Service passengers of Red Wings Airlines.

0.7.3 Questions concerning application of the Regulations and other organizational documents issued in addition to these Regulations, arising from the interaction of the Authorized Agent of Red Wings Airlines and the Service provider with Consumers of air transportation services should be resolved by officials of Red Wings Airlines, Authorized agents, and Service providers based on the current version of the Regulations. 0.7.4 References in this document to «the Regulations» mean, including if not explicitly specified otherwise, references to the applied in each such case provisions of these Regulations, except where the Regulations do not regulate specific rules of civil law relations in the field of air transportation, which are directly governed by FAR of the Russian Federation and AC of the Russian Federation.

0.7.5 The Regulations are used in domestic and international air transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo by flights of Red Wings Airlines according to the schedule of aircrafts flights and by additional flights of Red Wings Airlines (hereinafter - the regular flights) and by flights of Red Wings Airlines according to Aircraft charter contracts (air charter) (hereinafter - the charter flights). 0.7.6 The Regulations shall apply to international air transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo if they do not contradict the conventions in the field of international air transportation, and ICAO and IATA documents, as well as applicable international treaties and agreements of the Russian Federation on air transportation. 0.7.7 At the conclusion of the Air Carriage Contract, the applicable version of the Regulations, acting on the date of the transportation document, shall be used.

0.9 Terms and Definitions AVIATION SECURITY - state of aviation protection against unlawful interference in the aviation field. ACT OF UNLAWFUL INTERFERENCE - illegal acts of violence or a threat of such actions from a person (group of persons) in relation to the aircraft, passengers, crew members, airport facilities and ground personnel, endangering safety, life and health. CARGO IRREGULARITY REPORT - a document issued by the Carrier or the Service provider immediately upon detection of the harm caused to the cargo.

RED WINGS AIRLINES - Red Wings, Joint-stock company - an operator that has a license to perform air transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo and mail. TERMINAL (PASSENGER TERMINAL) - a complex of buildings designed for service of departing and arriving passengers. AIRPORT - a complex of buildings, including the airfield, terminals and other facilities for arrival and departure of aircrafts, maintenance of air traffic with necessary equipment, aviation personnel and other employees. AIRPORT (POINT) OF DESTINATION - an airport (point), to which the passenger or the baggage must be delivered under the Air Carriage Contract. AIRPORT (POINT) OF TRANSFER - an intermediate airport (point), specified in the ticket, in which, according to the Air Carriage Contract, the passenger is transferred from one flight to another for further following by the route of transportation. AIRPORT (POINT) OF STOP - an intermediate airport (point) of the route, where the passenger, according to the Air Carriage Contract, interrupts the flight for 24 hours or more. AIRPORT (POINT) OF DEPARTURE - an airport (point) from which, according to the Air Carriage Contract, the transportation begins. BAGGAGE - belongings of passengers carried on aircrafts by agreement with the Carrier under the Air Carriage Contract. The term "baggage" means both registered and unregistered baggage. REGISTERED BAGGAGE - passenger baggage that is accepted by the Carrier under its responsibility, with issue of a coupon of the baggage tag to the passenger. The other part of the numbered baggage tag is attached to every piece of the accepted baggage. BAGGAGE TAG - a document issued by the Carrier solely for identification (recognition) of the registered passenger baggage. BAGGAGE STATEMENT - a document certifying the receipt and delivery of checked baggage to persons who are responsible for its safekeeping. DAMAGED BAGGAGE - the baggage, damaged as a result of air transportation or as a result of service.

UNCLAIMED BAGGAGE - baggage, which arrived to the airport (point) of destination, indicated on the baggage tag, the was not received by the passenger. UNREGISTERED BAGGAGE (HAND LUGGAGE) - the baggage of the passenger other than registered, labeled with non-numerical tags «hand luggage», carried in the aircraft cabin at the passenger with the consent of the Carrier. PAID (EXCESS) BAGGAGE - part of the baggage that exceeds the carrier free baggage allowance or requires a mandatory payment irrespective of the Regulation. BAGGAGE WITH DECLARED VALUE - value of the baggage, declared by the passenger to the Carrier in order to determine the limit of liability for loss, damage or delay in delivery. The amount of payment, assigned for the transportation of the baggage, will be charged in the size, determined by the Carrier. FLIGHT SAFETY - complex characteristics of air transport and aerial works, which determine the ability to operate flights without the threat to life and health of people. «UNCHECKED BAGGAGE» TAG - a document issued by the Carrier for the identification of unchecked baggage of the passenger. LIMITED-ISSUE FORM (LIF) - transportation and payment documents approved by and registered in the prescribed manner, which are the property of the carrier, issued by the carrier or its authorized agent, and including passenger tickets, baggage receipts (BR), miscellaneous charges order (MCO), etc. AMMUNITION - weapons articles intended to hit a target and containing discontinuous propellant, pyrotechnic or expelling charge or a combination thereof. RESERVATION (BOOKING) - preliminary binding of seats for a passenger to a specific period of time on the aircraft for a specified flight and date or preliminary binding of volume and tonnage for the carriage of baggage or cargo on the aircraft. DOMESTIC AIR TRANSPORTATION - air transportation, in which the point of departure, destination and all landing points are located within the territory of the Russian Federation.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT - payment to the passenger or to the sender of cargo or an authorized person of part or all the cost of air transportation or services that have been paid to them earlier, but not used or not fully used. AIR TRANSPORTATION -transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo and mail on the aircraft on the basis of and in accordance with the terms of the Air Carriage Contract. AIRCRAFT - an aircraft held in the atmosphere due to interaction with the air other than interaction with the air reflected from the surface of the ground or water. CARGO - property (goods, of any property), transported or received for transportation by the aircraft, except baggage and mail, and registered by the Airway bill. DANGEROUS CARGO - products or substances which when carried on the aircraft can pose a threat to life and health of passengers, security, safety of property, and the environment, and which are listed in the Dangerous Goods List in «Technical Instructions for the Transport of Dangerous Goods» of ICAO (hereinafter - TI) or classified in accordance with these TI. AIRWAY BILL - transport document, drawn up in the name of or on behalf of the Consignor, which assures the conclusion of the contract between the shipper and the Carrier for the air transportation of cargo by the route of the Carrier, its conditions and acceptance of the cargo for transportation. CONSIGNOR - a natural or legal person who has concluded a contract of carriage with the Carrier and the name or surname of which are indicated in the Airway bill as a party to the Contract. CONSIGNEE - a natural or legal person, to which the cargo, indicated in the Airway bill, is transported. AIR CARRIAGE CONTRACT - a contract of carriage concluded between Red Wings Airlines and a passenger on the terms set out in these Regulations. AIRCRAFT CHARTER CONTRACT (CHARTER CONTRACT) - an agreement under which one party (the charteree) undertakes to provide the other party (the charterer) one or more aircrafts or one part of the aircraft for the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo for payment to carry out one or more flights.

INSPECTION - a set of actions conducted by authorized persons in order to ensure the safety in respect of passengers and baggage with use of technical or other means designed to detect weapons, explosives or other dangerous devices, which can be used to carry out an act of unlawful interference. The preliminary inspection is performed on the input terminal groups. The preflight inspection is carried out after the registration of passengers, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, phytosanitary controls, when performing international flights, in addition after the border, customs, immigration and other controls. BOARDING THE AIRCRAFT - accommodation of passengers in the cabin of an aircraft, baggage, cargo, mail, and ballast in the BCC, fuel in the aircraft tanks, in accordance with the schedule of centering, loading conditions, and the load sheet. DISABLED PERSON - any person whose ability to move when using the transport is limited due to physical disability (functional disorders of the senses or movement), mental retardation, age, illness or for any other reason caused by functional disorders, and whose situation needs special attention and adaptation of services provided to all passengers to the needs of such person (Appendix 9 to the Chicago Convention). CABIN CREW - crew members (instructor - flight attendants, senior flight attendants and flight attendants), which in the interest of flight safety fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to them by the carrier or the aircraft commander, but who are not members of the flight crew. BAGGAGE RECEIPT - a document certifying the payment for carriage of baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance set for the class of service specified in the relevant flight coupon of the ticket (route/receipt), or for items the carriage of which is subject to compulsory payment. CLASS OF SERVICE - the scope of services and level of comfort provided to passengers in accordance with the Air Carriage Contract. CODE-SHARING (CODESHARE) - an agreement on joint commercial operation of the flight by two or more airlines, one of which is a operator partner (i.e. it is the aircraft operator, fit operates the flights and sells tickets for these flights on its own behalf), and the rest - marketing partners (i.e. they sell tickets for the flight of the operator partner on their behalf). This flight is indicated by the double joint (or more) code of parties (the code of the partner operator / marketing partner code).

AIRCRAFT COMMANDER - a person who has a valid certificate of a pilot, as well as training and experience necessary for self-management of a particular type of aircraft, and appointed to carry out tasks for the flight. COMMERCIAL ACT (on international flights - PIR - PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT) - a document issued by the Carrier or the Service provider in the presence of a passenger or a person authorized by them immediately upon detection of damage caused to the baggage. FLIGHT CREW - crew members with certificates who are assigned to carry out the duties related to the management of the aircraft during the flight duty period. LICENSE - the permit issued by the authorized state body to the company or to the entrepreneur to carry out transportation of passengers and cargo, airport and other activities related to aircraft, passengers and cargo service at airports, aviation activities for the needs of enterprises and population on a commercial basis (for hire or reward). MARKING - text, symbols and pictures on the packaging and (or) products. ROUTE - a route of the passenger, described as a series of airports in the Air Carriage Contract. COMMERCIAL LOAD WEIGHT - total mass of passengers, baggage, cargo and mail. IATA - INTERNATIONAL AIR TRANSPORT ASSOCIATION - a non-governmental international organization that develops standards and guidelines in the field of civil aviation, including for the construction and application of tariffs, uniform general conditions of transportation and passenger service. ICAO - INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION ORGANIZATION - an intergovernmental international organization, a special UN agency that regulates the issues of civil aviation, including the use of airspace, safety of flights and other issues, and develops standards and recommended practices of organization of civil aviation.

INTERNATIONAL VETERINARY CERTIFICATE - a document issued by the border control veterinary point at the airport in exchange for the veterinary certificate (form 1, containing information on immunization, the health status of the animal and safe sanitary-epidemiological situation in the region of residence) and the resolution of the Kennel Club or Club of fans of cats on export of the animal. INTERNATIONAL AIR TRANSPORTATION - transportation, in which the place of departure and destination are located:

a) in the territory of two states; b) in the territory of one state, if landing points are available in the territory of another state.

AIRCRAFT GROUND SERVICE - a complex of works to ensure the arrival of the aircraft to the airport and its departure from the airport, with the exception of air traffic services and maintenance. Aircraft ground service includes passenger services, handling of baggage, cargo and mail, maintenance and loading of the aircraft, loading control, refueling and anti-icing treatment of the aircraft. INADMISSIBLE PASSENGER - a passenger to whom the authorities of the state refused entry to its territory or who has been denied by the Carrier or by public authorities in relation to further transportation from the transfer point due to lack of visa, expired passport, etc. TRANSPORTATION IRREGULARITY - any violation of the order of works established at the air transport (misdirection of baggage, cargo, loss in weight or number of pieces, damage, loss, separation of documents, improper registration of transportation documents), which resulted in or could lead to harmful effects. CARGO HANDLING - a set of operations associated with the reception, registration to transportation, consolidating the cargo, held in preparation of the aircraft for the flight, as well as the deconsolidating of the cargo after the flight. SERVICE PROVIDER - an organization, a party of the contract on service provision for the aircraft, passengers, baggage, cargo, satisfying the requirements of Red Wings Airlines, applicable to organizations carrying out these activities (presence of the required certificates, trained personnel, adequate resources). LIABILITY OF THE CARRIER - obligations of the Carrier to pay for damages (harm) caused by them at the carriage by air of passengers, baggage or cargo. PASSENGER - a person, except members of the crew, carried or to be carried on the aircraft in accordance with the Air Carriage Agreement. DEPORTED PASSENGER - a passenger lawfully admitted into the country by its authorities and who with the passage of time was ordered by the authorities to leave the country, or who entered the country illegally. SERVICE PASSENGER - a passenger, an employee of Red Wings Airlines, eligible for preferential air travel in accordance with the procedure of preferential tickets or following a business trip, as well as a passenger of the flight of Red Wings Airlines by the order of the Director General. TRANSIT PASSENGER - a person who has entered into an intermediate airport, which is transported further on the same flight in accordance with the Air Carriage Contract. TRANSFER PASSENGER - a person who, in accordance with the Air Carriage Contract, is delivered to the transfer destination by one flight, and then transported on another flight of the same or a different Carrier. CARRIER - an aviation enterprise that provides document of carriage, carries or undertakes to carry out air transportation, as well as provides or undertakes to provide services related to such carriage, in accordance with the payment or transportation document issued by the airline company or the Authorized agent. BAGGAGE AIR TRANSPORTATION TIME - the period of time since the acceptance of the baggage to be transported to its delivery to the recipient or to transfer it for safekeeping. PASSENGER AIR TRANSPORTATION TIME - the period of time since the entering by the passenger the terminal platform for boarding the aircraft until the passenger leaves the platform under the supervision of authorized persons of the Carrier. PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION TIME - the period of time since the passage by a passenger of pre-control in the airport of departure, including the passenger air transportation time up to the moment when the passenger leaves the airport at the place of destination. APRON - a part of the civil aerodrome airfield, intended to accommodate the aircraft for boarding and unloading of passengers, loading and unloading of baggage, cargo and mail, as well as other services.

FLIGHT COUPON - a part of the ticket, entitling the passenger (in case of the passenger coupon presence) for transportation between the points in the coupon. REPRESENTATIVE OF RED WINGS AIRLINES - an individual / employee of a legal entity that is under the Agreement with Red Wings Airlines and on the basis of power of attorney issued according to the Russian legislation carries out executive functions in the airport of flights of Red Wings Airlines. CLAIM - a demand drawn up in writing by the person concerned for compensation for the damage caused in the air transportation time. CAPACITY - a part of the passenger aircraft cabin, BCC of the aircraft, used for commercial loading. FLIGHT - an aircraft flight (scheduled / non-scheduled), taking into account time from the departure to the arrival, performed under the same number, in one direction, from the starting point to the final destination. SCHEDULED FLIGHTS (REGULAR) - flights of the aircraft, performed by the route in accordance with the established schedule. ADDITIONAL FLIGHT - the flight of the aircraft, performed in addition to the schedule on the route of regular flights. CHARTER FLIGHT - flights of the aircraft, performed in accordance with the aircraft charter contract. FEE - the amount approved in the prescribed manner, in excess of the tariff charged by the Carrier, its Authorized agent or other competent authorities. DISCOUNT - the amount of published tariffs reduce set by the Carrier subject to IATA recommendations. TARIFF - freight charge for air transportation of passengers, baggage with excess of (excess of weight, volume, number of places) free baggage, cargo or mail. NORMAL TARIFF - the tariff of the corresponding service class, used without any restrictions for one year (with the exception of seasonal tariffs, the validity of which is determined by the transportation season). PUBLISHED TARIFF - the tariff recorded in the appropriate order by state bodies and published in the tariffs directories.

THROUGH TARIFF - the tariff that is used to pay for transportation for the whole route. SPECIAL TARIFF - the tariff that is different from the normal, established tariff, taking into account discounts. TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS GOODS (TI) - a document approved and published by the ICAO Council, which sets out detailed requirements that apply to international civil transportation of dangerous goods by air. AUTHORIZED AGENT - a responsible person who is authorized on behalf of Red Wings Airlines to exercise booking, sale and registration of traffic on the shipping documents, including, but not limited to, actions to return cash amounts, duplicate registration and on implementation of other service functions. ACTUAL CARRIER - a carrier or a person authorized by the carrier, which carries out all or part of the carriage in a joint operation flights (code-share) or other contractual relationship between the carrier and the actual carrier. CHARTER TRANSPORTATION - air transportation performed under the charter contract. AIRCRAFT CREW - a group of persons who are in the prescribed manner entrusted with certain responsibilities for flight and technical operation of the aircraft, service of the aircraft passengers at the execution the flight order. The aircraft crew consists of the flight crew (commander of the aircraft and other flight personnel) and the cabin crew (senior cabin crew and cabin crew). E-TICKET (ELECTRONIC PASSENGER TICKET AND BAGGAGE RECEIPT) - a document that is used to confirm the Air Carriage Contract, in which information about the air transportation of passengers and baggage is represented in the digital form. E-ticket has a structure and content approved by the order of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated November 08, 2006. no. 134. ELECTRONIC MULTI-PURPOSE DOCUMENT (EMD) - a payment document, which is issued to a passenger at the collection of fees and charges for services rendered, and in which the information about the service, fees or charges is provided in the digital form. M2-CLOSED FARE - the agreement between the airline company and the airport, concluded for creating a network of connecting routes through the airport with special through tariffs and technologies of passenger and baggage service.

1 GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1 General 1.1.1 These Regulations are developed in accordance with Article 102 of the RF AC, as well as on the basis of Russian and international regulations in the field of air transport, and set out the rights, duties and responsibility of Red Wings Airlines, citizens, consignors and consignees, using the services of Red Wings Airlines. 1.1.2 Red Wings Airlines operate air transport and have a certificate of the operator no. 57. The right of the operator to perform air transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo is confirmed by a license to perform such activities. 1.1.3 The Regulations establish the general conditions of carriage of passengers, baggage, and cargo that are observed in the execution and implementation of the Air Carriage Contract. These Regulations are an integral part of the Air Carriage Contract. 1.1.4 Terms and conditions of the Air Carriage Contract are contained in the conditions of the tariff, transportation document, the RF AC, these Regulations and other regulatory documents of the Russian Federation in the field of Civil Aviation. 1.1.5 At the conclusion of the Air Carriage Contract, the Regulations, tariffs and fees are used which are in force on the date of the transportation document issue. 1.1.6 Transportation of employees of Red Wings Airlines and other categories of service passengers shall be in accordance with these Regulations and other organizational documents of Red Wings Airlines, developed in the development of these Regulations. 1.1.7 Transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo, which is performed by different means of transport by one shipping document (in direct / mixed transportation ) with participation of Red Wings Airlines, is governed by agreements between Red Wings Airlines and other Carriers involved in the transportation process. 1.1.8 These Regulations are available for reading:

1.2 Legislation interrelation 1.2.1 The rights, duties and responsibilities of the parties arising out of the Air Carriage Contract are regulated by:

a) conventions concerning International Carriage by Air, as well as the provisions of international treaties and agreements of the Russian Federation;

b) AC of the Russian Federation and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation; c) these Regulations.

1.2.2 In carrying out the international transportation, these Regulations shall be applied to the extent not inconsistent with Russia's international air transport agreements. 1.2.3 If any of the provisions established by these Regulations or the shipping documents are in contradiction with the laws of a foreign country and cannot be changed by agreement of the parties of the Air Carriage Contract, then such provisions shall remain in force and are considered a part of the Air Carriage Contract, to the extent where they do not conflict with such laws. In this case, the invalidity of any provision of these Regulations does not cancel the other provisions of these Regulations. 1.2.4 Red Wings Airlines have the right to transfer responsibilities or part of responsibilities by the Air Carriage Contract to the person performing on behalf of Red Wings Airlines booking, sale and registration of transportation on the transportation documents (the authorized agent), to the person who provides services in the buildings of the airport complex for departing and arriving passengers (Service Provider), or to another person, including another Carrier, remaining responsible for their actions (inactions) towards the passenger and for the implementation of the Air Carriage Contract. When transferring responsibilities by the Air Carriage Contract to another Carrier, Red Wings Airlines inform the passenger on the actual carrier performing the transportation. In this case, the passenger is governed by the Transportation regulations of the actual carrier, unless otherwise is provided by the agreement of code-sharing between Red Wings Airlines and the actual Carrier. 1.2.5 In international air transportation, the responsibility of Red Wings Airlines are governed by conventions on international air transportation, and ICAO documents, except for transportation, which are not international air transportations by definition of these documents.

1.2.6 Red Wings Airlines are not responsible for failure to notify the passenger of a change in the flight schedule, changing the departure / arrival airport, flight cancellation or changes in any other parameters of the flight if a passenger has not provided the contact details (telephone number when booking the air transportation, email, etc.) or Red Wings Airlines were unable to contact the passenger by the provided contact information, turning at least once on each of provided telephone numbers (addresses, etc.), including as a result of provision by the passenger of incorrect contact information. In these cases, Red Wings Airlines will not reimburse the passengers against damages caused by such failure to notify. 1.2.7 In the case of passenger appeal to Red Wings Airlines for notification and agreement of special conditions provided for by cl. 25 of FAR-82, later than 36 hours before the flight departure, Red Wings Airlines reserve the right to refuse their agreement. 1.2.8 Red Wings Airlines are not responsible for making flights connections, if transportation is arranged by individual tickets. 1.3 Changing the Regulations 1.3.1 Red Wings Airlines amend the Regulations in the order, established by Red Wings Airlines, in accordance with the Documented procedures 10-ДП-2 «Management of the quality management system documentation of Red Wings Airlines». 1.3.2 These Regulations, as well as published in their supplement other organizational documents regulating air transportation, are subject to change by Red Wings Airlines without prior warning the passengers, consignors, consignees, provided that no such amendment shall not apply after the conclusion of the Air Carriage Contract, and the Contract for carriage of cargo by air. The changes to these Regulations shall enter into force on the date of approval. 1.3.3 The representatives of Red Wings Airlines, authorized agents and Service providers, providing services on behalf of Red Wings Airlines on service of transportation by air of passengers, baggage and cargo, have no right to modify or cancel the provisions of the current version of these Regulations.

2 CONDITIONS OF AIR CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS, BAGGAGE AND CARGO 2.1 Air Carriage Contract for passengers, baggage, and cargo 2.1.1 The air transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo is carried by Red Wings Airlines on the basis of the Air Carriage Contract in compliance with these Regulations. The Air Carriage Contract is a public contract, in a manner of its conclusion relates to the treaty of accession and requires from the adherence passenger to access the Air Carriage Contract on the terms proposed by Red Wings Airlines. The Air Carriage Contract shall be deemed concluded upon proper and timely payment of transportation by air. After full payment of transportation, Red Wings Airlines or Authorized agent thereof shall provide a passenger or direct to the passenger the itinerary receipt via e-mail or fax. 2.1.2 By the Air Carriage Contract, Red Wings Airlines are obliged to transfer the passenger of the aircraft to the destination with providing them a place in the aircraft, which flies on the route indicated on the ticket, and in the case of air transportation of baggage to deliver the baggage to the destination and dispense it to a passenger or a person, authorized to receive the baggage. The aircraft passenger must pay for the air transportation, and in the presence of baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance or baggage subject to compulsory payment, in addition pay for transportation of the baggage. 2.1.3 By the Contract for carriage of cargo, Red Wings Airlines are obliged to deliver the cargo entrusted to it by the consignor to the destination and to dispense it to the person authorized to receive the cargo (the consignee), and the consignor agrees to pay for air transportation. 2.1.4 Red Wings Airlines carry out air transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo on scheduled flights in the manner and within the timeframe provided for by the Air Carriage Contract, the Contract for carriage of cargo by air and these Regulations. 2.1.5 Red Wings Airlines executes air transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo on charter flights in accordance with the Aircraft charter contracts, concluded between the Charterer and Red Wings Airlines. 2.1.6 Each Air Carriage Contract and its conditions shall be certified by a document issued by Red Wings Airlines or the Authorized agent.

