Dear Sir

Ms Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited having its registered office at 9th floor Maker Chambers Nariman point Mumbai - 400021 is Registered with Department of Telecommunications (DOT) as Infrastructure Provider Category I (IP-I) vide registration certificate no 3702011 dated 23rd June 2011 to establish and maintain the assets such as Dark Fibers Right of way Duct space and Tower

As part of our Network we are planning to lay optical fiber cable through duct adopting various methodologies like HDD Open trench Clamping and other suitable method as required on the ground in the NHAI to construct a Fiber optic backbone link

The work will be carried out as per laid down standard Condition amp Guidelines of NHAI for laying the OFC Cable We are enclosing herewith the requisite documents for the permissions to lay the Optical Fiber Cable (OFC)

You are requested to kindly grant us the permission at the earliest we intend to take up the job immediately
