who have worked in partnership now for over twenty five years, in the construction and
project management of prime residential and commercial properties in Dublin. The
owners have amassed a broad range of experience in all aspects of the Construction
Industry. The emphasis of the business has always been on high quality work carried out
in a speedy and efficient manner. This quality and efficiency has been acknowledged by
the large number of projects awarded to David and Paul over the years when quality and
time were of the essence.
We have built up a team of skilled and experienced tradesmen, subcontractors and

Originally designed by the architect Francis Johnston whose other works include the GPOand St. George's Church Hardwicke Place, The Old Boro School opened in 1809 and playedan integral part in the life of Swords until closing its doors for the last time as a school in2000. Today, having been carefully renovated by Paul and David so that the traditional andcontemporary merge comfortably together, The Old Boro has once again become a hub ofSwords life as a public house
Krystle nightclub and the VIP lounge have become a regular haunt of celebrities since theiropening. The clubs interior combines elegance and beauty, comfort with soft lighting andgenerous seating providing the all-important relaxed yet eclectic atmosphere. The VIP areais a haven for those who thrive on luxury, soft intimate seating with a beautiful bed torelax on that adorns this very popular area
Wrights Café Bar exudes comfort and style with its sleek modern interior over two levels. This unique bar boasts a comfortable, inviting lounge on the upper street level, whilst the lower level is open plan with a purpose built stage imperative for offering night long entertainment.

A 380m2 semi-detached period residence which has been refurbished and extended to anexceptionally high standard for corporate letting. We liaised with the clients regarding theconstruction programme, completed all construction works to the required high standard.
850m2 period residence which has been refurbished and extended to return to singlefamily residences. The construction and project management programme included a fourstorey –return extension to the protected structures .
Two-storey over garden level Victorian residence of approx. 323m2 with ample off-streetparking. There is a sunken patio with a walled lawn area and extensive planting to the rear.We actively pursued the client and professionals involved (i.e. Architect, Engineer etc) toensure that the property had minimal down time between purchase and first letting.
A 510m2 period residence, refurbished with meticulous attention to detail. We wereresponsible for ensuring that the construction programme operated smoothly and theclients were happy with the operation of all aspects of the construction. Whilst therenovation works were being still carried out, the client secured a tenant due to theirfamiliarity with our building standards.