2.1.7 Transportation of passengers, baggage or cargo, performed from the departure airport to the destination airport by several carriers by one transportation document (including issued with it additional transportation or payment documents), is considered as a single operation regardless of transfer, transportation of cargo, or a break in the transportation. 2.2 Transportation documents 2.2.1 Each Air Carriage Contract and its terms are certified by the transportation documents, which are issued by Red Wings Airlines, or the Authorized agent of Red Wings Airlines. 2.2.2 The transportation documents include:

a) at transportation of passengers (and baggage) - ticket and baggage receipt; b) at transportation of baggage subject to payment - a receipt for payment of excess baggage,

electronic multi-purpose document (the EMD), Miscellaneous Charges Order (MCO); c) at transportation of cargo - the Airway bill; d) when passenger pays fees and charges for services provided regarding the implementation of

the Air Carriage Contract - Miscellaneous Charges Order (MCO), the receipt of various fees, the electronic multipurpose document (EMD).

Registration of transportation documents is carried out by entering the required data in electronic or paper form of the transportation document. 2.2.3 Such transportation documents are the transportation documents of strict accountability, and are used as accounting and financial control documents for cash and non-cash settlements with passengers and settlements between participants of the transportation process. Transportation documents of strict accountability are subject to mandatory registration. Application of transportation documents of strict accountability, which have not been registered, for registration of transportation (services) is not allowed. 2.2.4 The Air Carriage Contract is executed by one ticket or by executed with it additional ticket which specifies the ticket number, to which it is issued.

2.3 Execution of air transportation Air transportation of passengers and baggage along the transportation route is carried out on a regular basis in accordance with the published timetable or on an irregular basis in accordance with the Aircraft charter contract. 2.3.1 Execution of air transportation on schedule 2.3.1.1 The published schedule of aircraft flights should reflect the following information for each scheduled flight:

a) airport of departure; b) destination airport; c) airports, located along the transportation route, in which the aircraft landing is provided

according to the schedule of aircraft flights; d) code of the Carrier; e) flight number; f) days of flights; g) time of departure (local); h) time of arrival (local); i) duration of the flight; j) type of the aircraft.

The aircraft schedule may also contain other information. 2.3.1.2 The information contained in the passenger ticket, the baggage receipt, the Airway bill must correspond to the information published in the schedule at the time of registration of the transportation documents. 2.3.1.3 The schedule can be changed by Red Wings Airlines without the prior notification of passengers and consignors. 2.3.1.4 Red Wings Airlines shall take all possible measures to ensure the timely implementation of transportation in accordance with the concluded Air Carriage Contract. 2.3.1.5 Red Wings Airlines shall have the right to cancel, postpone or delay the flight specified in the ticket, to replace the aircraft, to change the flight number, change the transportation route if it is necessary due to flight safety or aviation security, as well as at the request of the competent state authorities.

2.3.1.6 In the event of a change in the schedule, Red Wings Airlines shall take all possible measures to inform the passengers and consignors who entered the Air Carriage Contract, Contract for carriage of cargo by air on changing the schedule in any way possible, namely:

a) introduction of information into the reservation system; b) by means of a telephone connection on the contacts indicated by the passenger at booking; c) by sending SMS; d) by e-mail; e) informing by the representative of Red Wings Airlines at the airport; f) informing the Registration Agent of the Service provider at registration; g) by visual, acoustic awareness in the airport; h) placing information on the website of Red Wings Airlines; i) by other means, if any are possible in each particular case.

2.3.1.7 In case of failure to deliver the passengers, baggage, or cargo by the flight indicated in the passenger ticket (Airway bill), and if such failure is not due to violation by the passenger or consignor (consignee) of these Regulations and/or the conditions of the Air Carriage Contract, Red Wings Airlines in agreement with the passenger, consignor, or consignee can:

a) perform transportation of passengers, baggage, and cargo on another flight to the destination specified in the transportation document;

b) transfer the transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo to another carrier; c) organize transportation by another mode of transport; d) refund the amounts in accordance with these Regulations.

2.3.1.8 Red Wings Airlines are not responsible for errors, distortions, omissions in the schedule published by other legal entities without the consent of Red Wings Airlines. 2.3.2 Execution of charter air transportation 2.3.2.1 Execution of charter flights shall be executed in accordance with the Aircraft charter contract concluded between Red Wings Airlines and the Charterer. Under the Aircraft charter contract, Red Wings Airlines agree to provide the Charterer for a fee with all or part of capacity of one or more of aircrafts to perform one or more flights for carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo. 2.3.2.2 Execution by Red Wings Airlines of charter flights shall be subject to the conditions of carriage which are specified in the Aircraft charter contract. 2.3.2.3 Red Wings Airlines through the Aircraft Charterer shall inform the passenger on the conditions of the charter transportation and the need for their implementation.

2.4 Transportation route, changes of route, date, and time of departure 2.4.1 Transportation of passengers, baggage or cargo is performed between airports (points), specified in the transportation documents. Changing the point of the route specified in the transportation documents may be made by agreement between Red Wings Airlines and the passenger, consignor, unless otherwise is provided by international agreement of the Russian Federation or the required safety conditions. 2.4.2 Inability of Red Wings Airlines to perform transportation on the route, on the date and at time specified in the Air Carriage Contract is a forced denial of transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo on the initiative of Red Wings Airlines. In this case Red Wings Airlines offers a passenger or s consignor the transportation with the change in the route, date or transportation time, and in case of refusal of the passenger or consignor of the proposed conditions of carriage, Red Wings Airlines shall refund the cost of transportation in accordance with these Regulations. 2.4.3 Changing by the passenger or the consignor of the route, date or transportation time to a later or earlier date than specified in the carriage document is regarded as a voluntary refusal of carriage on the initiative of the passenger or the consignor. In this case, Red Wings Airlines recalculate the cost of such transportation. 2.5 Provision of services and information 2.5.1 Red Wings Airlines (including through the Service provider) or Authorized agent thereof provide passengers and consignors at airports and other points of registration of transportation, points of transportation sale, on board the aircraft with services related to the implementation and to ensuring the air transportation. Provided services are focused on quality service for passengers, consignors and consignees. The services are provided free of charge or for a fee.

2.5.2 When booking the passenger seat and capacity for the passenger, the Authorized agent or Red Wings Airlines offer the passengers with reliable and complete information on:

a) the schedule of the aircraft flights; b) availability of free seats and capacity; c) tariffs and conditions of tariffs application; d) regulations of Red Wings Airlines on transportation of passengers, baggage; e) conditions of the Air Carriage Contract; f) conditions of service on board the aircraft; g) type of the aircraft; h) that the transportation will be actually executed by Red Wings Airlines; i) other supporting information.

2.5.3 When booking the capacity for cargo, the Authorized agent or Red Wings Airlines provide the consignor with the information on:

a) the schedule of the aircraft flights; b) tariffs and conditions of their application; c) the regulations of Red Wings Airlines for transportation of cargo; d) the terms of the Contract for carriage of cargo by air; e) availability of free capacity, tonnage; f) other related information.

2.5.4 In case of payment and / or registration of the transportation the Authorized agent at the point of transportation sale (if applicable) or Red Wings Airlines (including the internet site of Red Wings Airlines) provides the passenger with accurate and complete information about the conditions of transport at no additional cost, including the information:

1) specified in the transportation documents; 2) on the conditions of the Air Carriage Contract, including the free baggage allowance,

objects and things that are prohibited for carriage, special conditions of carriage of luggage, etc.;

3) on the schedule of flights, the cost of air transportation on the routes, including the preferential conditions for children and other categories of passengers;

4) on the conditions of the tariff use; 5) on the regulations of Red Wings Airlines in relation to the transportation of passengers,

and baggage; 6) on the Carrier that will actually perform the transportation; 7) on the method of transportation to the airport of departure; 8) on the place and time of the beginning and end of the check-in; 9) on the general requirements related to border, customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary,

quarantine phytosanitary inspection provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;

10) on the conditions of service on board the aircraft; 11) on the type of aircraft; 12) on the addresses of the points of sale and booking of transportation.

2.5.5 In case of payment and / or registration of the transportation the Authorized agent at the point of transportation sale (if applicable) or Red Wings Airlines (including the internet site of Red Wings Airlines) provides the consignor with accurate and complete information about the conditions of transport at no additional cost, including the information:

a) on the terms of the Contract for carriage of cargo by air; b) on the regulations of Red Wings Airlines in relation to carriage of cargo; c) on the conditions of the tariff use; d) on the general requirements related to border, customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary,

quarantine phytosanitary inspection provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.5.6 Red Wings Airlines, the Authorized agent (if applicable) or the Service provider provide passengers in airports of flights at no additional charge with the following information:

a) on the schedule of flights, the cost of air transportation on the routes; b) on the addresses of the points of sale, rules of sale and booking of transportation; c) on the regulations of carriage of passengers and baggage, including the free baggage

allowance, objects and things that are prohibited for carriage by air transport and other special conditions of transportation;

d) on departure and arrival time of the aircraft, which executes transportation on the schedule (flight plan);

e) on the place, time of the beginning and end of the check-in, specified in the ticket; f) on the place, start and end time of boarding the aircraft, which executes transportation on the

schedule (flight plan); g) on the flight delay or cancellation and the reasons for the delay or cancellation of flight; h) on the method of transfer to the nearest settlement, between the airport terminals, between

airports; i) on the regulations and procedure of pre-flight and post-flight inspections of passengers,

baggage and carry-on luggage; j) on the general regulations on execution by passenger of requirements related to border,

customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, quarantine phytosanitary inspection provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;

k) on the location of the baby care room.

2.5.7 Red Wings Airlines (including through the Service provider, AS and public authorities) in airports provide the following services with no additional charge:

a) registration of passengers and baggage on the route and for the flight specified in the document of transportation;

b) carrying out a special monitoring of security of passengers, baggage, cargo; c) delivery of departing and arriving passengers from the terminal building to the aircraft, from

the aircraft to the terminal building, boarding and exit from the aircraft and in the airport of departure, intermediate, transfer, destination airports;

d) delivery of the baggage prepared for transportation to the aircraft, its loading, stowage and securing on board the aircraft, unloading the baggage from the aircraft, transportation and delivery of baggage to passengers;

e) carrying out of customs, border, as well as, if appropriate, sanitary and quarantine, visa, immigration, veterinary and phytosanitary control in case of international transportation;

f) placement of passengers with children under 7 years in the baby care room. 2.5.8 In case of a break in the transportation by the fault of Red Wings Airlines, and in the case of a flight delay, flight cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, due to technical and other reasons, the change of route, Red Wings Airlines organize for passengers at points of departure and at intermediate points the following services at no additional charge:

a) placement of passengers with children under 7 years in the baby care room; b) two telephone calls or two e-mails while waiting for flight departure more than two hours; c) provision with refreshments while waiting for flight departure more than two hours; d) provision with hot meals while waiting for departure more than four hours and then every

six hours - in the daytime and every eight hours - at night; e) placing the passengers at the hotel while waiting for departure more than eight hours - in the

daytime and more than six hours - at night; f) delivery of passengers by transport from the airport to the hotel and back in cases where the

hotel is provided at no additional charge; g) organization of baggage storage.

2.5.9 Provision of information about the execution of transportation documents in the name of a specific passenger, or for the cargo, passage of registration in the airport of departure, on arrival and departure is performed only on the basis of written requests of state bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations and individuals, if these requests are justified by legal or regulatory requirements.

2.6 Aircraft capacity booking 2.6.1 Booking of capacity (passenger seats, tonnage, volume) on aircrafts of Red Wings Airlines are a necessary condition for a passenger and consignor for transportation of a passenger, baggage and cargo by air. 2.6.2 Booking of capacity is made by the Authorized agent or Red Wings Airlines. 2.6.3 Booking of capacity for a passenger and consignor, registration of transportation documents for the carriage of passengers, baggage or cargo are performed by Red Wings Airlines, or the Authorized agent within the period, specified by the conditions of use of Red Wings Airlines tariffs. 2.6.4 Booking of capacity for the passenger and their baggage can be carried out with the direct appeal of the passenger to Red Wings Airlines, or to the Authorized agent, or by telephone, fax, e-mail, the Internet, as well as through other forms of communication. Booking of capacity for the consignor can be carried out with the direct appeal of the consignor to Red Wings Airlines, or to the Authorized agent, or by telephone, fax, e-mail, the Internet, as well as through other forms of communication. Prior the booking of capacity for cargo, Red Wings Airlines or the Service provider perform inspection of cargo for classification of the cargo or part thereof to the categories of dangerous goods. Check of cargo determines the possibility and / or cargo transportation conditions. 2.6.5 Booking of capacity is only valid if it is made in Red Wings Airlines booking system, following the established Red Wings Airlines regulations and is not contrary to the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. 2.6.6 Possibility to change or cancel the booking of capacity on the aircraft may be limited or excluded in accordance with conditions, established by Red Wings Airlines for the application of tariffs. 2.6.7 When booking the passenger seat and capacity for the passenger, the Authorized agent or Red Wings Airlines do not fix a specific passenger seat for a passenger in the aircraft cabin with the stated service class. Number of specific seat, allocated to the passenger, is indicated during the registration of the passenger and their luggage at the airport (point) of departure.

2.6.8 Booking of capacity for a passenger or consignor is considered preliminary until Red Wings Airlines or Authorized agent thereof do not issue the transportation documents to the passenger or consignor. 2.6.9 Booking is canceled without warning of the passenger or consignor in the following cases:

If the passenger does not make payment for transportation within the terms, prescribed by Red Wings Airlines and the ticket is not issued.

If the consignor does not make payment for transportation within the terms, prescribed by Red Wings Airlines and the waybill for transportation of cargo is not issued.

If the consignor does not present the cargo for transportation within the period set by the Service provider or Red Wings Airlines.

If the consignor provides cargo with improper documents, necessary for the implementation of the requirements related to the border, customs, sanitary-quarantine, veterinary, quarantine phytosanitary types of control provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and / or the laws of the country, to the territory, from or through which the transportation is made, or cargo does not meet the requirements established by normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and these Regulations.

2.7.3 Disability and presence of physical dysfunctions cannot be grounds for a claim of Red Wings Airlines or the Authorized agent carrying out booking, sale and registration of transportation documents to passengers with disabilities and other persons with physical dysfunctions to provide the documents confirming the state of health of passengers due to their disabilities or physical dysfunctions. 2.7.4 Special conditions for booking of capacity, which require approval of Red Wings Airlines, apply to the transportation of:

Passenger with a child up to 2 years. Child, not accompanied by an adult passenger or a passenger, who according to the civil

legislation of the Russian Federation, acquired full legal capacity until they reach the age of eighteen years, which will be transported under the supervision of Red Wings Airlines.

Seriously ill passenger. Pregnant woman. Unaccompanied passenger with hearing or sight disabilities. Passenger with sight disabilities with the guide dog. Passengers who need assistance from Red Wings Airlines. Passenger, whose ability to move around when using air transport is limited and / or whose

condition requires special attention at servicing (hereinafter - the passenger with reduced mobility).

Passenger, having a weapon and / or ammunition. Baggage in excess of the established by Red Wings Airlines free baggage allowance

(hereinafter - the excess baggage). Baggage, dimensions of one seat of which in a packed form exceed two hundred and three

centimeters in the three-dimensional value (hereinafter - the oversized baggage). Baggage, weight of one seat of which exceeds thirty two kilograms (hereinafter - heavy

baggage). Baggage, which must be transported only in the aircraft cabin. Currencies in bank notes or coins, stocks, bonds and other securities, credit and bank cards,

jewelry, precious metals, precious or semi-precious stones, including industrial diamonds (hereinafter - the valuable cargo).

Cargo with a declared value. Items and substances undergoing damage after a certain storage period or if the adverse

effects of temperature, humidity or other environmental conditions (hereinafter - perishable cargo).

Items or substances that are capable of creating a threat to the health, safety, property or the environment and which are specified in the list of dangerous cargo or are classified as dangerous cargo in accordance with the international treaties of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the dangerous cargo).

2.7.5 The Authorized agent or Red Wings Airlines do not transmit the information, received from the passenger or consignor, to third parties, except in cases stipulated by the Russian legislation or international treaties of the Russian Federation. 2.7.6 Within the existing legislation the passenger authorizes Red Wings Airlines to keep information about them, provided to Red Wings Airlines or Authorized agents for the purpose of booking the transportation, additional services, work in the baggage tracing system and the system of prevention and detection of fraud with tickets or obtaining compensation, facilitating the passage of pre-flight and post-flight formalities. Red Wings Airlines shall have the right to transfer information about the passenger or consignor for the above purposes to its employees, agents, service, agents, other carriers, providers of additional services or public authorities (at their request) of the country, territory, from the territory or through the territory of which the transportation is performed. 2.7.7 Red Wings Airlines shall have the right to process personal data of the passenger / consignor, which shall be communicated in any form for reservations, ticketing, as well as changing the conditions of transportation, or the voluntary refusal of transportation in accordance with subcl.1 cl.5 article 6 of the Federal Law no. 152-FZ «On personal data» for the conclusion of the Air Carriage Contract on the initiative of the passenger (personal data subject). Processing of passenger personal data in the context of these Regulations means any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed by Red Wings Airlines in the execution of their obligations under the Air Carriage Contract, using automation tools or without the use of such means with personal data including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision of access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

2.7.8 The personal data of passengers in the context of these Regulations mean:

full name; passport data; residence address; contact phone number; e-mail address and other data, specified by the passenger at booking and transportation

registration. 2.7.9 Conclusion of the Air Carriage Contract confirms the agreement of the passenger / consignor for:

transfer of personal data to an automated system of booking and registration of passengers, and other automated systems (including in cases where such transfer is a cross-border transfer of personal data in accordance with Article 12 of the Federal Law no. 152-FZ «On Personal Data»);

the fact that Red Wings Airlines have the right to authorize their Agents or other persons involved in the transportation implementation or provision process or on behalf of Red Wings Airlines to make the processing of personal data of the passenger / consignor.

2.8 Fees, taxes, duties and discounts 2.8.1 For the carriage of passengers, baggage, and cargo by regular flights, the Authorized agent or Red Wings Airlines charge the freight payment. Forms and procedures of the freight payment are established by Red Wings Airlines and brought to the attention of passengers, consignors at registration of transportation. 2.8.2 The fee is stated in the document of transportation. The fee for the carriage of passengers, baggage, cargo, performed under the aircraft chartering (air charter) is not specified in the transportation document. 2.8.3 Transportation charge is determined on the basis of established by Red Wings Airlines:

a sum of money for the transportation of passengers and / or baggage or cargo between two points of a route of transportation (hereinafter - tariffs) or combinations of tariffs from the airport (point) from which transportation starts of passengers, baggage and cargo in accordance with the Air Carriage Contract and the Contract for carriage of cargo by air (further - airport (point) of departure) till the airport (point) of destination;

fees, prescribed by the Rules of formation and application of tariffs for scheduled air transport of passengers and baggage, charging in the field of Civil Aviation, approved by the Order of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of September 25, 2008 no. 155 and other charges provided for under international agreements;

the cost of additional services of increased comfort established by Red Wings Airlines, in

the case of ordering additional passenger services of increased comfort. 2.8.4 For the provision by the Authorized agent of the passenger services on the selection of optimal transportation route, transportation rates for transportation in accordance with the priority parameters set by the passenger for transport conditions and / or general in relation to each of the Carrier Conditions of Carriage and advisory services, the Authorized agent may incur additional fees. 2.8.5 Air transportation tariff is only applicable to payment for transportation of a passenger, baggage, cargo from departure to destination and set by Red Wings Airlines. The tariff does not include ground transport services between airports and between the airport and the center of the settlement, except in cases where such services are provided by Red Wings Airlines and is available free of charge. 2.8.6 Payment of transportation and registration of tickets is made after booking, except the following cases:

a) registration of the ticket with an open date of departure (without a fixed date on the ticket); b) registration of the ticket with the status waiting free of capacity (the ticket with the status

«on boarding»); c) registration of the ticket subject to availability of freight containers after the registration of

passenger tickets and baggage handling. 2.8.7 Payment for transportation may be carried out by pre-payment. This transportation payment can be made in a point of transport sale and registration of a transportation document - in another point of transport sale. 2.8.8 When paying for the transportation of a passenger and their baggage the tariffs in force on the date of commencement of transportation are used. When paying for the transportation of cargo, the tariffs in force on the date of Airway bill registration are used.

2.8.9 The ticket, baggage receipt and the Airway bill paid by the passenger (consignor) and registered prior to an announced by Red Wings Airlines change of the tariff or the exchange rate are valid at no additional cost to the tariff in force on the date of commencement of carriage, unless a change is made in the Air Carriage Contract. No changes in rates or conditions of tariffs use of Red Wings Airlines have effect on the conditions of transportation by air if the transportation has already begun. 2.8.10 In the event of changes by Red Wings Airlines of conditions of the Air Carriage Contract as a result of:

cancellation or delay (2 hours or more) of the flight in the ticket except when a single transportation is registered;

change of route; schedule changes towards early departure of more than 30 minutes; failed sending of the passenger because of the inability to place them on the flight and date

specified in the ticket; failed passenger transportation on the aircraft caused by the delay of the passenger at the

airport for the duration of their inspection, if during the inspection of baggage or personal search of the passenger there was no detected prohibited substances or items;

failure to connect flights in case of performing a single transportation; sudden illness of the passenger or the illness or death of a family member, together with

them on the aircraft, which is confirmed by medical documents; failure to provide passenger service of the class specified in the ticket; incorrect execution of the ticket by the Authorized agent or Red Wings Airlines; -

(hereinafter - the forced change in the conditions of the Air Carriage Contract) prior to transportation or after the commencement of transportation, a passenger will be charged with surcharge. 2.8.11 In the event of a voluntary change in terms of Air Carriage Contract prior to transportation or after the commencement of the transportation when changing the freight rates, transportation is carried out at the rate corresponding to the new transportation. The tariff for the new route is recalculated from the initial transportation point, the current on the date of commencement of carriage, unless otherwise is provided by the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. The amount of surcharge is calculated as the difference between the original tariff and the new transportation, including any necessary fees. If the tariff for the new route is less than the original tariff, the difference between them is charged to EMD to return to the place of purchase of the original ticket.

