Challenges to overcome ACA
• First & Second week: “System is down at the moment” message• Started a waiting list for patients
• Third week: long wait when creating an account at the Review and Submit section
• When finally submitted account, a “Please Wait” message appeared and nothing happened, started all over again
• As per today; eligibility results page shows “to read eligibility results before you enroll”, when clicking on the “View Eligibility Results” nothing shows up• 6 applications pending eligibility for the above reason
