“Celebrating 500 years of God’s Grace” On October 31, 1517, Martin Luther sent ninety-five theses to Albert of Brandenburg, the Archbishop of Mainz, alerting him of abuses within the church. This document, which was most likely publicly displayed on the door of the Wittenberg Church, began a movement which transformed Christendom—the Protestant Reformation. You have the incredible opportunity to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the Reformation in June, 2017. Come relive the events that transformed the Church!

Pricing:The total cost of this twelve-day Reformation Tour is $5,495.00 (This price is based on a double occupancy.  Single occupancy will cost an additional $825.00.).  This price includes:

• Round-trip air transportation from Indianapolis, Indiana to Europe. • All breakfasts, all but one dinner, and a special Farewell Dinner.• Excellent accommodations. You will be staying at strategic locations so you can make the most of your time in Europe.• All ground transportation, transfers, and luggage handling.• Guides and escorts AND all tips, except for meals.• Taxes and fees.• On-site booklet and printed materials. 

*The total cost does not include meals where not indicated, souvenirs, passport, transportation to and from the Indianapolis International Airport, fines, tickets, bail, gas surcharges, etc., health or trip insurance, medical attention if needed, personal traveling or excursions, and personal spending money.

**All tour prices are based on costs, charges, taxes and US dollar exchange rates known at the time of booking. We regret should any of these costs change, a surcharge may be added to the cost of your tour. You would be notified prior to travel.

Payment Options: All payments are made through Ancient Tours’ website or by check via US mail. You will be directed to “payment options” when you register on our website.

Option A:  Full Payment of $5,495.00 per person with a completed registration form by December 1, 2016.

Option B: Full payment of $5,625.00 per person with a completed registration form by February 1, 2017.

Option C:  Installment Payment Plan of $5,625.00. Three payments: a deposit of $1,875.00 per person with a completed registration form, a second payment of $1,875.00 per person by February 1, 2017, and a third payment of $1,875.00 per person by March 1, 2017. A late fee of $50 will be added per person for each payment made after the deadline.

**A minimum deposit of $1,875.00 per person and a completed registration form are necessary to secure a place on this tour. There are only a limited number of seats available for this tour. Price cannot be guaranteed after February 1, 2017.

***Before February 1, 2017, all monies are refundable.  After February 1 and prior to March 1, 2017, all but $1,875.00 per person is refundable. After March 1, 2017, no refund will be given.  All cancellations must be received in writing. No monies are transferable. Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason, including medical and family emergencies. Deviation from group accommodations and air flights incur additional costs and will be charged to the passenger. All monies are refunded by check only.