2.8.12 The procedure for calculation of taxes and fees to be deducted from the passengers is set by relevant government authorities and / or Red Wings Airlines and brought to the attention of passengers at the point of sale when they register the transportation. Any tax or charge is paid by the passenger over the tariff, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. 2.8.13 Discounts to the air transportation tariffs are set by conditions of use the tariffs of Red Wings Airlines, developed on the basis of current Russian legislation. 2.8.14 Tariffs, taxes and fees are paid by the passenger, consignor in the currency of the country in which the transportation document is issued or in another currency, set by Red Wings Airlines for payment if it does not contradict the currency regulations of the country of sale. 2.8.15 If the transportation payment is made in the currency other than the currency of the publication of the tariff, the equivalent payment in the currency of payment is made on the basis of the exchange rate published in reservation systems, current at the time of registration of transportation. This tariff payment equivalent size can be controlled by Red Wings Airlines. 2.8.16 Red Wings Airlines may refuse the transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo, if payment is not made at the appropriate rate and / or the fee, or credit arrangements are not complied, established between Red Wings Airlines and the passenger or consignor (organization or person making the payment).

3 TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS 3.1 Passenger documents (passenger ticket and baggage check) 3.1.1 Electronic passenger ticket and baggage check (hereinafter - the electronic ticket) have the following structure and content: 3.1.1.1 Structure of the electronic ticket:

a) an electronic flight coupon (depending on the number of flights the number of electronic flight coupons may be from 1 to 4);

b) electronic control coupon; c) electronic agent coupon; d) itinerary receipt (extract from the automated information system of registration of air

transport), which is formed as a result of registration of an electronic ticket for the passenger.

NOTES:

1. Presence of electronic flight coupon and itinerary / receipt is required. 2. Electronic passenger ticket and baggage check are an independent form of the transportation

document used in all technological passenger service operations and relations of participants of the transportation process.

3.1.1.2 The content of the electronic ticket - itinerary receipt (an extract from an automated information system of registration of air transport), electronic flight, electronic control, electronic agent coupons include the following information on the carriage of passengers and baggage:

passenger information: for internal transport: surname, name, patronymic, series and number, name of the

identity document; for international transport: name, other information, in accordance with international

standards. name and (or) the Carrier Code (Red Wings Airlines); flight number; departure date; flight departure time; name and (or) codes of airports / points of departure and destination for each flight; tariff; tariff equivalent (if applicable); total cost of transportation; form of payment; fees (if applicable);

name and (or) the booking class code; code of booking status; date of registration; name of the Authorized agent or the Carrier (Red Wings Airlines), registered a ticket; free baggage allowance (optional); unique e-ticket number.

3.1.1.3 Itinerary receipt (an extract from an automated information system of registration of air transport) is mandatory made and issued (sent in electronic form by information and telecommunication networks) to the passenger. Itinerary receipt (an extract from an automated information system of registration of air transport) is a document of strict accountability. 3.1.1.4 Itinerary receipt (an extract from an automated information system of registration of air transport), an electronic flight coupon, electronic control coupon, and electronic agent coupon may contain other additional information about the conditions of transport or service features for passengers and baggage, including information on the disabled passengers, passengers with limited mobility and other persons with disabilities. 3.1.1.5 Electronic flight e-ticket coupon can reflect the following statuses:

«O» - Open for use - the state code of the flight coupon that can be changed to any other.

«A» - Airport Control.

«C» - Checked-In - the passenger has registered baggage to be transported and / or received a boarding pass.

«E» - Exchanged/Reissued - e-ticket coupon value has been credited at the payment of a

new transaction.

«F» - Flown Used - transportation on the flight coupon of the electronic ticket has been made.

«I» - Irregular operations - the actual Carrier exercising control over the coupon extends it

beyond 48 hours for coupons with status code «A», «C» or «L».

«L» - Lifted Boarded - the passenger is on board the aircraft.

«P» - Printed - flight e-ticket coupon is converted from an electronic file into a paper

document. Once the coupon is printed, it cannot be returned to the original state of the electronic code and, thereafter, to be treated as paper flight / valorem coupon.

«R» - Refunded - unspent cost of flight e-ticket coupons was refunded or credited to the

passenger.

«S» - Suspend - the Responsible Carrier temporarily restricted the use of flight coupons of the e-ticket.

«U» - Unavailable - the Responsible Carrier found that this coupon is not available for use.

This coupon can only be exchanged.

«V» - Void - a complete reversal of the sale electronic record. It applies only if all the coupons have a status code «О». Cancellation only applies to the initial sale transaction or to a new ticket, registered as a result of the transaction «Exchange / Re-registration».

«X» - Print exchange - the electronic ticket is printed with the new number of the ticket

without change of the original tariff paid and the relevant conditions for the application of tariffs.

«Z» - Closed - the Responsible Carrier has banned the use of this coupon.

NOTE: The status of the electronic flight coupon can reflect any additional information on its condition and use. 3.1.2 E-ticket is generated using an automated system. For each passenger a single electronic ticket is issued. 3.1.3 A ticket is issued on the basis of the identity document of a passenger required in accordance with Russian law or international treaty of the Russian Federation for the transportation of passengers on the route stipulated by the contract of transportation of passengers. 3.1.4 In the case of the sale of transportation at a special tariff the ticket is issued on the basis of the document referred to in cl. 3.1.3 hereof and the documents confirming the passenger's right to use the special tariff.

3.1.5 In the case of payment of transportation by bank transfer or with deferred payment the ticker is issued on the basis of the document referred to in cl. 3.1.3 hereof and the documents confirming the (guarantee) transportation costs. 3.1.6 If the passenger intends to present at check-in other document proving their identity than the one based on which the ticket was issued, the passenger in advance of recording the passage of a flight should contact Red Wings Airlines or Authorized agent for inclusion in the ticket and in the automated booking system of changes related to an identity document, and Red Wings Airlines or Authorized agent must make actions on making these changes. 3.1.7 Methods for the acquisition of the electronic ticket:

a) In air ticket offices of Red Wings Airlines. b) Through the website of Red Wings Airlines. c) In the agencies for the sale of air transportation of the Authorized agents.

3.1.8 At the international transportation in which the place of departure, destination point is located on the territory of two states or on the territory of one state, if there is a point of landing on the territory of another state, as well as at the internal transportation, in which the point of departure, destination point and all landing points are located in the territory of one state (not Russian), the e-ticket is issued in English. 3.1.9 For the internal transportation in which the place of departure, destination point and all landing points are located in the territory of the Russian Federation, the e-ticket is issued in Russian (unless electronic ticketing in English is agreed by Red Wings Airlines). 3.1.10 When buying an electronic ticket (booking) the passenger must get the itinerary receipt. The Itinerary receipt is printed on a standard sheet of A4 size. In the case of the purchase of air transportation over the Internet, the itinerary receipt is sent to the passenger by e-mail. When buying air transportation on the website of Red Wings Airlines, the itinerary receipt will also be available for download, print and web-based registration. 3.1.11 Passenger can:

3.1.12 The itinerary receipt is provided to the passenger only after payment of the cost of transport according to the tariff. 3.1.13 To make payments the Authorized agent or Red Wings Airlines use documents certifying:

1. payment of fees and services (Miscellaneous Charges Order, the EMD, receipt of different fees);

2. payment of transportation of baggage in excess of Red Wings Airlines free baggage allowance, baggage with a declared value, other baggage , subject to additional payment (a receipt for payment of excess baggage, EMD).

3.1.14 The passenger may be transported only if there is a valid ticket in electronic form, issued properly. 3.1.15 The passenger is not allowed to be transported if there is no information in the reservations on the issue of electronic ticket and the passenger data are missing from the PNL automated registration system. 3.1.16 Changes to the ticket are carried out at the request of the passenger and made in accordance with the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines by the Authorized agent with the consent of Red Wings Airlines or directly by Red Wings Airlines. 3.1.17 Changing the flight number, the date and time of departure are made by reissuance of the ticket with the payment of taxes in accordance with the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. 3.1.18 The passenger is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, visas, permits and the like, as well as for compliance with all applicable laws concerning exit, entrance and transit the country of departure, arrival and transit. Red Wings Airlines are not liable to the passenger if the passenger does not receive such documents or visas or does not comply with the requirements of applicable laws. At the request of Red Wings Airlines the passenger is obliged to submit all documents for exit or transit, health status, and other documents required by applicable law, and to allow Red Wings Airlines to copy and keep the copy of the document or in some other way to keep the information contained in the relevant documents, if Red Wings Airlines deem it necessary.

3.2 Invalid passenger ticket 3.2.1 The passenger may be transported if the ticket is issued properly. 3.2.2 Red Wings Airlines cannot pass the passenger for transportation before establishing the fact of conclusion of the Air Carriage Contract if:

1. The corresponding flight coupon of the ticket issued in electronic form has a status that is not designed for flight.

2. In the case of failure to provide on demand of Red Wings Airlines a copy of the credit card of the passenger, with which the payment is made for a certain ticket or the authorization code to the passenger bank card for transactions for which the ticket was paid for, under the protection against illegal use of bank cards and facts of electronic fraud.

3. The ticket was purchased from a person who is not an Authorized agent of Red Wings Airlines.

3.2.3 The passenger with respect to whom the fact of the conclusion of the Air Carriage Contract with Red Wings Airlines was set after the actual departure of the relevant flight, which was supposed to carry the passenger, can be offered either to perform transportation by the route of not executed transportation by the next flight, where there is an empty seat and transportation capacity in the same class of service, which corresponds to the tariff paid, or get a refund for not executed transportation (in the amount that would be paid by the passenger on voluntary refusal of carriage) in accordance with the terms of the applicable tariff of Red Wings Airlines. Return for the not executed transportation by the ticket, registered by the interline partner, is made in the order established by the interline partner. 3.2.4 The receipt for payment of excess baggage and the Miscellaneous Charges Order, lost by the passenger, are not restored and the duplicates are not made out. 3.3 Validity of the passenger ticket 3.3.1 The ticket is valid for transportation of a passenger and their baggage from origin to destination on the route and class of service specified therein. Each flight coupon (part of the ticket) is valid for transportation of a passenger and their baggage only on the specified route in its area, the class of service on the date and flight for which it is issued. If the ticket is issued without a reservation mark (with an open date of departure), the seat is reserved in accordance with the request of the passenger, subject to availability on the requested flight.

3.3.2 The ticket paid at the tariff, not limiting conditions of sale and use (hereinafter - the normal tariff), certifies the commitment of Red Wings Airlines for the transportation of passengers and their baggage for one year from the date of commencement of transportation and if transportation is not started - from a ticket issuance date. 3.3.3 The ticket paid at a special tariff confirms the commitment of Red Wings Airlines for the transportation of passengers and their baggage in the terms established by the Air Carriage Contract, and is valid for transportation or exchange only for a period determined by the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. 3.3.4 Validity of the passenger ticket issued at a special tariff is determined by the date of commencement of transportation. If the validity of the ticket, issued at a special tariff, is expired, a ticket can be accepted for exchange with a surcharge to a higher tariff, unless otherwise is specified by the tariff rules. In this case the expiry date of the re-issued ticket shall be calculated on the first flight coupon of the old ticket if transportation is started, or from the date of issue of the ticket, if no flight coupon has been used. Surcharge is calculated along the entire route (there and back) at the tariff, valid at the time of renewal, unless otherwise is provided by the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. The amount of the initial ticket in this case is non-returnable. 3.3.5 Red Wings Airlines can extend the validity of the ticket for the passenger free of charge in cases of forced refusal of the passenger from transportation in accordance with cl. 2.8.10. hereof. 3.3.6 If a passenger is unable to complete the started transportation within the period of validity of the ticket due to illness or family member's illness, the validity of such ticket shall be extended for the duration of the medical documents provided by the passenger. 3.4 Tickets registration and passenger baggage handling for transportation 3.4.1 For the transportation of passengers and baggage Red Wings Airlines provide the registration of tickets and registration of passengers' baggage to be transported. 3.4.2 The passenger having a passenger ticket, must, in the airport of departure or another point specified by Red Wings Airlines complete the registration process and baggage registration. In case of transportation of passengers on international routes, the passenger must also go through customs, border and sanitary-quarantine, immigration, veterinary, phytosanitary and other controls, if necessary.

At the same time Red Wings Airlines have the right to check all the necessary documents for ticket registration and baggage check until the adoption of a passenger and their luggage to be transported. 3.4.8 The passenger for passage of the ticket and baggage registration procedure must provide an identification document on which the ticket was issued, as well as other documents required by Russian law. Also, the passenger must be in possession of documents proving the special conditions of transportation of the passenger and their baggage (power of attorney for the child, medical certificate, health certificate, etc.), except for the documents confirming the passenger's state of health among people with disabilities and other persons with physical dysfunctions due to disability or physical dysfunctions.

3.4.9 In case of international transportation, the passenger shall have duly issued exit, entry and other documents required in accordance with national legislation of the state, to, from or through the territory of which the transportation will be made. Passengers traveling on international flights as part of the visa-free transfer are required to be in possession of documents proving the existence of a valid ticket with a confirmed booking of airport transfers on the whole route (itinerary receipt or boarding pass). 3.4.10 Identity documents of the passenger:

1. Russian passport; 2. Assembly of the Russian Federation (on domestic flights). 3.4.11 If the passenger intends to present at check-in other document proving their identity than the one based on which the ticket was issued, the passenger in advance (no later than the start of ticket registration for the corresponding flight) to the passage of registration of a flight should contact Red Wings Airlines or Authorized agent for inclusion in the ticket and in the automated booking system of changes related to an identity document, and Red Wings Airlines or Authorized agent must make actions on making these changes.

3.4.12 When registering a passenger is provided with a boarding pass, which shall include:

1. initials and surname of the passenger; 2. flight number; 3. departure date; 4. end time of boarding on a flight; 5. exit gate number; 6. seat number on board the aircraft; 7. other information if necessary.

3.4.13 The passenger should arrive at the boarding gate no later than the end of the boarding on the flight specified in the boarding pass. Passenger boarding on the aircraft is made in case of provision by the passenger of the boarding pass for the corresponding flight. 3.4.14 Passengers who are late for check-in of tickets and baggage, or boarding the aircraft, can be denied in the transportation by the flight. 3.4.15 Baggage of the registered passenger, who has not appeared for the boarding the aircraft, shall be subject to removal from the aircraft and the mandatory inspection. 3.5 Departure procedures 3.5.1 In order to ensure flight safety, passengers, baggage, belongings of the passengers undergo security checks. Preflight inspection of passenger baggage, luggage of the passenger is made at the airport and / or aircraft by persons authorized by AS. 3.5.5 In case passenger refuses from inspection, Red Wings Airlines have the right to terminate the Air Carriage Contract with compensation of payment for the transportation in accordance with the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines, based on the conditions of voluntary refusal of the passenger from transportation. 3.5.6 In case of transportation of passengers on international routes, the passenger must also go through customs, border and sanitary-quarantine, immigration, veterinary, phytosanitary and other controls, if necessary. NOTES:

1) Customs control is a set of measures undertaken by the customs authorities in order to ensure compliance with national, including customs, laws and international treaties of the state, control over the execution of which is entrusted to the customs authorities, including, in particular, control of movement across the state border of the aircraft and its loads, as well as the baggage and hand luggage of persons at the aircraft, currencies, and currency values.

2) Passport and visa control (border control) is to verify the presence of valid passports at the

passengers, entry, exit, and, if necessary, transit visas. 3.6 Service of passengers on board of the aircraft 3.6.1 Red Wings Airlines provide the passengers on board the aircraft with a range of services depending on the type and equipment of the aircraft, flight duration, time of day during which the flight takes place, as well as the class of service specified in the transportation document. Scope of services and procedure of their provision is determined by Red Wings Airlines. 3.6.2 Red Wings Airlines for the service of passengers on board the aircraft shall appoint trained staff in sufficient numbers to ensure safety of the flight, including first aid, where necessary, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of the Russian Federation Civil Aviation. 3.6.3 The main task of the aircraft cabin crew (flight attendants) is to ensure flight safety and service quality of passengers on board the aircraft for the provision of services, regulated by the service standards, which are set by industry standards and local regulations of Red Wings Airlines.

3.6.4 Red Wings Airlines provide information to the passengers on board the aircraft: 1. on the locations of the main and emergency exits and emergency equipment; 2. on the conditions of the aircraft escape in emergency situations; 3. on the rules of conduct on board the aircraft; 4. on the aircraft layout; 5. on the conditions of the flight and the services provided on board the aircraft during the

flight. 3.6.5 Rations-board meals are provided free of charge to passengers during horizontal flight, in accordance with the class of service, taking into account the duration of the flight and the time of day according to the industry standard OST 54-3-61-93. Red Wings Airlines reserve the right to serve passengers with meals «Cold food», regardless of the time of day and duration of the flight on the aircraft, the construction of which does not allow the use of the specialized equipment on board required to service passengers with hot meals. 3.6.6 Red Wings Airlines can provide additional services of enhanced comfort to passengers during the flight. Additional services of enhanced comfort, the order of their submission and payment are established by Red Wings Airlines. 3.6.7 The passengers, while on board of the Red Wings Airlines aircraft, have the right to:

1. require provision of all services provided by the terms of the Air Carriage Contract; 2. if their life, health, honor and dignity are in danger - to contact employees of Red Wings

Airlines and demand their protection. 3.7 Transportation of children 3.7.1 Transportation of accompanied children 3.7.1.1 Red Wings Airlines carry out transportation of children under twelve years old accompanied by a parent or adult able-bodied passengers in a single class of service. 3.7.1.2 One child under the age of two years is carried by Red Wings Airlines without giving the child a separate seat, with mandatory registration of the ticket, accompanied by an adult passenger or a passenger who, in accordance with civil legislation of the Russian Federation, has acquired full legal capacity until they reach the age of eighteen:

for internal transportation - free of charge; in international traffic - at a discount of ninety percent of normal or special tariff, unless

there are special conditions for application of the special tariff without providing free baggage allowance.

3.7.1.3 A child under the age of six years, as well as a disabled child under the age of twelve are transported only when accompanied by an adult passenger or a passenger who, in accordance with civil legislation of the Russian Federation has acquired full legal capacity until they reach the age of eighteen years. 3.7.1.4 If a child under the age of two years at the request of an accompanying passenger is given a separate place, such child is transported by Red Wings Airlines at a discount of fifty percent of the normal or special tariff, unless there are special conditions for the application of the special tariff. 3.7.1.5 Other, accompanying the passenger children, under two years, and children aged between two and twelve years old, are transported by Red Wings Airlines with providing them with tickets to individual sites at a discount of fifty percent of the normal or special tariff, if there are no special conditions for the application of the special tariff. The free baggage allowance is allowed at a set rate. 3.7.1.6 The child's age is determined as of the date of commencement of transportation from the airport (point) of departure specified in the transportation document. Date of birth of the child must be indicated in a passenger ticket. When issuing the ticket and during the passage by the child of the registration procedure, they must provide proof of age of the child. 3.7.1.7 In the event of a voluntary change by the passenger accompanying the child of the conditions of the Air Carriage Contract after the start of the transportation, a child ticket is reissued (exchanged) at the rate corresponding to the age of the child on the date of commencement of transportation from the airport (point) of departure, even if the child age has changed to the time of renewal of transportation. 3.7.2 Transportation of unaccompanied children 3.7.2.1 Unaccompanied children may be transported if the child is between the ages of six to twelve years, or at the request of parents, adoptive parents, foster parents or guardians and with the consent of Red Wings Airlines - up to sixteen years, unaccompanied by parents, adoptive parents or guardians and not trusted to any adult passenger or a passenger who, in accordance with civil legislation of the Russian Federation has acquired full legal capacity until they reach the age of eighteen years. 3.7.2.2 Unaccompanied children between the ages of six to twelve years old are transported under the supervision of Red Wings Airlines only by direct scheduled flights after registration by parents, adoptive parents or guardians at the departure airport while taking an unaccompanied child to the transportation of a written application for the transportation of an unaccompanied child and declarations about responsibility, with a mark in the ticket (in booking) on the presence of the power of attorney (agreement) under the signature of the person, who bought the ticket.

3.7.2.3 Unaccompanied child is accepted to transportation by Red Wings Airlines under the conditions that:

1. there is the prior consent of Red Wings Airlines for the transportation of an unaccompanied child;

2. the child seer-off are present at the airport up to the aircraft departure; 3. the unaccompanied child will necessarily be met at the destination airport; 4. unaccompanied child is transported by the direct scheduled flight; 5. transportation of the unaccompanied child is paid by the full normal tariff; 6. number of carried unaccompanied children is no more than two on one aircraft.

3.7.2.4 Children in the age of twelve years and older can be transported by Red Wings Airlines unaccompanied by an adult passenger or a passenger who, in accordance with civil legislation of the Russian Federation has acquired full legal capacity until they reach the age of eighteen years. 3.7.2.5 Application for transportation of unaccompanied child and the responsibility declaration are filled in 4 copies:

1. the first copy remains with accompanying persons; 2. the second copy at registration is transmitted to the Representative (Agent of the Service

provider) of Red Wings Airlines in the airport of departure; 3. the third copy is transmitted to the flight attendant responsible for the service of an

unaccompanied child on board the aircraft; 4. the fourth copy is transferred by the flight attendant to the Representative (Agent of the

Service provider) of Red Wings Airlines in the destination. 3.7.2.6 For passport control for departure from the Russian Federation the following documents are required for the unaccompanied child:

1. when going to the CIS countries - a child's birth certificate (passport) and a notarized consent (authorization) of parents / guardians to cross the Russian border;

2. when going to foreign countries (only for children with a foreign passport) - passport, notarized consent (authorization) of parents / guardians, in which the period of validity should be specified that coincides with the term of transportation and stay in the country of destination, and the child route, according to article 20 of the Federal law no. 114-FZ «On the procedure for exit from the Russian Federation and entry into the Russian Federation».

3.7.2.7 Transportation of an unaccompanied child will be charged at the transportation tariff of 100% of the normal tariff, discounts are not applied for these tickets.

