Mailing of Badges/Course TicketsConvention badges and course tickets for in-person participation at the Colorado Convention Center will be mailed to all attendees who have registered by December 3, 2021 and provided proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status. Attendees registered after this deadline, those who have not provided proof of vaccination and those who are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test will need to pick up their badges and tickets onsite at Registration in Lobby “C” of the Colorado Convention Center.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you attend only the live virtual courses, you do not need a convention badge or course tickets.

Convention Cancellation PolicyCancellations for both registration and fee courses will be accepted and are entitled to a refund provided they are sent in writing to MDDS at finance@mddsdentist.com or 925 Lincoln St., Unit B, Denver, CO 80203 and postmarked by December 31, 2021. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund for each cancelled registration. If a name badge has been mailed prior to request for cancellation, the refund will not be processed until the badge has been returned to MDDS at the address listed above.

Substitution PolicySubstitutions are allowed. To make a substitution call MDDS Registration Services at (303) 488-9700 to change the registrant’s information and pay any difference in fee.

To attend the in-person elements of RMDC 2022, every attendee needs to provide proof of full COVID vaccination any time prior to arrival and check in at the Colorado Convention Center, or provide a negative PCR COVID test

within 48 hours of arrival and check-in. At-home and rapid tests will not be accepted.

RMDC will consider full vaccination to be two shots for the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines and one shot for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Additional testing will not be required during the convention.

Mask PolicyAll attendees three years of age and older will need to wear masks at all times during the in-person convention.

Attendees may remove their masks when actively eating and/or drinking.

Acceptable masks include: N95 (or similar); disposable/surgical; cloth. Neck gaiters will not be permitted.
