Other Bay Area transit agencies will be added in the future. To find out when your next bus or train will depart, check nearby displays or simply call 511 and say “Departure Times.” You’ll then be asked to enter your Stop ID number. If you don’t know it, you can say “I don’t know,” and the system will prompt you to enter your route and stop. 511 will respond with departure times for your route and will also include the Stop ID for future use. Fairfield Transportation Center

    Fairfield

511 Real-Time Departures511 provides free, up-to-the-minute departure times for the transit agencies to the left that have this symbol. Other

Bay Area transit agencies will be added in the future.

To fi nd out when your next bus or train will depart, check nearby displays or simply call 511 and say “Departure Times.” You’ll then be asked to enter your Stop ID number. If you don’t know it, you can say “I don’t know,” and the system will prompt you to enter your route and stop. 511 will respond with departure times for your route and will also include the Stop ID for future use. You may also look up your stop’s ID online at the 511 Transit page (transit.511.org).511 Salidas en tiempo real

Bicycles on TransitRail/Ferries: Bicycles are allowed on all Bay Area ferries and nearly all rail lines. Exceptions are San Francisco Muni Metro,

    historic streetcars, and cable cars.

Buses: Nearly all Bay Area public transit buses are equipped with bicycle racks.

General: While bicycles are allowed on most transit services, there are some space limitations and, in some cases, times when bicycles are not allowed on board. For specifi c transit operator policies and procedures go to 511.org and click on the bicycling tab, or call 511 and say “bicycling” to speak to an operator who can answer your questions.