3.8 Transportation of people with disabilities, elderly, sick passengers 3.8.1 The passenger is required to determine the possibility of use of air transport on the basis of their health. Transportation of the disabled, the elderly or the ill passengers is carried out, provided that Red Wings Airlines are not responsible for the deterioration of health of a passenger or other effects occurred during the transportation or after it caused by age, mental or physical condition of the passenger, as certified by the obligation of passengers who have the right to request the representative of Red Wings Airlines or the Registering agent of the Service provider in the presence of bases. 3.8.2 The passenger, physical or mental condition of which causes the concern of personnel of Red Wings Airlines in relation to the health of the passenger, is allowed to air transportation after provision of a certificate of medical establishment that the passenger is not contraindicated for transportation by air transport, which lists special requirements for the transport. 3.8.3 Transportation of passengers, recognized by the court as incapable, is made by Red Wings Airlines at the request of parents, adoptive parents or guardian and accompanied by an adult passenger, capable of ensuring the safety and security of incapable passengers for people around them. 3.8.4 Partially incapacitated passengers on flights of Red Wings Airlines are provided with in advance stipulated place. Partially incapacitated passengers who medically need additional oxygen during transportation are not accepted to transportation. 3.8.5 Red Wings Airlines perform passenger transportation in the wheelchair, electric wheelchair, folding chair for passengers unable to move independently, critically ill passengers only accompanied by persons providing care for these passengers on board the aircraft. 3.8.6 For sick passengers, passengers with disabilities and other persons with physical dysfunctions, medicine is transported free of charge and their weight is not included in the free baggage allowance. Wheelchairs and other assistive devices used by passengers with disabilities and other persons with physical dysfunctions are carried free of charge as checked baggage in the aircraft BCC, and weight of the individual vehicles is not included in the free baggage allowance.

3.8.7 The passenger cabin of the aircraft are permitted for transportation of folding wheelchairs and other assistive devices used by passengers, weight and dimensions of which do not exceed the weight and size of hand luggage, established by these Regulations, subject to their safe placement in the aircraft cabin. 3.8.8 Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider at the transportation of passengers with disabilities and other persons with physical dysfunctions in the individual movement means, seriously ill passengers shall inform a destination and intermediate points on the transportation of such passengers to take the necessary measures for their delivery from board and on board the aircraft. 3.8.9 A wheelchair with an electric drive that is used by the passenger, shall be in checked baggage at check-in. Red Wings Airlines or the Service provider provide information to destinations and stopover that on board the aircraft there is a disabled passenger with an electric wheelchair, for provision of the wheelchair to them on arrival in the first place. This information indicates the passenger's name, location of the electric wheelchair and electric batteries placed separately. 3.8.10 Passengers using a wheelchair with an electric drive are required to be in possession of a set of keys / devices to disconnect the battery terminals of the wheelchair, as well as packaging for the battery in accordance with ICAO TI. Detaching and attaching the battery terminals for wheelchairs with the electric drive is made by a passenger independently or at the request of the need for services - by the Service provider. 3.8.11 In order to ensure flight safety, for implementation of technical or operational requirements, Red Wings Airlines shall have the right to limit the number of transported patient - passengers and passengers with disabilities on any of its flights, even if there is qualified support of such passengers. The number of passengers with reduced mobility on flights of Red Wings Airlines cannot be more than the number of staff able to assist them in an emergency and cannot exceed five such passengers on a single aircraft. Transportation of groups of passengers with disabilities and other persons with physical dysfunctions is performed by prior agreement with Red Wings Airlines.

3.9 Transportation of passengers with vision, hearing disabilities 3.9.1 Passengers with disabilities of hearing and vision at the same time are transported, accompanied by a passenger, to assist them in flight. 3.9.2 The passenger, deprived of vision, may be carried accompanied by a guide-dog. 3.9.3 Transportation of passengers, deprived of vision, accompanied by a guide-dog is produced by Red Wings Airlines after the presentation of a document confirming the disability of a passenger, and the document confirming the special training of the guide-dog. 3.9.4 For the transportation of passengers, deprived of vision, accompanied by a guide-dog, the Authorized agent when booking the passenger seat on board the aircraft and at registration of the passenger ticket to them shall inform Red Wings Airlines on transportation of such passengers in order to assist passengers at check-in and airport of departure in the process of delivery to the aircraft and from the aircraft at the destination airport. 3.9.5 The guide dog accompanying the passenger, deprived of vision, is transported by Red Wings Airlines for free in excess of the free baggage allowance. The guide dog must have a collar and a muzzle and be tied to a chair at the feet of the accompanied passenger. 3.9.6 The amount of guide dogs carried on the aircraft is determined depending on the number of persons on board the aircraft with disabilities and other persons with physical dysfunctions, but should not exceed 5 guide dogs on the same aircraft. 3.10 Transportation of pregnant women and newborn babies 3.10.1 Transportation of pregnant women is made under the condition that Red Wings Airlines are not liable to the passenger for any adverse consequences that may arise for the passenger and the fetus during transportation and due to transportation, as evidenced by the corresponding obligation, signed by the passenger to be filled at the registration. 3.10.2 Pregnant women with gestational age of more than twenty-eight weeks can be transported by Red Wings Airlines in the presence of a certificate from a doctor, supervising the pregnancy, with a confirmation that the pregnancy is normal.

This doctor certificate must indicate that there are no contraindications for air travel. The above certificate must be issued no later than seven calendar days prior to the transportation by air. 3.10.3 Transportation of newborn infants aged less than seven days is carried out under the condition that Red Wings Airlines are not responsible to the parents for possible consequences as a result of transportation for the health of their child. 3.11 Transportation of deported passengers and passengers who are denied entry to the

territory of a foreign state or the Russian Federation 3.11.1 Transportation of these categories of passengers is made in accordance with Russian law, and international legislation in the field of Civil Aviation. 3.11.2 Deported passengers and passengers who are denied entry, is responsible for the reimbursement of all expenses incurred by Red Wings Airlines in connection with such carriage, as well as for reimbursement of all costs of Red Wings Airlines and other carriers in exporting if any, associated with the reverse transportation, accommodation and meals at the point of refusing the entry and transfer points on the return route. 3.11.3 Red Wings Airlines have the right to include in the payment of the costs incurred any amounts paid by the passenger or by the Organization, which registered the passenger transportation for the unused flight or any other sum held by Red Wings Airlines, paid by the passenger or the Organization, paid the ticket. 3.12 Transportation of officials 3.12.1 Service of officials at the departure, arrival, transit or transfer airports is made in the halls of officials and delegations (if any). Requirements to conduct the established formal procedures at the registration of officials do not differ from the standard requirements. 3.12.2 Service of officials in the halls of officials and delegations is made on the basis of applications. Applications are submitted by representatives of state, public, political, religious and commercial organizations. Service in the hall of officials and delegations is obliged to be paid by the passenger. 3.12.3 Officials must arrive at the airport of departure no later than the end of registration of passengers on the flight.

3.12.4 Delivery of passengers served in the hall of officials and delegations to the aircraft of Red Wings Airlines, and their carry-on baggage and checked baggage, is made in the last instance separately from other passengers. 3.12.5 Boarding of passengers served in the hall of officials and delegations, and unloading of baggage from the aircraft of Red Wings Airlines at the destination airport are made in the first place (after the baggage of transfer passengers). 3.13 Transportation of employees of the State Courier Service at the Government of the

Russian Federation on duty 3.13.1 For employees of the State Courier Service at the Government of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - SCS) the registration and issuance of tickets is made out of turn. 3.13.2 Registration of tickets of the service staff, registration of transported correspondence are performed prior to the passenger check-in and during check-in - out of the lineup. 3.13.3 Preflight inspection of employees of the SCS, their baggage and hand luggage (except for seats with accompanying correspondence) is made on a general basis, out of the lineup. 3.13.4 Employees of SCS when performing their duties are allowed to carry weapons on board the aircraft. 3.13.5 Transportation of correspondence of SCS at the Government of the Russian Federation is made with deployment of correspondence in the passenger seats with weight up to 75 kg for each seat next to their escort officer, or in a convenient observation of their place in the established order. 3.13.6 Transportation of correspondence in the aircraft cabin is registered by the passenger ticket, the value of which amounts to 100% of the normal tariff for the relevant class of service. Free baggage allowance on such ticket is not applied. 3.13.7 Boarding of employees of SCS at the Government of the Russian Federation, carrying correspondence, is made before the general boarding.

3.14 Transportation of transit and transfer 3.14.1 Air transportation of transit passengers is performed on one flight of Red Wings Airlines, if provided or made stopovers of the aircraft during the flight. 3.14.2 Delivery of passengers from the aircraft to the airport building at the aircraft arrival at the transit point and boarding of such passengers on board the aircraft for the next flight to the destination is made in the first turn. 3.14.3 Transportation of passengers which, in accordance with the Air Carriage Contract, arrived at the transfer airport by one flight of Red Wings Airlines and then transported on another flight of Red Wings Airlines or another Carrier along the transportation route (hereinafter - the transfer passenger) is carried out in accordance with the Agreements between the Carriers or the Agreement «M2-closed fare». 3.14.4 Baggage of the transfer passenger, subject to customs control, shall be accepted for transportation in accordance with the customs legislation of the Russian Federation and / or the customs legislation of the country, to the territory, from or through the territory of which the transportation is made. 3.14.5 Red Wings Airlines or Authorized agent thereof at registration of the passenger ticket on the transit or transfer route of transportation:

1. Ensure booking and passenger transportation booking confirmation with transfer at an intermediate airport from the transfer airport to the destination point, allowing the passenger to arrive to the transfer airport for registration at the scheduled time.

2. Inform passengers traveling with a transfer or with the aircraft stop in an intermediate

airport, on the procedures to be performed by the passenger for its further transportation to the destination point.

3. Inform the passenger on the requirement of state bodies in the transfer airport in case of the

international transportation, including:

1) on the possibility of baggage registration as a transfer baggage to the destination airport by following the route of transportation from the departure airport in the territory of the Russian Federation to the airport of destination outside the customs territory of the Customs Union with a stopover in the place of departure from the territory of the Russian Federation only in case of absence of goods subject to customs declaration in writing;

2) on the possibility of baggage registration as a transfer to the destination airport while following a transportation route from the departure airport outside the customs territory of the Customs Union in the airport of destination in the Russian Federation with a stopover in the place of arrival to the Russian Federation only in case of absence of goods subject to customs declaration in writing;

3) that use of a simplified procedure under which the transfer baggage can be checked to

the final destination does not exempt the transfer passenger from compliance with other requirements of the customs legislation of the Customs Union and customs legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.14.6 In case of transportation by one ticket, baggage receipt, or registered additional ticket together with it, baggage receipt, in which the ticket number is specified, to which it is registered, Red Wings Airlines take all possible measures to ensure the minimum connection time with the flight on which the passenger booked the seat, allowing the passenger to pass all pre-flight formalities provided for in the transfer airport and to fulfill the requirements related to border, customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, quarantine phytosanitary types of control provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and / or the laws of the country to, from or through the territory of which the transportation is made. 3.14.7 At registration of transfer passengers’ baggage at the point of departure every baggage seat is marked with special transfer tags, the baggage is registered to the destination point. 3.15 Transportation of business class passengers 3.15.1 Business class passengers receive special service at the airport, including registration at a separate check-in desk, service in the business lounge and delivery on the aircraft board separately from economy class passengers, and receive increased free baggage allowance. 3.15.2 On board the aircraft business class passengers seat in the business class cabin and receive special services. 3.15.3 Upon arrival the business class passengers leave the aircraft in the first turn, apart from the passengers of economic class, but not before officials.

3.16 Transportation of passengers traveling with service tickets 3.16.1 Service passengers can be transported by service tickets on flights of Red Wings Airlines with their consent. The service passenger may be provided with the service ticket with or without a confirmed reservation. 3.16.2 Service of passengers, traveling with the service tickets with confirmed reservation is made in the same way as the service of passengers, who paid the cost of the ticket, in accordance with the standard procedures of registration. When servicing the passengers without a confirmed booking the following conditions must be met:

1. the passenger may be accepted for transportation if a seat is available after registration; 2. in the case of transit transportation of a passenger, they should be informed that the

transportation may be suspended in any of the transit airports due to lack of free seats on the next segments of the transportation and that Red Wings Airlines do not bear any responsibility for it;

3. in case of transfer transportation, the passenger and their baggage may be registered only to the first stopover airport.

3.16.3 In case of violation of the regularity of flights, passengers with service tickets with confirmed reservations are treated in the same way as passengers who have paid for a ticket. Passengers with tickets without a confirmed reservation who have been already accepted to transportation, are served in case of the flight schedule break in the same way as all other passengers. 3.16.4 Passengers with service tickets without a confirmed reservation are treated at the transfer airport in the same way as at the departure airport. 3.17 Provision of additional seats to the passengers For transportation with increased comfort, a passenger may reserve the required amount of seats. Extra seats are paid at a rate of 100% of the current tariff.

3.18 Transportation of diplomatic couriers 3.18.1 A diplomatic courier must have and provide on demand of Red Wings Airlines documents confirming their special powers as a person accompanying the special baggage or mail. 3.18.2 Transportation of diplomatic couriers is carried out in accordance with the requirements of government agencies. 3.18.3 Diplomatic baggage (mail), accompanied by a diplomatic courier may be carried in the aircraft cabin. Such baggage is registered as unchecked baggage (carry-on luggage) separately from the personal baggage of the diplomatic courier and can be placed on a separate passenger seat. 3.18.4 Weight of the diplomatic baggage (mail) carried in the cabin of the aircraft must not exceed the average passenger weight (no more than 80 kg), and overall dimensions of baggage should allow to place it on a separate passenger seat. 3.18.5 Diplomatic baggage (mail) transportation is paid according to the established Red Wings Airlines tariffs published in reservation systems. 3.19 Transportation under escort Red Wings Airlines do not perform transportation of escorted convicts and committed persons.

4 TRANSPORTATION OF BAGGAGE 4.1 General requirements 4.1.1 Passenger baggage is accepted for transportation by Red Wings Airlines in its registration for transportation in the airport of departure, transfer airport, stopover airport or other points of registration. 4.1.2 Passenger baggage is accepted for transportation by Red Wings Airlines as the checked baggage, carried in BCC of the aircraft. Luggage of the passengers is transported in the cabin of the aircraft as unchecked baggage (hand luggage). 4.1.3 Red Wings Airlines transport passenger baggage to the destination point on the aircraft, which transports the passenger to whom the baggage belongs. If such transportation is not possible, Red Wings Airlines in agreement with the passenger carry baggage on passenger aircraft performing the next flight to the destination of the passenger. 4.1.4 Red Wings Airlines have the right to refuse a passenger's baggage transportation if the weight, capacity, contents, size or packing does not meet the requirements of these Regulations. 4.1.5 Baggage of the passenger who has not appeared on the boarding the aircraft after registration, as well as baggage of the transit passenger who has not appeared on the boarding and their hand luggage on board the aircraft shall be subject to mandatory removal from the aircraft and mandatory inspection.

4.2.3 Free baggage allowance is applied to: 1. adult passengers; 2. children from two to twelve years; 3. children up to two years with a seat provision.

4.2.4 Free baggage allowance is applied to both scheduled flights and charter flights. There may be exceptions on charter flights on the basis of a contractual relationship with the Customer. 4.2.5 Next can be transported free of charge over the free baggage allowance on flights of Red Wings Airlines:

Handbag or briefcase. Folder for papers. Umbrella. Cane. Bouquet of flowers. Outerwear. Prints for reading in flight. Baby food to feed the child during the flight. Camera. Camcorder. Laptop. on the shelf above the passenger seat or under the seat in front of the passenger seat. Strollers. Wheelchairs. Musical instrument in a hard case - weighing no more than 10kg and not more than one

instrument per passenger. Guide dog - not more than five guide dogs on one aircraft.

Things / animals listed in cl. 4.2.5 hereof, except for a pram and a wheelchair are not provided for weighing, are not subject to registration and not marked with tags. Strollers and wheelchairs are weighed at registration, marked with baggage tags and are transported in excess of the free baggage allowance.

pair of shoes. Fishing equipment weighing up to 32kg and up to 203cm - 2 rods, bag or box, 1 pair of

boots for fishing, net. Hockey equipment weighing up to 32kg - 1 hockey bag, hockey sticks, 1 pair of skates, 1

set of protective pads for the body, 1 helmet. Diving equipment weighing up to 32kg - 1 diving mask, 1 snorkel, fins, wetsuit, regulator,

an empty oxygen cylinder, a lantern. Equipment for tennis, squash and badminton weighing up to 32kg - 2 rackets and balls

set in the package for tennis, squash and badminton. Rubber boat weighing up to 32kg - 1 rubber boat, 1 pair of oars. Surfboard up to 2m - 1 surfboard up to 2m.

4.2.6.2 Pets, birds. 4.2.6.3 Special means, cold steel and firearms, ammunition. 4.2.6.4 Other types of special categories of baggage:

a) TV sets, tape recorders, radios, photo and video equipment, household and office equipment, cash registers, various electrical equipment for industrial and domestic purposes.

b) Flowers, plants, seedlings, food greens, dried plants, branches of trees shrubs with total weight of more than 5kg.

c) Courier correspondence and parcels, accompanied by specialists of agencies. Transportation of said luggage is paid on the basis of its actual weight on the published tariffs, regardless of other things of the passenger carried as the baggage.

4.2.7 At the request of passengers, traveling together with the same purpose of the trip, confirmed by documents (itinerary receipt numbers follow one another or tickets are purchased in a single agency in one day), to the same airport (point) of destination or the airport (point) of stop by the same flight (family members, persons traveling together or following to a business trip), Red Wings Airlines apply to those passengers the combined free baggage allowance. This summation is only applicable to the free baggage allowance, and baggage is registered for each passenger individually. 4.2.8 In case of involuntary decrease in the service class the passenger is entitled to carry the baggage on the free baggage allowance set for the paid service class. 4.2.9 In case of the flights of joint operation with other Carriers there may be applied baggage allowances of the Carrier actually performing the flight, unless otherwise is provided by the Agreement between the Carrier-partners. 4.2.10 Red Wings Airlines or Authorized agent thereof when issuing the ticket inform the passenger about baggage transportation conditions, including, but not limited to, an established norm of free baggage allowance, as well as the need to pay for transportation of excess baggage or baggage subject to compulsory payment. 4.2.11 If the itinerary receipt contains the free baggage allowance greater than the established by Red Wings Airlines, Red Wings Airlines have no right to reduce free baggage allowance for the passenger indicated in the itinerary receipt. If the allowance in the itinerary receipt is less than established by Red Wings Airlines, the latter have the right to increase the free baggage allowance up to the allowance established on this route. 4.3 Checked baggage 4.3.1 Upon registration of the ticket and baggage check-in the passenger is obliged to present to weighing all the baggage intended for transportation, except for the hand luggage of the passenger and not put in the baggage that passengers are entitled to carry in excess of the free baggage allowance and free of charge. 4.3.2 Red Wings Airlines or the Service provider post information about admission to the transportation of baggage, number of places and weight of baggage, except for the hand luggage of the passenger and not put in the baggage that passengers are entitled to carry in excess of the free baggage allowance and free of charge, in electronic form in the automated registration system.

4.3.3 At registration of the baggage a passenger is given with a piece of (coupon) numbered baggage tag, and the other piece is attached to each piece of baggage taken by Red Wings Airlines for transportation under the responsibility of Red Wings Airlines for the safety of these things since their delivery by the passenger till their delivery to the passenger (hereinafter - the checked baggage). 4.3.4 Numbered baggage tag is used to identify each checked baggage seat and contains the information on:

a) name and surname of the passenger; b) flight number; c) date of departure; d) airport (point) of departure; e) airport (point) of destination to which the checked baggage is accepted for transportation; f) weight of baggage; g) other additional information - if necessary.

4.3.5 To indicate the special conditions of transportation a special not numbered tag can be attached to the checked baggage. 4.3.6 The passenger's checked baggage is carried on the same aircraft of Red Wings Airlines, where the passenger is transported. 4.3.7 Each seat of the checked baggage is accepted for transportation if the packaging is in good order, providing its safety during transportation and handling, and excludes the possibility of:

1. injury to passengers; 2. causing harm to members of the crew; 3. causing harm to third parties; 4. aircraft damage; 5. damage to baggage of other passengers; 6. damage to other property.

Baggage that does not meet the above requirements is not permitted for transportation. 4.3.8 Baggage having external damage signs that do not affect its safety during transportation and handling and cannot cause harm to the passengers, crew members, third parties, damage to aircraft, baggage of other passengers or other property may be accepted for transportation with a limited liability as the checked baggage, with the consent of Red Wings Airlines. Such baggage is additionally attached with a special baggage tag of limited liability «Limited release». The presence and type of damage are confirmed by the signature of the passenger. 4.3.9 Red Wings Airlines and / or the Service provider after baggage registration for transportation are responsible for the checked-in baggage and its packing.

4.3.10 Since the delivery of the checked baggage for transportation and the time of its delivery to the passenger, the access of the passenger to the checked baggage is prohibited, except in cases of identification or additional inspection by the relevant authorized agencies. 4.3.11 Red Wings Airlines have the right to check the weight of the baggage carried by passengers in the airport of departure and / or destination airport. If it is determined that the passenger is carrying baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance with no corresponding payment of transportation, Red Wings Airlines may require to pay for transportation of such part of the baggage. 4.3.12 The size of one seat of baggage must not exceed 203cm on the sum of three dimensions, the weight of one seat of baggage must not exceed 32kg. Baggage in excess of the specified size and / or weight is transported only by prior arrangement with Red Wings Airlines and is paid according to the tariff for the total weight of the cargo, or is registered as under the rules of transportation of cargo, while the free baggage allowance is not used for the oversized baggage. 4.3.13 The maximum weight of one seat of checked baggage must not exceed 50kg, except for wheelchairs used by passengers with disabilities and other persons with physical dysfunctions. Red Wings Airlines have the right to refuse to accept the baggage to be transported as checked baggage, the weight and / or the size of which do not comply with the requirements of these Regulations. 4.3.14 In case of connection for less than 24 hours the transfer baggage is registered to the final destination or the point of transfer, depending on possibilities of the airport of departure / transfer and the requirements of public authorities at the point of transfer. If a passenger has a connection between flights for more than 24 hours, their baggage is registered only to the point of transfer. 4.3.15 The use of a simplified procedure under which the transfer luggage can be registered to the destination airport does not release the transfer passenger from compliance with other requirements of the customs legislation of the Customs Union and the Russian Federation legislation on customs. 4.3.16 Submission of the transfer baggage, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, by Red Wings Airlines to the customs authority for customs control in the transfer airport does not release the passenger from liability for violation of the customs legislation of the Customs Union and the Russian Federation legislation on customs.

