Breakout Groups by Grade
1. Coaches/athletic Trainer2. Kevin Chiles3. Volunteers - Kari4. Membership - Julie
Note: 4 groups
· We would then break out into 4 groups (Sr&Jr (combined), Sophs, 8th and 9th) and have 4 sessions of 10-15 minutes each with the leaders rotating so we don’t lose people.
Session (they will have to be short and sweet): 1. Coaches (you can decide what to cover for each group) 2. Kevin Chiles – Strength and Conditioning (what he is doing, make sure everyone has a form,
understands the donation aspect) 3. Kari – Quickly describe each/some of the Volunteer positions. Make sure we at least get: a. Parent contact lead for each grade b. Food/Meals lead for each grade (to help Pam) c. Ad sales volunteers d. Other?? e. Volunteer sign up for as much as we can. (you were going to create “bigger sheets”) 4. Julie – Not sure if you will have all the membership stuff ready by here (need to make sure we
get the one time discount to incent the early signup). If you are ready, we can discuss the Booster club membership and/or:
a. We could hand out: i. Football camp paperwork ii. Website signup instructions - Robert iii. Overview of membership if we don’t have the details
