Please consider this letter a reference for Gareth Saunders.

I have been Gareth’s direct supervisor at the Calgary Public Library since he began employment here in the fall of 2012. His duties have included shelving books, tidying the library, clearing up the book drop chutes, and other tasks as required.

At all times I have found Gareth to be a reliable and responsible employee. He has shown the ability to work both quickly and accurately, follows instruction well, and asks questions if he is ever unsure of anything. I cannot recall a single time he was late for a shift, and he always gave plenty of notice if he requested any change to his schedule. Gareth has a strong work ethic and there have never been any issues with his performance while he has been here. He has a friendly, approachable personality that has made him a valued member of the team.

It has been a pleasure to have worked with Gareth and I have every confidence that he has the ability and discipline to do almost anything he chooses to.