4.4 Passenger's belongings (hand luggage) 4.4.1 Passenger's belongings (hand luggage) are unregistered baggage accepted for transportation in respect of the free baggage allowance. 4.4.2 The hand luggage accepted for transportation are items, maximum weight and dimensions of which are limited by Red Wings Airlines and allow safely placement in the aircraft cabin. 4.4.3 Hand luggage at transportation is placed under the passenger seat. Small light things and outerwear of a passenger weighing less than 2kg can be placed above the passenger seat in the lockable overhead luggage compartment. 4.4.4 Red Wings Airlines or the Service provider when registering a hand luggage, carried in the cabin of the aircraft, provide the passenger with the not numbered tag «Hand luggage» and enter the weight of hand luggage into the automated registration system. 4.4.5 The passenger is obliged to care about the safety of hand luggage and items carried by passengers in the aircraft cabin. Red Wings Airlines are not responsible for the hand luggage and items carried by passengers in the aircraft cabin. Passengers is obliged to take hand luggage and items carried in the aircraft cabin with them at leaving the aircraft. 4.5 Excess, oversized and heavy baggage 4.5.1 Excess baggage, oversized baggage and heavy baggage are accepted for transportation only if the aircraft of Red Wings Airlines have free capacity and subject to payment of the passenger baggage, except in cases when the transportation of such baggage has been agreed with Red Wings Airlines and paid when booking, as well as in cases of transportation of wheelchairs and other assistive transportation means used by the passenger with disabilities and other persons with physical dysfunctions in accordance with the procedures for provision passengers with disabilities and other persons with physical dysfunctions with services in airports and in aircrafts, provided by paragraph 13 of article 106.1 of the RF AC. 4.5.2 Red Wings Airlines have the right to limit the reception, transportation or to refuse to carry baggage the weight of which exceeds Red Wings Airlines free baggage allowance, if such transportation has not been beforehand agreed with Red Wings Airlines.

4.5.3 If the passenger intends to transport the baggage weight and / or size of which are smaller than they were booked and pre-paid, Red Wings Airlines return to the passenger the transportation payment difference between the booked and the actual weight and / or size of the baggage. 4.5.4 A passenger on the route shall be entitled to reduce or with the consent of Red Wings Airlines to increase the weight and number of seats of the carried baggage. In case of increase by the passenger in the way of the weight and / or seats quantity of the transported baggage, they are obliged to pay the cost of transportation of baggage, the weight or dimensions of which exceed the established norm of free baggage allowance for the previously paid transportation. In case of reduction by the passenger on the route of weight of carried baggage, no recalculations for previous payment for baggage are made by Red Wings Airlines. 4.5.5 Passengers at reservation of capacity on the aircraft are obliged to inform Red Wings Airlines or their Authorized agent on transportation of the oversized baggage. Red Wings Airlines have the right to refuse admission to the transportation of not reserved oversized baggage. 4.5.6 Oversized baggage - is the baggage, seat dimensions of which in the sum of three dimensions exceed 203cm. Heavy baggage - is baggage with weight (one seat) exceeding 32kg. 4.5.7 Free baggage allowance is not used for the oversized and heavy baggage, the transportation of such baggage must be paid at the tariff for excess baggage. 4.5.8 The oversized baggage is accepted for transportation provided that the dimensions of loading hatches and BCC of the aircraft of Red Wings Airlines allow its loading (unloading) to (from) the aircraft and placing on board the aircraft. Such baggage must have carrying handles and accessories for its mounting when placed on the aircraft. 4.5.9 If necessary to transport excess, heavy or oversized baggage on the aircraft by several carriers, the passenger must obtain the consent of the Carriers for such transportation.

4.6 Documents for payment for excess baggage 4.6.1 Transportation of oversized baggage, heavy luggage, pets and birds is paid based on the actual weight of such baggage by established by Red Wings Airlines baggage tariffs independently of other things of the passenger, carried as baggage, with the exception of guide dogs, next to the passenger deprived of view, as well as wheelchairs used by passengers with disabilities and other persons with physical dysfunctions. 4.6.2 The receipt for payment of excess baggage or multi-purpose electronic document (MDE) certify payment by the passenger for the baggage transportation. 4.6.3 Receipts for payment of excess baggage must necessarily consist of a flight (one to four) and passenger coupons completed by the approved form. The receipt may also have a universal coupon to process credit card payments, as well as front and back covers. 4.7 Transportation of baggage with provision of additional seats in the aircraft cabin 4.7.1 Baggage of the passenger which requires special precautions during transportation or special conditions for its handling (fragile and breakable objects, film and photographic, television and video equipment, radios, home office equipment, musical instruments, electronic and optical devices, etc.) may be carried in the aircraft cabin with placing on a separate passenger seat. 4.7.2 Transportation of the baggage in the aircraft cabin is made and implemented by prior agreement with Red Wings Airlines. The passenger is obliged to inform Red Wings Airlines / Authorized agent on the baggage transportation in the aircraft cabin when booking the transportation or purchasing a ticket and pay for a separate seat for that baggage. 4.7.3 The transportation of baggage in the aircraft cabin is registered with a separate ticket, the cost of which is 100% of the tariff, which is used for registration of the accompanying passenger transportation, for one additional passenger seat. In case of baggage transportation on several passenger seats, the transportation cost is calculated based on the number of passenger seats required for baggage location. 4.7.4 The weight of one seat of baggage carried in the cabin of the aircraft of Red Wings Airlines must not exceed the average passenger weight (less than 80kg) and overall dimensions should allow to place it on a separate passenger seat. Packing of baggage carried in the cabin of the aircraft must ensure its fastening on the passenger seat. 4.7.5 Delivery of the baggage carried in the cabin of an aircraft to the aircraft, its loading, placing in the cabin of the aircraft, unloading from the aircraft and delivery from the aircraft are made by the passenger carrying the baggage.

4.8 Requirements for the content of baggage and hand luggage 4.8.1 In order to ensure flight safety, the following cannot be accepted for transportation on the aircraft as baggage, hand luggage or things at the passenger:

1. objects and substances transportation of which is prohibited by the law of the Russian Federation and the governmental orders, rules and regulations of governmental bodies of the Russian Federation, international instruments in the field of civil aviation and the international agreements of the Russian Federation, documents of state agencies of any country through or into which the transportation is made;

2. explosives, blasting supplies and items armed with them, ammunition, missiles, and illuminative substances, pyrotechnic products;

3. compressed and liquefied gases; 4. flammable liquids; 5. flammable solids; 6. oxidizing substances and materials, and organic peroxides; 7. toxic substances; 8. radioactive materials; 9. corrosives; 10. firearms and cold steel of all kinds (including gas spray guns), except in cases and in the

manner prescribed by law; 11. other materials and substances that can cause harm to passengers, aircraft or property on

board the aircraft or may be used for acts of unlawful interference with civil aviation activities;

12. gas cylinders and cartridges to gas pistols (revolvers); 13. poisonous, toxic or irritating substances; 14. magnetized materials; 15. lighters for personal use, containing unabsorbed liquid fuel and lighter refills,

thermomatches; 16. fluids in containers larger than 100ml, even if the container is only partially filled.

The detailed list of dangerous substances and items prohibited for transportation on board the aircraft is contained in ICAO TI (Doc 9284). 4.8.2 Articles and substances which may be carried in limited quantities:

1. Cylinders with gas of Category 2.2 specified in ICAO TI, for actuating the artificial limbs; non-radioactive drugs, medicines containing alcohol and toiletries (sprays, hair spray, perfume, cologne) - total net quantity of each product or substance should not exceed 0.5 kg or 500 ml, the total net quantity of all products carried by one passenger should not exceed 2 kg or 2 liters.

2. Curling catalyst irons containing hydrocarbon gas - not more than one item per passenger.

4.8.3 Articles and substances which may be carried in limited quantities and only in checked baggage with an isolated passenger access to the baggage during the flight:

1. Crossbows, underwater guns, swords, sabers, broadswords, scimitars, cutlasses, bayonets, daggers, knives, hunting knives, flick knives, knives with latched locks, replicas of any types of weapons.

2. Domestic knives (scissors) with the length of the blade more than 60 mm; 3. Alcoholic beverages containing more than 24% but not more than 70% alcohol by volume in

containers with a capacity not exceeding 5 liters in packaging intended for retail trade - no more than 5 liters per passenger.

4. Liquids and alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content by volume of not more than 24%. 5. Aerosols intended for use in sports or household purposes, cans which are protected by caps

from spontaneous emission of contents in containers of no more than 0.5 kg or 500 ml - no more than 2 kg or 2 liters per passenger.

6. Internal combustion engines or fuel cell engines that meet the requirements of special provision A70 ICAO TI.

The items in this clause, articles and substances are accepted for transportation as the checked baggage. For the tariffs, which do not provide for free transportation of the baggage category, the transportation is free of charge on condition of payment by the passenger for an additional separate seat of baggage, which includes only the listed items and substances within the overall weight standards established for the tariff at which the transportation was purchased by the passenger. 4.8.4 Articles and substances which may be carried in limited quantities in the things near the passengers:

1. Medical thermometer - one per passenger. 2. Mercury tonometer in standard casing - one per passenger. 3. Mercury barometer or manometer, packaged in the airtight container and sealed with the

sender seal. 4. Disposable lighter - one per passenger. 5. Dry ice for cooling of perishable products - no more than 2 kg per passenger. 6. 3% hydrogen peroxide - not more than 100ml per passenger. 7. Fuel cells, used to power portable electronic devices (e.g., camera, cellular phone, laptop

computer and video camera) and spare fuel cartridges - in accordance with ICAO TI. 8. Liquids, gels and aerosols related to non-dangerous in containers of no more than 100ml (or

equivalent capacity in other units of volume), packed in a resealable transparent plastic bag of not more than 1 liter - one bag per passenger.

Liquids in containers larger than 100ml will not be accepted for transportation, even if the container is only partially filled. Exceptions are made for medicines, baby food and special dietary needs.

9. liquids purchased in duty free shops at the airport or on board the aircraft must be securely packed in a sealed plastic bag, which provides visual access to the contents of the package during the flight on which there is reliable evidence that the purchase was made in airport duty-free shops or on board the aircraft on the day of travel.

Red Wings Airlines have the right to decide on the introduction of additional measures to ensure security on flights with the increased risk, thereby prohibit the transportation in the cabin of the aircraft of the following items:

1. corkscrews; 2. hypodermic needles (unless medical justification will be presented); 3. knitting needles; 4. scissors with blade with length less than 60mm; 5. folding (without lock pin) travel, penknives with blade length less than 60mm.

4.8.5 Articles and substances which may be carried as the passenger baggage with the permission of Red Wings Airlines:

1. Small cylinders (gross weight up to 5kg) with gaseous oxygen or air needed for medical purposes.

2. Heat emitting elements (i.e. equipment powered by a battery, such as a high intensity

underwater lights and soldering equipment, which if accidentally activated generates extreme heat and can cause fire) may be transported in the checked baggage and the carry-on baggage. The heat emitting component or energy source should be removed to prevent unintentional functioning during transportation.

3. Backpack with rescue equipment, comprising a cylinder of compressed gas of Category 2.2

(specified in the ICAO TI) - no more than one pack per passenger. It may contain a pyrotechnic trigger mechanism, which should contain no more than 200 mg of net explosive of category 1.4S (specified in ICAO TI).

4. No more than two small cylinders of carbon dioxide or other suitable gas of Category 2.2

(specified in ICAO TI), inserted in a self-inflating life jacket for inflation purposes and no more than two spare cartridges.

5. Only in the checked baggage - safety devices, such as attaché cases, boxes and bags for

storing cash, etc., incorporating dangerous goods as the part of the equipment, such as lithium batteries or pyrotechnic material, in accordance with the requirements of ICAO TI.

6. Wheelchairs for transportation of patients or others operated by battery, mobility aids equipped with not-spill liquid batteries and transported in the checked baggage, provided that the battery terminals are protected from short circuits and the battery is securely attached to the wheelchair or mobility aid. In cases where the design of transportation means specifically provides for the removal of the battery by the user (for example, foldable design), the battery must be carried in strong, rigid packaging, at the same time the battery must be protected against short circuit.

7. Wheelchairs for transportation of patients or other mobility aids driven by a battery,

equipped with spillable batteries and transported in the checked baggage, provided that the wheelchair or mobility aid can be loaded, placed, secured and unloaded always in an upright position, and provided that the battery is disconnected, the battery terminals are protected from short circuits and the battery is securely attached to the wheelchair or mobility aid. In the case of removing the battery from the wheelchair, it must be protected against short circuits, carried in strong, rigid packaging, excluding leakage of the battery fluid, lined with absorbent material sufficient to absorb all the liquid contained in it.

8. Wheelchairs for transportation of patients or other mobility aids operated by lithium ion

batteries and transported as the checked baggage, provided that the battery terminals are protected from short circuits and the battery is securely attached to the wheelchair (mobility aid). In cases where the mobility aid design specially provides for the removal of batteries by the user (for example, foldable design), the battery is removed and transported in the cabin under the forward seat, provided that the battery terminals are protected from short circuits, the battery is protected from damage (e.g. by placing it in a protective package), and power consumption of the battery does not exceed 300Wh. It is allowed to carry in the cabin only one spare battery with power consumption not exceeding 300Wh or two spare batteries, with power consumption of each not exceeding 160Wh.

4.8.6 Transportation of lithium-ion, lithium-metal batteries and devices containing these batteries: 4.8.6.1 Portable electronic devices (watches, calculating machines, cameras, cellular phones, laptop computers, camcorders, etc.) containing lithium metal or lithium ion cells or batteries, in the case when they are carried by passengers or crew for personal use, must be carried as hand luggage. If such devices are transported in the checked baggage, the measures should be taken to prevent the spontaneous bringing them into action.

4.8.6.2 Portable medical electronic devices (automatic external defibrillators (AED), inhalers, devices that support continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP, etc.) containing lithium metal or lithium ion cells or batteries are carried only as the hand luggage. 4.8.6.3 Spare batteries must be individually protected so as to prevent short circuits (for example, by placing in the retail packaging or wrapping with tape of open poles or placing each battery in a separate plastic bag or protective package), and carried only as a hand luggage. 4.8.6.4 Each installed or spare battery:

1. with respect to lithium metal batteries - lithium content must not exceed 2g;

2. with respect to lithium ion batteries - the Watt-hour rating must not exceed 100Wh. Lithium ion batteries, which power density in watt-hours exceeding 100Wh, but not exceeding 160Wh, may be carried as spare batteries in the hand luggage or in equipment located either in the checked baggage or the hand luggage. The transportation is allowed for no more than two individually protected spare batteries per passenger. 4.8.7 The passenger is responsible for transporting in the baggage of items prohibited for transportation or handed over for transportation without complying with the requirements and conditions of transportation set out in these Regulations. 4.9 Transportation of weapons, ammunition and special equipment 4.9.1 Air transportation of weapons, ammunition and special means (hereinafter - the weapons) is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and developed on its basis normative documents of federal executive bodies, the laws of other countries and international treaties of the Russian Federation. 4.9.2 Transfer transportation of any weapons and ammunition is prohibited.

4.9.3 The passenger during the flight is prohibited to keep in the aircraft cabin: 1. Firearms, gas, air, cold and mechanical weapons of all kinds. 2. Pistols, revolvers, rifles, carbines and other fire, gas, pneumatic weapon, electroshock

devices and their imitators. 3. Any models and dummy weapons, including children's toys. 4. Crossbows, underwater guns, swords, sabers, broadswords, scimitars, cutlasses, bayonets,

daggers, stilettos, knives (hunting, assault, switchblades, bayonet knives, knives with a thrown blade , with lockable blade, household knives, regardless of their purpose).

5. Explosives, tools and articles armed with them (powder, in any packaging and any number).

6. Cartridges (including small-caliber). 7. Cartridges for gas weapon. 8. Primers (hunting caps). 9. Fireworks. 10. Signal and flares. 11. Ammunition signaling, planting bombs, smoke cartridges, bombs, demolition matches,

sparklers, rail firecrackers. 12. Triton, dynamite, ammonal and other explosives. 13. Blasting caps, electric detonators, electric igniters, fire and detonating cords.

4.9.4 Weapons of the passenger who has the right to keep and bear it, is necessarily passed to Red Wings Airlines for the flight in the airport of departure, and issued after the flight at the destination airport. 4.9.5 If the route of the aircraft passes through the state border, the issue of arms crossing the border on board the aircraft must be settled in advance by the passenger with the relevant authorities of the states concerned to comply with existing in these states laws and regulations. The passenger must have a permit to enter the country with weapons from the competent authorities of that state. 4.9.6 Acceptance for transportation of weapons, preparation of necessary documents, delivery on board the aircraft in the airport of departure and delivery of weapons at the destination airport is performed by AS employees. Receiving weapons to the transportation from the passenger during the flight is carried out not later than fifty minutes before the aircraft departure specified in the ticket, and registered with an act drawn up in three copies, which shall be signed by the passenger - the owner of the weapons, the AS employee and employees of internal affairs bodies on transport:

1. The first copy of the statement is also signed by Red Wings Airlines and remains at the departure airport in the AS.

2. The second copy is transferred to Red Wings Airlines. 3. The third copy shall be issued to the passenger for weapons obtaining at the destination

airport.

4.9.7 An AS employee shall inform the passenger - owner of the weapon on the order of its receipt at the destination airport. 4.9.8 The staff of the Federal Security Service (hereinafter - FSS), SCS, having the appropriate travel orders, in the performance of their duties, do not transmit weapons for temporary storage to the Carrier during the flight. 4.9.8.1 FSS and SCS employees with the relevant travel orders, which are in the performance of their official duties, do not pay for transportation of weapons. 4.9.8.2 Employees of FSB, Internal Affairs Ministry, military and other paramilitary organizations, having relevant travel orders, which are in the performance of their duties, pay for the transportation of weapons in accordance with commercial agreements, and in their absence - by cash. 4.9.9 Transportation of weapons is carried out in a packaged form in a special locked metal box, which is placed in BCC of the aircraft. 4.9.10 Transportation of long-barreled weapons, the size of which unassembled does not allow to put it in a metal locked box, is performed in the aircraft BCC in the passenger packaging, sealed with AS (special packaging, pouch, case, cover) and which meets the security requirements. 4.9.11 Citizens of Russia can carry weapons on the territory of the Russian Federation in the amount of not more than 5 units and cartridges up to 1000 pieces (but not more than 5kg per passenger) on the basis of permission of the Internal Affairs Minister. 4.9.12 Transfer to the passengers of weapons in the airport of destination is performed by AS employees upon presentation by the passenger - owner of the third copy of the act, weapons identity document, a document for the right to carry and store weapons, and if necessary - the appropriate permission to import into the territory of the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation. 4.9.13 Unclaimed passenger weapon in the airport of destination shall be transferred by AS staff to the law enforcement officers.

4.10 Transportation of pets and birds 4.10.1 The following pets may be transported by Red Wings Airlines on the aircraft as the baggage and hand luggage: dogs, cats and birds. Any other animals are not accepted for transportation in baggage and hand luggage and can be transported as cargo. 4.10.2 Transportation of pets / birds on aircrafts of Red Wings Airlines are produced as the checked baggage (BCC of the aircraft) or in the aircraft cabin by prior agreement with Red Wings Airlines, and with the permission of the destination countries or transit countries in case of international transportation. 4.10.3 The passenger is obliged to inform Red Wings Airlines or Authorized agent thereof on the transportation of pet animals / birds when booking transportation or buying a passenger ticket, but not later than 48 hours before the flight departure. 4.10.4 A pet / bird during transportation in the aircraft should be placed in a rigid container packaging (wood, plastic), or in a metal cage, with access of air and a strong lock. The container / cage size must allow the animal to stand up to its full height and rotate 360 degrees. The bottom of the container / cage must be waterproof and covered with absorbent material, around the perimeter of the bottom there must be boards, eliminating spillage of absorbent material. Bird cages should be covered with a dense opaque cloth. 4.10.5 When transporting in the aircraft BCC one container / cage can place no more than two adult animals, if the weight does not exceed 14kg for each and they get along together. Pets of greater weight shall be carried in separate containers / cages. The container / cage can be placed up to three offspring of animals not older than 6 months. 4.10.6 Transportation of pets / birds in the aircraft cabin is made only with the prior confirmation of such transportation by Red Wings Airlines in the reservation system and provided transportation of the animal / bird by the adult passenger (no more than 1 container / cage per passenger). Animals / birds must be in containers / cages. Weight of the container / cage with an animal / bird must not exceed 8kg. Container / cage dimensions in the sum of three dimensions (length / height / width) should not exceed 115cm, the container / cage height should not exceed 20cm.

Passengers with animals are provided with seats in the last five rows in the aircraft cabin for economy class passengers. During the flight, the container / cage with animals / birds in the aircraft cabin must be placed under the forward seat. It is forbidden to place the container / cage with animals / birds in the emergency exit, in the aisle, on the luggage shelf. Animal / bird must be located inside a closed container / cage at all times while on board the aircraft (during the flight, while taxiing, loading / unloading of passengers). 4.10.7 Passengers carrying pets / birds during transportation by air must present at registration of the passenger ticket valid documents (certificates) about the health of pet animal / bird, issued by the competent authorities in the field of veterinary medicine, as well as other documents required by countries of flight or transit for international transportation by air. 4.10.8 Red Wings Airlines reserve the right to limit the number of animals transported on the same flight, depending on the type of the aircraft, flight route, commercial load, etc. The aircraft cabin can be used for transportation of no more than two containers / cages with pet animals / birds of non-antagonistic species. At the same time the aircraft is allowed to carry antagonists animals (cat / dog, cat / bird), subject to the requirements of their location in the aircraft cabin (on blocks of passenger seats separated by a central aisle of the passenger cabin and placed in different rows of passenger seats) and not more than one animal of each kind. 4.10.9 The pets / birds are not covered by the free baggage allowance. Transportation of animals / birds is paid at the rate for excess baggage, based on the actual weight of the animal / bird with a container / cage. 4.10.10 Acceptance for transportation of animals / birds is carried out on condition that the passenger assumes full responsibility for them. Red Wings Airlines are not responsible for damage caused to third parties by such animals / birds, as well as for loss, delay in delivery, disease or death of animals / birds, as well as is not liable to the passenger carrying an animal / bird in case of refusal of importation or trafficking of animal / bird by any country or territory. 4.10.11 The passenger is obliged to comply with all the requirements of Red Wings Airlines and must reimburse Red Wings Airlines by direct recourse actions and all losses and additional costs in the event of the aircraft damage caused by an animal / bird , existing aircraft equipment and gear, luggage of other passengers, health or life of the crew and other passengers.

4.11 Baggage packing 4.11.1 Each seat of checked baggage must have proper packaging to ensure its safety during transportation and handling and eliminating the possibility of causing harm to passengers, crew members, third parties, damage of the aircraft, baggage of other passengers or other property. 4.11.2 Baggage that does not meet the requirements of cl. 4.11.1 is not permitted for transportation. 4.11.3 Connection to the same seat of two or more things that have individual package is not allowed. 4.11.4 Baggage, in a package that has sharp, protruding objects, as well as baggage in defective packaging is not permitted to transportation, except in the case of marking this category of baggage with the baggage tag «Limited Release». NOTE: Baggage having external damage signs that do not affect its safety during transportation and handling and cannot cause harm to the passengers, crew members, third parties, damage to aircraft, baggage of other passengers or other property may be accepted for transportation as the checked baggage, with the consent of Red Wings Airlines. The presence and type of damage are confirmed by the signature of the passenger. Such baggage is additionally attached with a special baggage tag of limited liability «Limited release». 4.11.5 Red Wings Airlines have the right to refuse the passenger in admission of the baggage as the checked baggage if the baggage is not placed in a package that provides its safety under normal handling conditions. 4.12 Baggage dispensing 4.12.1 Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) inform passengers about the place of dispensing of checked baggage in the airport of destination, stopover or transfer, as well as the reason for and the duration of any delay in dispensing of baggage, and provide dispensing of baggage to passengers. 4.12.2 The passenger is obliged to collect their checked baggage as soon as it is requested for dispensing by Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) at the destination, a stopover or a transfer on the basis of the coupon of the numbered baggage tag.

