Program Fee Payment All program fees must be timely settled according to the payment plan.
Fee Refund All administration fees paid such as application fee, registration fee and resource fee are not refundable. Tuition fees paid are not refundable in the case of termination after commencement of class. In the event of class cancellation or non-commencement of programme, all fees will be refunded in full. In all other cases, course fee paid are refundable where written notice of withdrawal is received by the Registry Department and the amount of fees refundable is subject to the following :-
i. Notice received 30 days or more before the commencement of course, 50% of the course fee paid is refundable.
ii. Notice received less than 30 days before the commencement of the course, 20% of the course fee paid is refundable.
iii. Notice received after the commencement of class, there will be no refund of the course fee paid.

PTPTN Loan (applicable to local students) Students must maintain an average result of CGPA 2.0 every semester, failing which the student must pay to College the semester fees by his/her own due to PTPTN loan rejection until next payment receipt from PTPTN. Academic Irregularities The Examination Board has the right to fail part or all the assessments of any student found guilty of cheating and plagiarism. Deferment Students must officially write to the Registry Department to gain approval before deferring his/her semester. Approval is subject to conditions. …………………………………………..
