Registration and Grading of Contractors of the Central Province –31-12-2019 Chief Secretary’s Office - Central Province Contractors residing in administrative area of the Central Provincial Council have been registered at the Chief Secretary’s Office of the Central Province under following financial limits for construction works up to Rs. 50 million as per the Circular no. 04/2016(i) of Ministry of Finance.

The updated list of contractors whose registration has registered upgraded as at 31-12-2019 is attached herewith. In addition, following will be considered when calling for bids for construction projects of Central Provincial Ministries. (01) It is compulsory to select construction contractors under the National Competitive Bidding

system for works with a total estimation of cost is Rs. 50 million or above as per 3.2 of Procurement Guidelines 2006.

(02) Contractors shall be selected from the registered contractors in this list under competitive bidding system for works with the total estimation of cost is below Rs. 50 million from the construction contractors registered in this list under the relevant field in specified grade or above.