4.12.3 Dispensing of the checked baggage is made at the airport to which the baggage has been accepted for transportation. 4.12.4 At the request of the passenger the checked baggage may be dispensed at the departure airport or at the intermediate point of landing, if the baggage dispensing in these areas is not prohibited by international treaties of the Russian Federation, normative legal acts of the Russian Federation or the legislation of the country to, from or through the territory of which the transportation is made, and if time and circumstances make it possible. 4.12.5 In the event of such baggage dispensing at the point of departure or at an intermediate point of landing, all previously paid to Red Wings Airlines amounts in connection with the transportation of baggage can be returned only with the consent of Red Wings Airlines. 4.12.6 If the person applying for a baggage is unable to provide with the coupon of the numbered baggage tag, Red Wings Airlines (through Service providers) may issue the baggage to such person subject to the production of evidence by the person of their rights to the baggage by its identification. The act on the issue of such baggage is mandatory to be drawn up. 4.12.7 Registered baggage will be delivered to the passenger or other person presenting the baggage tag for each piece of baggage. 4.13.5 Storage of baggage not received by the passenger at the destination airport by the passenger's fault is made at the passenger expense. 4.13.6 Passenger baggage, which does not have a baggage tag, and the owner of which is not found, is considered as the undocumented baggage. 4.13.7 Passenger baggage from the moment of its delivery to the destination airport, including undocumented baggage, is considered unclaimed if within 6 months from the date of its arrival, it was not received by anyone. Such baggage is sold by Red Wings Airlines in accordance with the Russian legislation. 4.13.8 Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider shall, within the prescribed period of storage of unclaimed baggage before its sale, take reasonable steps to search for a passenger - baggage owner. 4.13.9 Undocumented baggage, the owner of which as a result of investigation has been set is stored in the airport for 6 months from the date when the destination airport, received the baggage, sent a written notice to the owner of the baggage on its arrival. After this period, the baggage is considered unclaimed and is subject to sale. 4.13.10 Perishables in unclaimed or undocumented baggage, in the event of spoilage shall be disposed. The impossibility of their further storage and the disposal are documented by the relevant act. 4.13.11 Hand luggage, forgotten by a passenger on board the aircraft, is stored at the destination airport for a time and at storage conditions as for undocumented and unclaimed baggage. 4.13.12 If Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) have not issued to the passenger the checked baggage at the destination airport, upon written request of the passenger, registered on the basis of a transportation document, Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) provide the necessary measures to find checked baggage, including:

1. Requesting the airport of departure for the presence of luggage; 2. Requesting the airports, where the baggage would be delivered by mistake; 3. Requesting on delivery of the baggage in case of detection.

4.13.13 In case Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) have not delivered the checked baggage to the passenger subject to customs clearance at the airport to which baggage must be delivered according to the Air Carriage Contract, Red Wings Airlines inform the passenger on the actions which are necessary to be made by the passenger in accordance with the customs legislation of the Russian Federation or the legislation of the country to the territory of which baggage should be delivered for delivery of the passenger baggage to the specified address.

4.13.14 If the checked baggage is not found within twenty-one days from the date of application for the non-receipt of baggage, the passenger may claim for compensation for the harm caused by the loss of the checked baggage. 4.13.15 If the checked baggage is found, Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) provide notification of checked baggage owner and the delivery of the baggage to the airport (point) specified by the passenger, and at the passenger's request at the specified address at no additional charge. 4.13.16 If the checked baggage with a properly-executed numbered baggage tag arrives to the airport (point) of destination, transfer or stop and is not received or claimed by the passenger, Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) provide a search of the checked baggage owner. 4.13.17 If the checked baggage owner search has given positive results, Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) provide sending to the owner of the registered baggage of a written notice on the need for baggage obtaining and the order of receipt or delivery of the baggage. 4.13.18 Checked baggage is stored for six months from the date of notice sending to the owner on the need to receive the checked baggage, and if the owner of the registered baggage is not found - the date of arrival of the aircraft to the airport. In the case of non-receipt by a passenger of the checked baggage after a specified period, the baggage can be sold or disposed in accordance with the procedure established by regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation. 4.13.19 If during the search period for the checked baggage, the contents of which deteriorates after a certain storage time, or in case of adverse effects of temperature, humidity or other environmental conditions (hereinafter - the perishable baggage) is at risk of damage, Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) have the right to immediately dispose all perishable baggage or part thereof. 4.13.20 Hand luggage and belongings of the passengers and not enclosed in baggage which the passenger has the right to carry in excess of the free baggage allowance and free of charge, left or forgotten on board the aircraft are stored at the airport of detection for six months from the aircraft arrival at the airport, and after six months from the date of arrival of the aircraft to the airport may be sold or destroyed in accordance with the procedure established by regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

In case of a query on baggage Red Wings Airlines allow sending baggage in accordance with the query on baggage. In the absence of queries for the baggage Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) provide for notification to the airport from which the baggage was delivered, and sending baggage in accordance with the data specified in the numbered baggage tag. If it is impossible to send baggage to the airport according to the numbered baggage tag, Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) provide a dispatch of baggage to the airport from which the baggage was delivered. 4.13.23 In the case of arrival to the airport of undocumented baggage, Red Wings Airlines (through the Service provider) provide drawing of the act. Undocumented baggage is weighed, opened, its contents are described and sealed. Opening the baggage is made by the commission established by the Service provider or Red Wings Airlines. Red Wings Airlines provide a baggage check on the queries of passengers of non-receipt of baggage, making inquiries to the airports, from where the baggage could be delivered. In case of identifying matching undocumented baggage to the baggage queries, the baggage is delivered in accordance with this query. 4.14 Transportation of regulated products as baggage Transportation of regulated products (plants, plant products, containers, packaging, soil or other organisms, object or material of which may be carriers of harmful organisms, or contribute to the spread of harmful organisms) is carried out in accordance with international treaties on the quarantine of plants, the Russian legislation in the field of the quarantine of plants and plant quarantine laws of the territory, from or through of which the transportation is made.

4.15 Transportation of small self-propelled devices equipped lithium batteries 4.15.1 These devices are not the means to move and relate to portable electronic devices on the grounds that they are driven by lithium batteries. 4.15.2 Restriction for such portable electronic devices transportation in hand luggage or in checked baggage is based on the size (Watt-hours capacity) of the lithium battery:

1. If the power density of lithium batteries does not exceed 100Wh, the passengers can carry the device in the hand luggage and / or checked baggage. Resolution of Red Wings Airlines is not required.

2. If the power density of lithium batteries exceeds 100Wh but less 160Wh, the passengers can carry the device in the hand luggage and / or checked baggage by the resolution of the Representative of Red Wings Airlines.

3. If the power density of lithium batteries exceeds 160Wh, transportation of devices in hand luggage or in the checked baggage is prohibited.

NOTE: Examples of small self-propelled devices with lithium batteries: airwheel, solowheel, hoverboards, mini-segway, balance wheel. 4.15.3 Members of the Service provider must ensure that:

1. Transportable devices are protected against accidental activation. The device must be in the original packaging, or the device is out of power, and the battery is removed from the device, it is necessary to check the button «On/Off».

2. The device has a lithium battery, which does not exceed the power density of 160Wh. All lithium batteries should be marked on the outside. If for any reason, it is not possible to set the specific battery power, and the passenger does not provide a document proving its power (for example, the instructions for use), then such device is not permitted to be carried in any baggage category.

NOTE: Power of lithium batteries in Wh can be calculated by multiplying the voltage values (V) and amperage per hour (Ah). If the amperage is indicated in milliamps/hour, the value must be divided by 1000 to obtain Ampere/hour. 4.15.4 If during the boarding of passengers on board the aircraft, the cabin crew identifies the device that does not meet the requirements of Red Wings Airlines for the transportation of small self-propelled units equipped with lithium batteries, the senior crew flight attendant / SOP Agent / representative of Red Wings Airlines refers to the staff of the Service provider, demanding to unload the device from the aircraft with caution.

4.16 Baggage declared value 4.16.1 The passenger has the right to declare the value of their checked baggage at the point of departure and at any intermediate point en route. 4.16.2 The value of registered baggage is declared by the passenger for each seat of baggage separately. The amount of the declared value shall not exceed twenty thousand rubles, and in case of exceeding it the passenger is obliged to provide original documents (checks, copies of checks, etc.) for the estimated luggage. Red Wings Airlines keep a copy of the submitted documents at the departure airport and allow baggage transportation if the passenger has fulfilled all the baggage valuation conditions. 4.16.3 The fee for the declared value of the checked baggage is 10% of the declared value and is payable at the point of departure. The declared value may not exceed the actual value of the baggage. Payment for transportation of baggage with a declared value shall be certified by the MCO or receipt for payment of excess baggage, which indicates the points between which the passenger is declared transportation of baggage with a declared value. 4.16.4 In case of declaration of the value of the passenger checked baggage, Red Wings Airlines have the right to require the submission by the passenger of the baggage content for inspection and in case of the apparent discrepancy of the declared value and the contents of the baggage to determine its value. In case of disagreement in the assessment between Red Wings Airlines and the passenger, the passenger is obliged to provide evidence of the cost of checked baggage (bill, price list, check or other document) which declared value. In the absence of the necessary evidence of the size of the declared value, Red Wings Airlines have the right to refuse transportation of baggage with a declared value in the amount specified by the passenger. 4.16.5 In order to determine the actual value of the baggage Red Wings Airlines have the right to create a commission of the Representative of Red Wings Airlines, Agents of the Service provider and other officials. 4.16.6 All items accepted for transportation as baggage with a declared value must be in good, strong packaging, excluding access to content. Weight and dimensions of the valuable baggage must not exceed the established norms. Red Wings Airlines have the right to refuse to accept the checked baggage with a declared value if the baggage packaging is recognized as irrelevant by requirements of these Regulations or if the baggage requires special precautionary measures during transportation.

5 TRANSPORTATION OF CARGO 5.1 General requirements 5.1.1 Red Wings Airlines carry out cargo transportation in the procedure of reloading the aircrafts, operating within the territory of the Russian Federation and performing international air transportation. 5.1.2 Red Wings Airlines take for the transportation of cargo, the nature of the packaging and the properties of which enable to carry out the safe transportation under the following conditions:

1. reduced to 145mm Hg air pressure; 2. temperature +/- 60 degrees Celsius; 3. effect of accelerations up to 3g.

5.1.3 Transportation of valuable cargo, perishable cargo, heavy cargo, oversized cargo, bulk cargo, fowl, hazardous goods, human remains, animal remains requires special conditions of transportation by air. 5.1.4 Cargo requiring special conditions of transportation shall be accepted for transportation if they are authorized for transportation by international treaties of the Russian Federation, normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, the legislation of the country in, from or through of which the transportation of such cargo is made. 5.1.5 The cargo must not alter the chemical, physical, and other properties that may lead to deterioration or improvement of the level of danger during transportation. 5.1.6 The cargo transportation, containing disparate items and products, as per the Rules of Red Wings Airlines cannot include the following:

1. valuable cargo; 2. animals; 3. coffins with human remains; 4. urns with ashes.

5.1.7 Dimensions of cargo space are limited by the dimensions of hatches and internal dimensions of BCC of the aircraft of Red Wings Airlines with the possibility of the loading, unloading and mooring procedures for the cargo place. 5.1.8 Weight of transported cargo on aircraft is limited to the permissible loading BCC of the aircraft (kg). The total weight of cargo is limited to the permissible limit commercial load for the aircraft flight of the scheduled transportation. 5.1.9 The ratio of the weight of the goods to the area of its base on the floor of the aircraft BCC is limited by permissible specific load on the BCC floor (kg/m2) for specific modification of the aircraft.

5.1.10 Cargo density is limited by the permissible specific load on the aircraft BCC side walls (kg/m3) for a particular modification of the aircraft. 5.1.11 Transported cargo is subject to mandatory inspection by employees of AS of the departure airport using hardware inspection. 5.1.12 Transportation of regulated products (plants, plant products, containers, packaging, soil or other organisms, object or material of which may be carriers of harmful organisms, or contribute to the spread of harmful organisms) is carried out in accordance with international treaties on the quarantine of plants, the Russian legislation in the field of the quarantine of plants and plant quarantine laws of the territory, from or through of which the transportation is made. 5.2 Airway bill 5.2.1 Cargo transportation is carried out after the registration by the Authorized agent or Red Wings Airlines of the Airway bill and payment of the transportation by the consignor. 5.2.2 The Airway bill certifies the conclusion of the Contract for carriage of cargo by air, the adoption by Red Wings Airlines of the cargo for transportation and transportation conditions. 5.2.3 The Airway bill is issued on the basis of a signed declaration by the consignor on the transportation and identity document of the consignor or the power of attorney and an identity document of the bearer. 5.2.4 The declaration indicates the transportation information required for the transportation of cargo, information on dangerous goods and the absence of prohibited articles and substances. 5.2.5 If the delivered for transportation cargo has special properties or requires special conditions of transportation, the consignor must indicate this in a declaration on transportation. 5.2.6 The consignor must provide accurate and sufficient information needed for the registration of the Airway bill. The consignor is required to provide accurate and sufficient documents before handing over the cargo to the consignee needed to meet requirements related to border, customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, quarantine phytosanitary types of control provided by the RF legislation and the legislation of the country to, from or through the territory of which the transportation is made. Red Wings Airlines are not obliged to check the accuracy or adequacy of this document.

5.2.7 The accepted transportation may include one or more packages, which are transported by one Airway bill to the address of the consignee (hereinafter - the consignment) The Airway bill is issued for the transportation by air of each consignment. 5.2.8 Specifying the consignee addresses «on demand» in the Airway bill is not allowed. 5.2.9 The Airway bill contains information about cargo transportation when traveling from the airport (point) of departure to the airport (point) of destination as well as information about the way of transportation payment, thus:

a) A copy of the Airway bill «For Airlines» remains in Red Wings Airlines or returns to Red Wings Airlines by the Authorized agent after the clearance of cargo transportation.

b) A copy of the Airway bill «For Consignee» is for the consignee and should be with the

cargo. c) A copy of the Airway bill «For Consignor» is issued to the consignor after the registration

of the transportation of cargo and its payment. d) A copy of the Airway bill «For Agent» is saved by the Authorized Agent.

5.2.10 All necessary entries are made in the Airway bill at the time of registration, and all copies of the Airway bill must be identical. Changes in the Airway bill are made by the Authorized agent or Red Wings Airlines in agreement with the consignor. Changes are stamped by the Authorized agent or Red Wings Airlines. The Airway bill id signed by Red Wings Airlines or the Authorized agent and the consignor. 5.2.11 The Airway bill reflects:

a) Tariff (price). The Airway bill accepts indication «By agreement» in the column «Fee for the weight of the cargo», «Total other charges in favor of the agent», «Total other charges in favor of the Carrier» if it is provided in the Treaties between Red Wings Airlines, the Authorized agent, and the consignor.

b) Type (nature) of cargo, cargo weight, the amount of cargo seats, cargo volume, chargeable

weight, contacts of the consignor, contacts of the consignee, name of the Authorized Agent, registered the transportation, place of departure of cargo, cargo destination point, flight numbers, their routes and cargo transportation dates, for which it was booked.

5.2.12 The text on the front of the Airway bill form (form name, name of columns and other information), and on the reverse side of the Airway bill form must be made in Russian and English. It is allowed to place on the reverse side of the Airway bill form the summary information on the limitation of liability of the Carrier and conditions of the Contract for carriage of cargo by air at internal transportation only in Russian, at international transportation in English only. 5.2.13 If the Service Provider or Red Wings Airlines have carried out inspection of the cargo, the Airway bill shall have an inspection mark. 5.2.14 The Airway bill has a note on the declared value of the cargo, cargo sealing and contains the name of the consignor seals. 5.2.15 The consignor has the right to declare the value of the consignment. The value is charged in the amount established by Red Wings Airlines. If the value of the goods is not declared, the Airway bill shall have a mark that the value of the cargo is not declared. 5.2.16 In case of transportation of cargo, which according to the Airway bill is delivered to the transfer airport by one flight of Red Wings Airlines, and then transported on another flight of Red Wings Airlines or another Carrier (hereinafter - the transfer cargo), Red Wings Airlines or the Authorized agent prepare the Airway bill, indicating transfer airports (points) therein. 5.3 Admission of cargo to transportation 5.3.1 Admission of cargo to transportation is performed by Red Wings Airlines or the Service provider at the departure airport and includes the following activities:

a) Weighing and measuring of cargo. b) Checking the actual state of the cargo according to data specified in the declaration of the

consignor, in the cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, also in the documents of dangerous goods.

c) Preparation of documents on reception-transfer of cargo and ensuring the financial settlements with the consignor for the performance of the transportation of goods.

d) Registration of the Airway bill. 5.3.2 Air transportation is accepted for the cargo, which according to its quality, properties, volume, weight and packaging is approved for transportation on aircraft in accordance with the requirements of the international treaties of the Russian Federation, normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, these Regulations, as well as the legislation of the country, from or through the territory of which the transportation is made.

5.3.3 The cargo is accepted for transportation by Red Wings Airlines or the Service provider at the airport on the following conditions:

a) Cargo dimensions allow its free loading (unloading) to the aircraft, placing it in the BCC and fastening.

b) Weight, size or volume of the cargo do not exceed the norms established for the aircraft type planned for the transportation of cargo.

c) The cargo packaging is serviceable, providing the possibility of safe stowage and securing on board the aircraft, the safety during transportation, handling, transportation and storage.

d) Packaging of each cargo seat has a consignor and transport labeling and cargo requiring special conditions of transportation also has special markings.

e) The cargo during transportation will not create a danger to the passengers, crew members, the aircraft on which it is transported, as well as baggage or cargo transported together with it.

f) The consignor provides the required documents and complete information on the cargo, provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the legislation of the country in, from or through which the transportation is made, international treaties, ICAO TI (Doc 9284 AN / 905), these Regulations.

g) Import, export, transit or transfer of cargo is permitted by the laws and regulations of the country in the territory, from or through of which the transportation is made.

In case of failure to comply with at least one of these conditions, the Service Provider or Red Wings Airlines have the right to refuse to accept the cargo for transportation. 5.3.4 Perishable cargo, animals and other special goods are accepted for transportation if they are authorized for transportation by the RF legislation, international and regulatory documents in the field of civil aviation, these Regulations, and if their transportation is agreed with Red Wings Airlines. 5.3.5 Cargo exceeding set weight or dimensions limits designated by organizations involved in transportation may be accepted for transportation in agreement with Red Wings Airlines. 5.3.6 The cargo must be delivered to the airport of departure, taking into account the time required for processing, as well as for the preflight formalities and the requirements related to border, customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, quarantine phytosanitary types of control provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or legislation of the country from territory of which the transportation is made. Receiving cargo from the consignor shall be based on specified terms.

5.4 Weighing of cargo 5.4.1 Upon receipt of the cargo for transportation the Service Provider at the departure airport weighs the cargo in the presence of the consignor or their agent and indicates the actual weight in the Airway bill. When weighing the cargo the difference is set to the weight of cargo declared by the consignor, as the actual weight is accepted the weight measured during weighing by the Service provider at the departure airport. 5.4.2 The consignment consisting of multiple packages can be weighed in whole or in parts. Determination of the total weight of the consignment on the basis of a sample weighing of individual packages is not allowed. 5.4.3 Upon receipt of oversized cargo for transportation it is allowed to use cargo weight characteristics specified in the documentation provided by the consignor, as indicated in the Airway bill. The consignor is required to provide accurate information about the weight of the oversized cargo and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided about the weight of bulky and other oversized cargo in accordance with applicable law. 5.4.4 Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider shall have the right to verify the accuracy of the information specified in the Airway bill. 5.5 Requirements for packaging and labeling of cargo 5.5.1 Cargo should be packed (hereinafter - packaging) in containers, tanks and other components, and materials that protect cargo from damage, deterioration and loss, integrity of cargo, protection of the environment from pollution, as well as handling tailored to the specific properties of the cargo and features in such a way as to ensure their safety during transportation, handling, and storage, as well as to exclude access to the content and the possibility of harm to the passengers, crew members, third parties, the aircraft, other cargo, baggage, property of Red Wings Airlines. 5.5.2 Packaging of cargo should be capable of reliably fixing it on board the aircraft. Packaging of cargo must have a clean surface, not have pointed corners, protrusions, which could lead to damage or contamination of the aircraft and its equipment, and transported together another cargo, baggage.

5.5.3 Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider at the departure airport are entitled to refuse receiving and shipping, if the packaging or the tare do not ensure its safety. 5.5.4 Heavy and oversized cargo may be transported unpacked by the agreement with Red Wings Airlines and the Service provider if it is allowed by the technical conditions of its transportation and agreed with the arrival airport. 5.5.5 Packaging of dangerous goods offered for transportation must meet the requirements of ICAO TI. 5.5.6 Packaging of cargo seats for transportation with a declared value must be sealed by the consignor. Seals should be standard, have clear impressions of numeric and alphabetic characters. 5.5.7 Each cargo seat must bear corresponding sending and transportation marking, and cargo seat with cargo requiring special conditions of transportation, should also have special markings. 5.5.8 Transport marking, except for inscriptions made by Red Wings Airlines or the Service provider, is applied by the consignor in prominent places before bringing the cargo to be transported. 5.5.9 The consignor indicates reliable and sufficient information on:

a) address and full name or the name of the consignor and the consignee; b) weight of the cargo seat; c) the number of cargo units in the cargo shipment; d) the sequence number of the cargo seat in the consignor labeling; e) nature of the cargo, which requires special conditions of transportation in the special

labeling. The consignor marking shall have signs indicating the type of cargo handling. 5.5.10 Red Wings Airlines indicate the information in the transport labeling:

a) airport (point) of departure; b) airport (point) of destination; c) the number of cargo units in the cargo shipment; d) sequence number of the cargo seat; e) weight of the cargo seat; f) Airway bill number.

5.5.11 Transport marking must contain basic, additional, information labels and handling instructions. Labels must be legible.

5.5.12 The basic labels must contain: a) full, registered in the established order, name of the consignee; b) airport (point) of destination; c) number of consignment seats and serial number of seats within the consignment.

5.5.13 Additional labels must contain:

a) full, registered in the prescribed manner, name of the consignor; b) airport (point) of departure.

5.5.14 Information labels should include:

a) Gross and net weight (kg). b) Dimensions (cm). c) Volume of the cargo (cm3).

5.5.15 The consignor marking shall have signs indicating the type of cargo handling. It is allowed to use warning labels, if it is not possible to display with manipulative signs the way of handling the cargo. In case of transportation of special types of cargo (perishables, animals) the additional markings are applied. 5.5.16 Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider have the right to open the package in the presence of the consignor, as well as in the absence of the consignor or consignee to ensure safety of the cargo or the identification of the fault in the following cases:

a) failure of the packaging or seals of the consignor; b) need to establish the nature and status of undocumented cargo; c) AS requirements if there are grounds; d) requirements of the authorized state bodies.

5.5.17 Opening the packaging of cargo is carried out by the commission established by Red Wings Airlines or the Service provider. The cargo after opening the package must be re-packaged and sealed by Red Wings Airlines or the Service provider. On opening the cargo packaging three shall be drawn a declaration about the failure of cargo, which shall include the actual weight of the damaged cargo seat, the number of packages in the consignment, described tare contents and condition of the goods, damaged cargo seats. The cargo fault declaration is signed by representatives of Red Wings Airlines. 5.5.18 If the transfer cargo has arrived at the airport in a package that does not guarantee its preservation for future transportation, the Carrier conveying the cargo, should provide repackaging of the cargo. Further transportation of transfer cargo is carried out after removing the drawbacks of packaging and processing the Declaration applied to the Airway bill.

5.5.19 In case of detection:

fuzzy transport markings on the cargo; lack of transport markings on the cargo; violation of the package; violation of seals; cargo without documents; documents without cargo; lack of cargo entered in the Cargo Manifest and/or the Airway bill; shortage of cargo ; damage (spoilage) of cargo;

(hereinafter - faults during transportation) Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider prepare the act of cargo failure. 5.6 Transportation of light cargo 5.6.1 The light cargo is the cargo, the volume of which exceeds 0.006m3 (6000cm3) on 1 kg gross or 1m3 gross is less than 166.66 kg. 5.6.2 When determining the volume, each lightweight cargo seat is taken as a rectangular prism and its greatest linear dimensions are multiplied: length (m), height (m) and width (m). 5.6.3 The volume of gross kilogram is determined by dividing the amount of volume to the seat weight. 5.6.4 For equal quantities or in excess of the value of the actual weight of the bulk density, which is calculated as the product of cargo volume and 166.66 kg, the value of the actual weight of the cargo is applied. 5.6.5 In case of exceeding the value of the actual volumetric weight, volumetric weight is applied to the calculation of payments for the transportation and at registration of the Airway bill the column «Gross Weight» indicates directly the value of the volume weight payable. 5.7 Transportation of heavy and oversized cargo 5.7.1 Seat of cargo weighing more than 80kg is considered to be heavy. 5.7.2 The maximum permissible weight for the transportation of heavy cargo space is limited by the maximum permissible specific load on the floor of the aircraft BCC. 5.7.3 Cargo, one, two or three dimensional sizes of which are close to the dimensions of loading hatches or aircraft BCC, is considered oversized.

5.7.4 Heavy and oversized cargo is loaded so as not to damage the aircraft structure and other cargo carried on together. 5.7.5 The consignor shall, if necessary, apply special means of loading equipment in consultation with Red Wings Airlines. 5.8 Transportation of perishable goods 5.8.1 Perishable goods are such that under normal conditions (without proper cooling and maintaining optimum temperature and humidity) are subject to damage and therefore require special conditions of transportation. 5.8.2 The consignor must submit to the transportation the proper perishable goods and documents (certificates, licenses), confirming that the goods during transportation as scheduled will not lose their qualities. 5.8.3 Red Wings Airlines do not produce acceptance for transportation of perishable goods without documents confirming the quality of the goods. The documents confirming the quality of the goods should be issued on the day of delivery of the goods to be transported and presented by the consignor separately for each cargo transportation. Perishable cargo, provided for transportation with documents issued before the terms will not be accepted. 5.8.4 The documents, confirming the quality of perishable goods, should have the dates of transportation of cargo by air. If Red Wings Airlines cannot ensure delivery of perishable goods within the period during which the goods do not lose their qualities, Red Wings Airlines have the right not to accept the cargo for transportation. 5.8.5 Perishable goods are divided into the following groups:

a) vegetable products: fruits, berries, vegetables; b) animal products: meat and poultry, chilled and smoked fish, eggs, caviar; c) processed products: oil, fats, frozen fruits and vegetables, cold meats and cheeses; d) live fish stocks: juvenile fishes, fingerlings; e) live plants, flowers, seedlings, tubers, seeds; f) preserved blood, vaccines, biological preparations.

5.8.6 If accepted for transportation perishable goods cannot be transported within the period specified in the Airway bill, Red Wings Airlines immediately notify the consignor and return the cargo and the fare to the consignor if the consignor does not make other orders.

5.8.7 If perishable cargo is at risk of damage, Red Wings Airlines take concerted measures with the consignor, necessary to ensure their interests and the interests of the consignor, the consignee or other persons. 5.8.8 Transportation of perishable cargo weighing 2 tons or more is made in consultation with Red Wings Airlines with an accompanying person and sealing of cargo seats. 5.8.9 Loading the aircraft with perishable goods is produced in the last instance, unloading the aircraft is produced in the first instance. 5.9 Transportation of animals 5.9.1 Live animals are accepted for transportation as cargo only on presentation by the consignor of documents stipulated by international treaties of the Russian Federation, normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and the laws of the country to, from or through the territory of which they are supposed to be transported. 5.9.2 Transportation of animals is made by agreement with Red Wings Airlines. Red Wings Airlines have the right to refuse to transport living creatures, if it cannot achieve the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and other states. 5.9.3 Live animals are accepted for transportation upon presentation by the consignor of veterinary permits (certificates), and, if necessary, quarantine services permits. 5.9.4 The consignor is required to provide for the transportation of animals needed food, drinking water, equipment for feeding and drinking of animals in transit, litter and fixing materials, veterinary first aid kit and accompanying clothing. The consignor is obliged to provide a supply of food and drink in case of unforeseen delays of the aircraft along the line. 5.9.5 Live animals are accepted for transportation in strong containers (containers, transport cages, etc.), providing the necessary comfort during transportation, safety, compliance with sanitary requirements, mounting on board the aircraft, and to prevent leaks in the aircraft BCC and in compliance with Live Animals Regulations (LAR). 5.9.6 Laboratory animals not infected with diseases may be accepted for transportation. Laboratory animals infected with diseases will not be accepted.

5.10 Transportation of dangerous goods 5.10.1 Air transport of ammunition, explosives, explosive, toxic, flammable and other hazardous substances and items classified by ICAO TI (Doc 9284 AN/905) as dangerous goods is made in accordance with the international treaties of the Russian Federation and normative legal acts of the Russian Federation. 5.10.2 Dangerous goods include substances that during transportation, handling and storage can cause an explosion, fire, injury or damage of the aircraft and its equipment, buildings and structures, cargo and baggage at airports and on board the aircraft, and and injury, poisoning, burns or exposure of humans and animals. 5.10.3 The transportation will only be accepted for properly classified, identified, packaged, labeled, documented dangerous goods in accordance with the requirements of international treaties of the Russian Federation and normative legal acts of the Russian Federation. NOTE: Transportation of dangerous goods on aircrafts of Red Wings Airlines are carried out in accordance with Chapter 36 «Information and instructions on the transportation of dangerous goods, including actions in the event of an emergency», Part A of the Operations Manual of Red Wings Airlines. 5.11 Transportation of human and animal remains 5.11.1 Red Wings Airlines accept for transportation coffins with human remains, urns with ashes, as well as animal remains in boxes, providing the security and sanitary norms. 5.11.2 Human remains and animal remains are accepted by Red Wings Airlines for transportation provided that the consignor has the documents stipulated by normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the country, to the territory, from or through of which the transportation is made. 5.11.3 Transportation by Red Wings Airlines of human remains is subject to the presentation by the consignor of the death certificate issued by the registry office, and certificates of health authorities that there is no obstacle from their side to the transportation of human remains. 5.11.4 The transportation by air is allowed for:

a) covered with metal or sheet-metal wooden coffins, carefully sealed, enclosed in wooden boxes. The free space between the metal coffin and the wooden box should be filled with sawdust, coal, peat or lime;

b) urns with ashes in boxes, covered with a thick cloth.

5.11.5 Transportation of coffins with human remains, as well as boxes with the remains of animals is made by Red Wings Airlines in the aircraft BCC. 5.11.6 Loading of coffins with human remains to the aircraft BCC is made before boarding. Unloading of coffins with human remains at the airport of destination is made after unloading of passengers and baggage unloading. 5.11.7 Conducting farewell ceremonies, meetings, ceremonies and other rituals at reception of coffins with human remains, urns with the ashes for transportation, loading (unloading) to (from) the aircraft is not allowed by Red Wings Airlines. 5.12 Loading and unloading of cargo 5.12.1 Loading of cargo to the aircraft and unloading it from the aircraft is made by the Service provider or Red Wings Airlines. 5.12.2 In some cases Red Wings Airlines in coordination with the Federal executive authority in the field of Civil Aviation have the right to take the goods to be transported under the conditions of its loading (unloading) to (from) the aircraft by forces and means of the consignor, the consignee. Loading and unloading of cargo by forces and means of the consignor, the consignee is performed at the direction and under the control of Red Wings Airlines or the Service provider. 5.12.3 Red Wings Airlines have the right to require from the consignor or the consignee for loading, unloading of oversized or heavy cargo necessary facilities, equipment and fixture means. 5.13 Delivery of cargo at a destination point 5.13.1 Cargo transportation is completed by Red Wings Airlines after the delivery of cargo to the consignee in accordance with the conditions specified in the Contract for carriage of cargo by air. 5.13.2 Delivery of the cargo is made to the consignee indicated in the Airway bill at the destination airport.

5.13.3 The cargo is issued to the consignee on the basis and in accordance with the data specified in the Airway bill. The copy of the Airway bill of Red Wings Airlines marked with «confirmation of receipt of the cargo», including date and time of delivery of the cargo to the consignee, and the signature of the consignee is returned to the Service provider or Red Wings Airlines. In case of discrepancy of the actual name of cargo, its weight, number of seats to the data specified in the Airway bill, damage, spoilage of the cargo, detecting the cargo without transportation documents or the transportation documents without cargo - a commercial report is made (Cargo Irregularity Report). 5.13.4 At the delivery of cargo Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider verify the number of cargo seats and weight of the cargo arrived, indicates the weight in the Airway bill. 5.13.5 Delivery to the consignee is made only after payment of all fees and the requirements related to border, customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, quarantine phytosanitary types of control provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation or the legislation of the country on the territory of which the transportation is made and after repayment of all payments which have arisen through the fault of the consignee/consignor, related to the late receipt of the cargo, etc. 5.13.6 In order to fulfill the requirements related to border, customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, quarantine phytosanitary types of control provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation or the legislation of the country on the territory of which the transportation is made and payment of bills the Airway bill (copy of Red Wings Airlines and a copy of the Consignor) and the other relating to the cargo documents, are transferred by the Service provider or Red Wings Airlines to the consignee on receipt. 5.13.7 The consignee is obliged to accept and take the cargo arrived in their address. At the delivery of cargo Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider shall affix to the copy of the consignee Airway bill the mark on the date and time of delivery of the cargo to the consignee. 5.13.8 The consignee has the right to refuse of receiving damaged or spoiled cargo if it is found that the quality of the cargo has changed so much that they cannot be used at all or as a part in accordance with the original appointment. 5.13.9 The consignee is obliged to pay all amounts due for the transportation charges and fees, including payments not collected from the consignor upon receipt of the cargo for transportation.

5.13.10 Issue of cargo to the customs authority or other public authorities at their request or in the absence of the consignee is considered to be the issuance to the consignee, provided that at the airport Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider transfer to the consignee documents certifying such issue of the cargo. 5.13.11 In case of damaged containers or packaging, the consignor's seal, which may affect the condition of the cargo, Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider, with the participation of the consignee, weigh the damaged cargo seat, open it, and calculate damaged seats on packing lists, invoices and documents of the consignor with drawing up the commercial act. 5.14 Storage and sale of cargo 5.14.1 Red Wings Airlines provide notification of the consignee on the arrival of the goods in their address not later than twelve hours after the arrival of the aircraft, which delivered the cargo to the destination airport and for cargo requiring special conditions of transportation, except for oversized and heavy - not later than three hours after the arrival of the aircraft, which delivered the cargo to the destination airport, unless otherwise is provided by the Air Carriage Contract. 5.14.2 Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider provide the proper storage of the goods arrived at the destination airport prior to the issuance to the consignee or the public authority (if required) for the established retention periods. 5.14.3 The fee for storage of cargo is charged to the consignee in accordance with the current legislation and the price list of the cargo terminal of the airport, where the cargo is stored. 5.14.4 Storage of cargo subject to customs control, and disposition are made in the manner prescribed by the customs legislation of the Russian Federation. 5.14.5 If the consignee has not received the cargo arrived within three days from the day following the date of notification on the arrival of the cargo to its address, or within the period established by the Contract for carriage of cargo by air or refused to receive it, Red Wings Airlines shall notify the consignor, leave the cargo in their possession at the expense and risk of the consignor. 5.14.6 If the consignee has not claimed the cargo at the end of ten days from the date of notification on the arrival of the cargo to its address, Red Wings Airlines send a notification to the consignee of the need to receive the cargo.

5.14.7 If after ten days from the date of sending the necessary notification on the need to receive the cargo, the cargo is not obtained or the consignee has refused to accept it, Red Wings Airlines notify the consignor of failure to deliver the cargo. Said notice shall include a warning about a possible sale or disposal of the cargo in the absence of the orders of the consignor for the period specified in the notice. 5.14.8 In the absence of the consignor orders within thirty days from the date of notification of non-delivery of cargo, or if the execution of received orders is impossible, the cargo is recognized unclaimed and can be sold or disposed. 5.14.9 If upon aircraft arrival at the destination airport or the transfer airport there is an absence of cargo entered in the Airway bill and/or the bill of lading, cargo without the Airway bill and/or other required documents, the Airway bill and/or other required documents without cargo, or the cargo cannot be identified due to the fuzzy transport markings on the cargo or due to lack of labeling, Red Wings Airlines make tracing of cargo and/or the Airway bill and other necessary documents and provide cargo and/or the Airway bill and other necessary documents delivery to the destination airport or the transfer airport. 5.14.10 Cargo, affiliation of which is not determined within 6 months, is implemented as undocumented or destroyed. The cargo arrived at the destination airport without documents, but the affiliation of which is determined, shall be issued to the consignee under the report after obtaining permission of Red Wings Airlines. 5.14.11 Cargo should be sold if it:

a) recognized as unclaimed, storage time of which has expired; b) affiliation of which is not determined during the storage time (undocumented cargo); c) damaged, further transport is recognized as impossible or impractical.

5.14.12 The decision on the sale or destruction of the cargo is taken by the Commission formed by Red Wings Airlines and registered by the sale act or the act of disposal. 5.14.13 The Commission includes representatives of the Service provider, Expert organization, and in case of the cargo sale - appraiser. In accordance with the normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, the Commission may include representatives of state bodies.

5.14.14 Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider, to the extent possible, inform the consignor, the consignee on its decision to sell or dispose the cargo. 5.14.15 Red Wings Airlines or the Service Provider may sell the cargo without waiting for the decision of the consignor, if the cargo sale delay may cause damage or complete inability to use the cargo by its purpose. Red Wings Airlines are obliged to inform the consignor and the consignee on the sale of cargo. 5.14.16 In case of cargo sale Red Wings Airlines withdraw from obtained amounts all sums due to the Airlines and to others amounts of the reimbursement of costs related to non-receipt of the cargo, and the remaining amount is transferred to the consignor. 5.14.17 The cost of sale of the cargo, its storage and disposal does not relieve the consignor/ the consignee from compensation to Red Wings Airlines and others parties for expenses that are not covered by the funds received from the sale of the cargo. 5.14.18 For the disposal the cargo is transferred to specialized organizations.

6 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES 6.1 General requirements 6.1.1 Arriving to the Russian Federation, departing from Russia and transit with landing in the territory of the Russian Federation passengers and baggage, cargo, imported to Russia and exported from the Russian Federation, are subject to the passport, customs and other regulations established by Russian legislation. 6.1.2 Passenger, consignor, consignee must comply with laws and regulatory requirements of the competent authorities of the country, from (to) which, or via which the air transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo is made, concerning aviation security, implementation of customs, sanitary quarantine, immigration, veterinary, phytosanitary, currency and other controls. 6.1.3 At the passage of border, customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, phytosanitary and other controls a passenger, consignor, consignee are obliged to comply with the requirements of the relevant state control authorities. 6.1.4 The passenger, consignor, consignee are required to present at checkpoints across the state border all entry, exit, health and other documents specified by the competent public authorities of the country from (to) which, or via which the air transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo is made. 6.1.5 Regulation of the relationship between state monitoring bodies and the passenger, consignor, consignee, arising in connection with international air transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo is within the exclusive duties of the passenger, consignor, consignee, and is not the responsibility of Red Wings Airlines. 6.1.6 Red Wings Airlines are not responsible for availability, reliability and correctness of documents presented at the transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo, issued by the competent public authorities. 6.1.7 Red Wings Airlines have the right to refuse the transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo, if the documents presented to the transportation by the passenger or the consignor are not in full or issued incorrectly.

6.1.8 Red Wings Airlines are not liable to the passenger, consignor, consignee for their expenses incurred by reason of non-compliance by the passenger, consignor, consignee of state control bodies requirements. 6.1.9 Red Wings Airlines are not responsible for the delay of a passenger on the flight due to the passage of the border, customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, phytosanitary and other controls. 6.2 Payment of fines and other costs 6.2.1 In the event the competent state authorities oblige Red Wings Airlines to return a passenger to the departure airport or another airport who was denied entry into the country of destination or transit, the passenger or organization which issued its invitation, are obliged to compensate Red Wings Airlines all of the expenses incurred in connection with such transportation. 6.2.2 The passenger is obliged to compensate Red Wings Airlines with other expenses (fines, bail), incurred by Red Wings Airlines in connection with the refusal of entry of passengers in the country of destination or transit. 6.2.3 Red Wings Airlines have the right to claim for damages and to pay on account of payment of the corresponding tariffs and reimbursement of all costs associated with the deportation at the request of the competent authorities of the passenger, any amounts paid by the passenger or the organization which registered the passenger for unused transportation, or any other amounts paid by the passenger or organization that paid for the passenger ticket, and at the disposal of Red Wings Airlines.

7 LIABILITY INSURANCE 7.1 Passenger of the aircraft is subject to compulsory insurance against accidents at air transportation period. Compulsory insurance of liability for damage caused to life and health of the aircraft passenger as well as for loss, shortage or damage (or spoilage) of baggage of the passenger things is carried out by Red Wings Airlines. 7.2 Compulsory insurance of passengers of Red Wings Airlines are made by conclusion in the procedure and on the conditions, provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the agreement between Red Wings Airlines and the Insurer, which is licensed to carry out this type of compulsory insurance. 7.3 The amount of insurance premium is included in the price of the passenger ticket and is charged with the sale of the passenger ticket. 7.4 Passengers of the aircraft entitled to free use of air transport in the Russian Federation are subject to compulsory accident insurance without paying the premium. 7.5 The insurance amount for each passenger of the aircraft under the contract of insurance of life and health of passengers is set at not less than prescribed by federal law at the date of acquisition of the passenger ticket. 7.6 The insurance amount, provided by the contract of insurance of checked baggage is set at not less than prescribed by federal law per kilogram of baggage weight. 7.7 The insurance amount, provided by the contract of insurance of things which are near the passenger shall be set not less than by the federal law. 7.8 In carrying out international flights at liability insurance Red Wings Airlines to the aircraft passenger, including for loss, shortage or damage (or spoilage) of checked baggage and luggage of the passenger, the insurance amount is set not less than the amount stipulated by the international treaty of the Russian Federation or the legislation of the relevant foreign state. 7.9 The insurance amount of compulsory insurance of passengers in case of the insured event is paid irrespective of the payment to the insured person or their heirs in sums of money in connection with the same event on other grounds provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.10 Red Wings Airlines are obliged to draw up a report on any accident occurring to the insured passenger at transportation by air, the first copy of which is handed to the insured passenger, their representative or heirs. Red Wings Airlines are also required after the written request from the Insurer to provide the latter with a copy of the act within ten days from the date of receipt of the request. 7.11 During the period of the «code-sharing» agreement if Red Wings Airlines act as the actual Carrier of code-share flights, Red Wings Airlines shall provide coverage for such flights in accordance with the terms of the contract, including marketing partner as an additional insured person in case of liability insurance. 7.12 Information on the insurer (its name, location, address, phone number), and the contract of compulsory insurance (number, date of conclusion, the period of validity) are placed in places of ticket sales or on the official website of Red Wings Airlines. 7.13 In the insurance case Red Wings Airlines inform each victim, personal data of which it has, of:

1) rights of victims and courses of action to obtain compensation for victims of harm caused; 2) the insurer, all its branches and representatives in the regions of Russia (name, address,

postal address, phone number, address of the official Internet site, operation mode); 3) compulsory insurance contract (number, date of conclusion, period of validity).

Red Wings Airlines are also obliged to pass the said information to the other persons who applied to it for providing information in connection with the insured event (Beneficiary). NOTE: Beneficiary - a victim, health and (or) property of which were injured or damaged. In case of damage to life of a victim, the beneficiaries in respect of reimbursement of necessary expenses for the funeral are persons, in fact have incurred such expenses, and for the rest of the insurance indemnity - citizens who have the right for compensation in case of death in accordance with civil law, in the absence of such citizens - spouse, parents, children of the victim, citizens from whom the victim was a dependent if he has not had an independent income.

8 REFUND OF THE AMOUNT FOR UNPERFORMED TRANSPORTATION 8.1 General requirements 8.1.1 Return of the transportation rates is produced by Red Wings Airlines or on its behalf by the Authorized agent at the place of payment for transportation. 8.1.2 In case of involuntary or voluntary refusal of the passenger from the flight, Red Wings Airlines refund the sum for unused document of transportation. Red Wings Airlines shall refund the cost only upon presentation of the Airway bill and/or Miscellaneous Charges Order, which was issued by Red Wings Airlines or Authorized agent thereof. Refunds are made in accordance with these Regulations and conditions of use for tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. 8.1.3 Refunds on unused document of transportation and/or Miscellaneous Charges Orders shall be made within the term of the transport documents and/or Miscellaneous Charges Order, unless otherwise is specified by the terms of application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. 8.1.4 Return of payment for transportation in connection with the cessation of operations by Red Wings Airlines, suspension of the certificate of the operator Red Wings Airlines, cancellation of the certificate of the operator Red Wings Airlines, introduction of limitations on the actions of the air operator certificate, suspension of licenses, revocation of licenses, termination of the license shall be made by Red Wings Airlines in accordance with the Russian legislation. 8.2 Persons entitled to the refund of unperformed transportation 8.2.1 The requirement for the refund shall be made in the manner prescribed by these Regulations and the Air Carriage Contract. 8.2.2 Refund of the transportation payment is made on unused document of transportation to the person listed in these documents, or person who paid for the transportation, upon presentation of a document proving such payment, and the identity document and the right to receive these amounts (notarized power of attorney - for individuals or a power of attorney, certified by an authorized body of the legal entity - for representatives of legal entities), or the authorized person - upon presentation of an identity document, and the document confirming the right to receive refunds.

8.3 Refund of paid amounts 8.3.1 The size of refund on the unused document of transportation and/or Miscellaneous Charges Order is defined by the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. 8.3.2 In case of involuntary refuse in boarding to the passengers, they are refunded with the amount determined based on the following:

a) if the transportation has not been performed - the whole amount will be refunded, paid for transportation;

b) if the transportation has been partially performed - the amount corresponding to the value of remaining unfulfilled part of the transportation, except in the case of an emergency landing of the aircraft on the alternate aerodrome for the purpose of safety.

8.3.3 In case of voluntary refusal of the passenger from transportation the passenger is refunded under the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. 8.3.4 Refunds are carried out at the place of purchase of the ticket in the currency and the form of payment, which were used for transportation clearance, in accordance with the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. 8.3.5 Return of the e-ticket in the event of acquisition by a passenger on the website of Red Wings Airlines with payment by credit card is made by sending an appropriate message through the Internet on the website of Red Wings Airlines in the «Booking Management», «Ticket Return» sections. If the order payment has been made with the help of electronic payment systems or aggregator (an intermediary system), a refund is made by transferring money to the details specified by the passenger on the website of Red Wings Airlines in the section «Booking Management», «Ticket Return» after filling the application form. 8.3.6 Itinerary receipt is for informational purposes only and is not a document to obtain money for the unused passenger transportation. Refunds for unused (partially used) electronic tickets are made after presentation of identity document, the data of which were used in the registration of the electronic ticket. In case there is a mark in a regular passport on a previously issued foreign passport (in case of electronic ticket registered using a foreign passport) presentation of a foreign passport to return the sums is not required. If the ticket has been paid for by credit card, the funds can only be returned to the bank card. 8.3.7 Refund of passengers with sums of money paid for the transportation by Aircraft charter contract (air charter) is made by a person whom the passenger has paid the cost of transportation performed under the Aircraft charter contract (air charter) in the manner prescribed by law.

9 RIGHTS 9.1 Rights of Red Wings Airlines 9.1.1 Red Wings Airlines have the right to cancel, delay or postpone without notice the departure of the aircraft for other times, change the route of transportation prescribed by the schedule (flight plan), as well as to change the point of landing if such action is necessary to ensure the safety and/or aviation security. 9.1.2 Red Wings Airlines have the right to unilaterally terminate the Air Carriage Contract in the following cases:

a) Violation by the passenger of passport, customs, sanitary and other established by the Russian legislation requirements in respect of the transportation by air, as well as rules established by the relevant authorities of the countries of departure, destination or transit.

b) Failure of a passenger to fulfill requirements to them by these Regulations. c) If the state of health of a passenger requires special conditions of transportation by air, or

threaten the safety of the passengers or other persons. d) Failure of the passenger to pay the transportation of their baggage, which weight exceeds the

free baggage allowance and/or baggage subject to compulsory payment. e) The passenger's refusal to pay the transportation of a child, traveling with them with the

reduced rate, except for free transportation of a child not older than two years without a separate seat.

f) Violation of the rules of passenger behavior on board the aircraft, creating a threat to flight safety or aircraft threat to the life or health of other persons.

g) Failure of the passenger of the aircraft to comply with orders of the aircraft commander made in accordance with Article 58 of the RF AC.

h) Presence in the things of the passenger and the baggage of objects or substances forbidden for air transportation in accordance with these Regulations.

9.1.3 In the event of termination at the initiative of Red Wings Airlines of the Air Carriage Contract the passenger receives refund in the amount paid for the unused air transportation in accordance with the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines, except in the cases provided for in cl. 9.1.2 f), g) of these Regulations, under which the amount paid for air transportation amount will not be refunded to the passenger.

9.2 Rights of a passenger 9.2.1 Passenger rights are defined by the Air Carriage Contract, established by these Regulations, as well as the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of Civil Aviation. 9.2.2 The passenger has the right to unilaterally terminate the Air Carriage Contract and voluntarily give up the transportation in the initial airport, the airport of transit/transfer with notification of Red Wings Airlines. 9.2.3 The passenger, voluntarily refused from transportation, is entitled to receive refund of the previously paid unused transportation by air in accordance with the terms of the application of tariffs of Red Wings Airlines. 9.2.4 In case of involuntary denied transportation, passengers have the right to use the transportation by next flight of Red Wings Airlines, performed to the destination specified in the passenger's transportation document, or get a refund of the cost of transportation or the transportation cost for the unused part of the transportation without retention of the fee.

10 LIABILITY 10.1 General requirements 10.1.1 Red Wings Airlines are liable to the passenger in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, international treaties of the Russian Federation, the Air Carriage Contract, as well as in accordance with these Regulations. 10.1.2 Red Wings Airlines and the passenger shall be liable in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation for the violation of customs, currency, sanitation, quarantine and other regulations. 10.2 Liability of Red Wings Airlines for causing harm to life or health of a passenger Liability of Red Wings Airlines for the damage caused during the transportation by air in the territory of the Russian Federation to the life or health of the passenger is determined in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation and in case of international transportation is determined by international treaties of the Russian Federation. 10.3 Liability of Red Wings Airlines for loss, shortage, damage (spoilage) of baggage

and luggage of a passenger 10.3.1 Red Wings Airlines are responsible for the loss, shortage or damage/spoilage of checked baggage after it was accepted for air transportation, and prior to the issuance to the passenger or transfer in accordance with established rules to another natural or legal person in the case, unless it is proved that it took all necessary measures to prevent harm or such measures were impossible to adopt. 10.3.2 Red Wings Airlines are responsible for the safety of the passenger things, if the passenger proves that the loss, shortage or damage/spoilage of these things happened as a result of circumstances connected with the process of transportation, and did not depend on the intention of the passenger. 10.3.3 Red Wings Airlines are not responsible for damage to perishable foods, which are in the passengers’ baggage.

10.4 Size of Red Wings Airlines liability for loss, shortage, damage (spoilage) of baggage and luggage of a passenger

10.4.1 Red Wings Airlines in the execution of the Air Carriage Contract in the territory of the Russian Federation shall be responsible for the loss, shortage or spoilage/damage of:

a) Baggage accepted for transportation with declared value - in the amount of the declared value.

b) Baggage accepted for transportation without a declared value - in the amount of its value, but not more than established for such cases by the Federal Law limits.

c) Things of the passenger - in the amount of their value, and in the case the value cannot be established - at the rate prescribed by law.

10.4.2 Baggage cost, as well as cost of the passenger things is determined by the price specified in the cash receipt, and in its absence - the average price for similar goods on the day to meet such demand, or on the day of judgment. 10.4.3 For loss, shortage or damage/spoilage of baggage and luggage of the passenger at international air transportation Red Wings Airlines are responsible in accordance with the Conventions relating to International Transportation by Air, documents of ICAO, IATA, and the provisions of existing international treaties and agreements of the Russian Federation. 10.4.4 Upon presentation by a passenger of a claim for the cost of the damaged piece of baggage (suitcases, travel bags, etc.) and proof of its cost, the calculation of the compensation payment amount is made according to the following formula: 10.5 Liability of Red Wings Airlines for the delayed delivery of passengers, baggage,

cargo 10.5.1 Red Wings Airlines shall pay compensation for delayed delivery of passengers, baggage or cargo to the destination in case of air transportation in the territory of the Russian Federation in the amount of twenty-five per cent of the statutory minimum wage for each hour of delay, but not more than fifty per cent of the transportation payment, unless it proves that the delay took place due to force majeure, eliminating failure of the aircraft, situation threatening life or health of aircraft passengers, or other circumstances beyond the control of Red Wings Airlines.

10.5.2 For delayed delivery of passengers, baggage or cargo to the destination at the international air transportation Red Wings Airlines are responsible in accordance with the Conventions relating to International Transportation by Air, documents of ICAO, IATA, and the provisions of existing international treaties and agreements of the Russian Federation. 10.6 Liability of a consignor 10.6.1 The consignor is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the customs, border and other services, Red Wings Airlines, as well as for damage caused to Red Wings Airlines or the person to whom Red Wings Airlines are responsible, as a result of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the consignor. 10.6.2 The consignor shall reimburse all costs incurred by Red Wings Airlines by failing by the consignor of requirements of state and administrative bodies. 10.7 Liability of a passenger 10.7.1 Passenger is responsible for failure to comply with laws, regulations and other requirements of the government and competent authorities of the country, from (to) which or through the territory of which the air transportation is made for passengers and baggage regarding compliance with the requirements of aviation security, customs, sanitary-quarantine, immigration, veterinary, phytosanitary, currency and other controls. 10.7.2 Passenger is responsible for availability, reliability and correctness of documents presented at the air transportation of passengers and baggage, issued by the state, competent authorities. 10.7.3 The liability of a passenger for violation of these Regulations is provided by:

a) On domestic routes of the Russian Federation - in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation.

b) On international flights - in accordance with the requirements of international air legislation (in particular - the International Convention «On offences and certain other acts committed on board the aircraft», signed at Tokyo in 1963) and the legislation in force in the aircraft landing state regardless in what state the aircraft used for the flight is registered or operated.

c) If the guilty person committed the offence outside the Russian Federation, but directed against Russian citizens or property did not suffer an appropriate punishment abroad, in accordance with Article 12 of the Criminal Code, they are subject to such punishment upon return to the Russian Federation.

10.7.4 Passenger is responsible for any costs incurred by Red Wings Airlines due to passenger non-compliance with the requirements of state control authorities related to air transportation of passengers and baggage. 10.7.5 If the passenger's fault caused the damage to Red Wings Airlines, the passenger shall be liable within the limits of the damage. 10.7.6 The passenger is responsible for non-compliance with:

a) rules for transportation of air transport (photographing, filming and use of radio communication equipment, etc.);

b) orders of the aircraft commander; c) fire safety regulations, sanitary-hygienic and sanitary-epidemiological rules; d) security rules (attempt to open the door, aircraft hatch, refusal to fasten the seat belt,

smoking on the aircraft or in the wrong place, etc.). 10.7.7 The passenger is responsible for transporting in the baggage of items prohibited for transportation or handed over for transportation without complying with the requirements and conditions of transportation set out in these Regulations. 10.7.8 The passenger is responsible for violation of public order, the order in the terminals and city agencies, airports, aerodromes and on board the aircraft, including responsibility for unlawful acts relative to other passengers or staff of Red Wings Airlines and/or the Service provider. 10.7.9 Each passenger on board the aircraft of Red Wings Airlines must comply with the required standards and aviation security requirements. 10.7.9.1 For the violation of the rules, regulations and aviation security requirements on domestic air routes of the Russian Federation the passenger is responsible in accordance with Russian legislation. 10.7.9.2 For the violation of the rules, regulations and aviation security requirements on international routes the passenger shall be liable in accordance with international air law (international conventions in the field of civil aviation) and legislation of the country of destination or stopover, irrespective of the country of registration or operation the aircraft. 10.7.9.3 Passengers must comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international treaties of the Russian Federation and the laws of the country to the territory, from or through of which the transportation of passengers and baggage is made, in relation to passengers and baggage, the requirements to ensure the safety and requirements related to border, customs, sanitary-quarantine, veterinary, quarantine phytosanitary types of control.

10.7.10 Events of refuse to comply with crew orders and these Regulations are registered with the act, drawn up in the presence of the passenger-offender, for onward transmission of the act to the Linear Department of Internal Affairs at the airport. At the same time, the rules and requirements of the current legislation are used. 10.8 Legal provisions for air transportation of passengers 10.8.1 In accordance with the RF AC the aircraft commander has the right to ensure the security of the aircraft flight and:

a) Give orders to any person on board the aircraft and demand their fulfillment.

b) Apply all necessary measures (including enforcement measures) in respect of persons whose actions pose a direct threat to the safety of the aircraft flight and who refuse to obey the orders of the aircraft commander. On arrival the aircraft to the nearest airport the aircraft commander shall have the right to refuse such persons onward transportation, and in the case of the act containing elements of a crime, to transfer them to law enforcement authorities of the host country. These persons may be subject to administrative or criminal liability in accordance with international law, the laws of the Russian Federation or the host country.

10.8.2 In the event of termination at the initiative of Red Wings Airlines of the Air Carriage Contract due to violation of rules of conduct by the passenger on board the aircraft, and creation by them of a threat to flight safety or a threat to the life or health of others, as well as failure of passenger to fulfill the aircraft commander orders made in accordance with Article 58 RF AC, the amount paid for air transportation of the passenger will not be refunded. 10.9 Rules of passenger behavior in preparation for the flight and on board the aircraft 10.9.1 Passenger in preparation for the flight must:

a) Personally pack their hand luggage and baggage or permanently present at their packaging by other persons in order to avoid placing of foreign objects.

b) Do not leave carried things and objects without personal supervision prior to their transfer

under the responsibility of Red Wings Airlines.

10.9.2 Passenger at registration for the flight and passing the departure procedures must:

a) Have on hand a document proving the identity.

b) Notify the registration agents of the Service provider of employees of Red Wings Airlines on the presence of weapons permitted for transportation and presence of electronic devices in the baggage.

c) Be prepared to answer the questions: «Who packed the baggage?», «Was the baggage

unattended?», to list the contents of the baggage.

d) Inform the employee of the AS or any employee of the airport on all the phenomena which cause concern of the passenger on flight safety.

e) Complete pre-flight inspection.

f) Provide hand luggage and baggage, as well as personal items and belongings of the

passenger for inspection.

g) Notify the AS employee on the presence of weapons permitted for transportation by presenting the necessary documents.

h) Notify the AS employee on the presence of electronic devices and communication

equipment. 10.9.3 Passenger during the period of inspection and waiting for boarding the aircraft should fulfill the aviation safety rules established by the administration of the airport and support aviation personnel in their maintenance. 10.9.4 Passenger on board the aircraft shall:

a) Unconditionally comply with the requirements and recommendations of the aircraft commander and members of the crew.

b) Place their hand luggage and personal belongings in the designated areas, shown by flight

attendants.

c) Comply with the generally accepted rules of conduct in public places.

d) Fasten a seat belt at «Fasten your seat belts» display activation and keep them fastened when the «Fasten your seat belts» display is on.

10.9.5 The passenger while on board the aircraft of Red Wings Airlines are prohibited:

a) Create situations threatening flight safety or the life, health, honor and dignity of other passengers and aviation personnel, allow any verbal abuse and/or physical abuse to them.

b) Consume alcoholic beverages.

c) Smoke, including electronic cigarettes, during the entire flight.

d) Use the emergency equipment without the appropriate crew guidance.

e) Use camcorders, cameras, radio, radio receivers, radio transmitters, televisions, remote-

controlled toys, wireless network devices (wireless phones must be turned off no matter where they are - in the baggage or hand luggage) during the flight.

f) Use during taxiing-out, taking-off, ascending, descending or landing of the aircraft portable

computers, portable computer printers, playback devices (tape recorders, CD players and cassettes, laser devices), electronic toys, electric razors, in design of which LEDs are used.

g) Create conditions uncomfortable for other passengers and impede the work of the crew.

h) Make harm to Red Wings Airlines property and/or remove it from the aircraft.

i) Rise from the passenger seat and/or move around the cabin during aircraft taxiing-out,

taking-off, ascending, descending when the display «Fasten your seat belts» is activated. 10.9.6 In order to avoid interference in the aircraft communications and control systems during taxiing-out, taking-off, ascending, descending or landing of the aircraft, the passenger is forbidden to use electronic games, portable camera and video recorder, a video recorder, mobile phone, radio, transistor radio and the other electron emitting apparatus, other than a hearing aid, cardio equipment, electronic alarm clock, calculator, laptop computer and a portable tape recorder (player).

11 PROCEDURE FOR MAKING DEMANDS, CLAIMS, SUITS 11.1 General requirements 11.1.1 At the request of the passenger, consignor, or consignee, upon presentation of transportation documents, Red Wings Airlines are obliged to make a commercial act (PIR/cargo irregularity report). The Act certifies circumstances that may serve as the basis for property liability of Red Wings Airlines, passenger, consignor or consignee. 11.1.2 The Commercial act (PIR/cargo irregularity report) is drawn up at the baggage or cargo delivery to certify the following circumstances:

a) Non-compliance of the actual name of cargo, its weight or quantity of the seats to the data specified in the transportation document.

b) Damage/spoilage of cargo.

c) Loss or damage/spoilage of checked baggage.

d) Detection of baggage or cargo without documents of transportation or transportation

documents without baggage or cargo. 11.1.3 Prior to the submission to Red Wings Airlines of a suit, in case of violation of the Air Carriage Contract, the Contract for carriage of cargo by air the statement or claim are presented against Red Wings Airlines. 11.2 Persons entitled to make claims for breach of carriage of the Air Carriage

Agreement or the Contract for carriage of cargo by air 11.2.1 The right to file Red Wings Airlines with the claim and the suit in case of loss, shortage or damage/spoilage of checked baggage, delay of delivery, as well as in the event of termination at the initiative of Red Wings Airlines of the Air Carriage Contract is a right of a passenger or a person authorized (on the basis of power of attorney provided presence of the copy of the passenger's passport or birth certificate for a juvenile passenger) upon presentation of the documents specified in cl. 11.4 hereof.

11.2.2 The right to file Red Wings Airlines with claims and suits for breach of the Contract for carriage of cargo by air is the right of:

a) In the case of loss of cargo - the consignee on submitting the Airway bill, issued by Red Wings Airlines to the consignor, with a mark of the airport of destination on the arrival (non-arrival) of the cargo, and in case of impossibility of bringing the Airway bill - the document about payment of the cargo and certificate of Red Wings Airlines of the transportation with the mark of the airport of destination on the arrival (non-arrival) of the cargo.

b) In the case of shortage or damage/spoilage of cargo - the consignee on submitting the

Airway bill or the commercial act (cargo irregularity report).

c) In case of delay of delivery - the consignee on submitting the Airway bill.

d) Insurer - upon presentation of the relevant transportation documents as well as documents confirming the conclusion of the insurance and payment of the insurance indemnity agreement.

11.3 Claim submission period against Red Wings Airlines 11.3.1 The claim to Red Wings Airlines for air transportation in the territory of the Russian Federation may be made within six months. This period shall be calculated as follows:

a) For damages in case of shortage or damage/spoilage of checked baggage, cargo, and also in case of delay in delivery - from the day following the day of delivery of baggage or cargo.

b) For damages in case of loss of checked baggage, cargo - ten days after the expiry of the

delivery.

c) For damages in all other cases - from the date of occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3.2 The claim to Red Wings Airlines for international air transportation can be made within the following terms:

a) In case of damage/spoilage of checked baggage or cargo - within seven days from receipt and not later than fourteen days from the date of receipt of the cargo (the person entitled to receive it, when detecting damage, must notify Red Wings Airlines in writing no later than seven days from receipt and not later than fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods. Said notice shall be the basis for drawing up the commercial act).

b) In case of delay in delivery of checked baggage or cargo - within twenty-one days from the

date of transfer of baggage or cargo at the disposal of the person entitled to receive it.

c) In case of loss of baggage or cargo - for eighteen months from the day of the aircraft arrival at the destination airport, from the day when the aircraft was supposed to arrive, or the date of termination of the transportation by air.

11.3.3 Red Wings Airlines have the right to consider a claim after the set terms, if it finds the reason valid for exceeding the period of presentation of the claim. 11.4 Reclamation procedure 11.4.1 Presented claim must be set out in writing and if possible in the official (Russian) language of the Russian Federation, in the application form and contain all necessary information for its consideration. 11.4.2 The claim statement must indicate:

a) Name of the carrier to which the claim is filed.

b) Name and address of institution, enterprise, organization or person filed a claim, contact numbers, e-mail, fax.

c) Circumstances which are the basis for the claim, the content of the claim.

d) Amount of payment on the claim and its settlement, confirmed by documentary evidence.

e) List of documents attached to the claim.

f) Signature of the applicant.

11.4.3 The claim application must be accompanied by:

a) Original documents certifying the conclusion of the Air Carriage Contract and confirming the applicant's right to file a claim.

b) Commercial act issued by Red Wings Airlines, confirming the existence of shortage or

damage to the baggage or cargo.

c) Original document certifying the amount of harm caused by the loss, shortage or damage to the baggage and cargo.

d) Other documents at the applicant's discretion.

Submission of claim statements without proper documentation does not interrupt the period established for filing claims. The lack of the commercial act or other of the above documents does not deprive the passenger, consignor or consignee of the right to file a claim, but it can make it difficult or a long process of preparation of a reasoned reply to the claim. 11.4.4 The claims in case of lost luggage must be accompanied by:

a) Ticket (itinerary receipt).

b) Boarding pass.

c) Baggage tag coupon.

d) Statement (reference) about baggage non-arrival.

e) In case of declaration the value of the baggage - supporting documents.

f) Full details of the passenger's bank account for the transfer of compensation. 11.4.5 Claims in case of damage of baggage must be accompanied by:

d) Commercial act of damaged baggage.

e) Photo of baggage damages.

f) Document confirming the cost of repairing suitcases or bags (cash and marketable check, or statement of the repair organization), or proof of the impossibility of repair.

g) If repair is not possible to be made, it is necessary to provide need documented proof for the

cost of the suitcase or bag (reference or an information letter about the cost alike articles, or goods or cashier's check on purchase).

h) Full details of the passenger's bank account for the transfer of monetary compensation.

11.4.6 Upon presentation to Red Wings Airlines of the claim for damaged baggage, the passenger is obliged along with the provision of documents confirming the fact of damage to baggage and guilt of Red Wings Airlines, prior to payment of Red Wings Airlines to hand over the damaged baggage by the transfer act to the Representative of Red Wings Airlines, or send to the postal address of Red Wings Airlines photos of the damaged luggage (for out-of-town applicants). 11.4.7 Claims in case of a flight delay must be accompanied by:

a) Ticket with the airport mark of the flight delay (or a certificate, certified by the Representatives of Red Wings Airlines or the airport).

b) Full details of the passenger's bank account for the transfer of monetary compensation.
