Introduction MC eViewer is an innovative learning and teaching tool to empower students and teachers. It allows students to study independently and collaborate effectively on any of the four different platforms (Windows, Mac OS, Android and iOS). It also allows teachers to deliver multimedia-rich lessons in Windows and Mac platforms. MC eViewer is an intuitive learning and teaching tool which is essential for schools in today’s society. The interactive whiteboard tool in eViewer can be connected to the classroom’s interactive whiteboard. Developed by Singapore’s leading educational publisher, MC Education, MC eViewer aims to enhance the learning and teaching journey by offering the best digital solutions. MC eViewer is now able to deliver the latest edition of textbooks with interactive learning and teaching resources so teachers and students can learn any time, any place. Supported Operating Systems Microsoft Windows o Windows 7 & Above Note: Windows 8 (RT) is not supported. Mac OS o OS X 10.10 & Above Android o Android 5.x & Above Note: Please be advised that technical support is only available for Android Tablets. iOS o iOS 9.x & Above Note: Please be advised that technical support is only available for iPad/iPad mini.

Registering a New Account You will need to register for an MC eViewer account and install the MC eViewer App to view your eBook. 1. Go to https://mceviewer.mcenrich.com 2. Click on the REGISTER link at the top-right corner. 3a. If you are a consumer, click on the PARENT tab and fill in the information

within the form. 3b. If you are a teacher, click on the TEACHER tab and fill in the information

within the form. 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the REGISTER button. Download & Installation of MC eViewer App Microsoft Windows Step 1: Log in to https://mceviewer.mcenrich.com with your login

credentials. Step 2: Click on MYBOOKS at the top-right corner. Step 3: Click on DOWNLOADEVIEWER–MSWINDOWSto download MC

eViewer. Step 4: Once the download has completed, click on RUN button.

Step 5: Click on NEXT button to proceed.

Step 6: Click on NEXT button to proceed.

Step 7: Click on INSTALL button to proceed with the installation.

Step 8: Once installation has completed, click on FINISH button to launch

MCeViewer.

Mac OS Note: Please be advised that technical support is only available for Android Tablets. Step 1: Log in to https://mceviewer.mcenrich.com with your login

credentials. Step 2: Click on MYBOOKS at the top-right corner. Step 3: Click on DOWNLOADEVIEWER–MACOS to download MC

eViewer. Step 4: After the download is completed, click on the installer and then

proceed to drag and drop the MCeViewer application to "Applications" folder.

Step 5: Launch MC eViewer on your device.

Android Note: Please be advised that technical support is only available for Android Tablets. Step 1: Tap on the PLAYSTORE icon on your Android mobile device. Step 2: Tap on the Search Bar at the top and type MCEVIEWER+ and then

tap SEARCH. Step 3: A list of apps may be listed. Tap on the MCEVIEWER+ panel. Step 4: Tap INSTALL. Step 5: Tap ACCEPT to allow MCeViewer+ app to grant the necessary

permissions. This will begin the downloading and installation process.

Step 6: Once installation is complete, tap OPEN, or you may go back to your App Lists/Grid and launch the MCeViewer+ app.

iOS Note: iPhone is not supported. Step 1: Tap on the APPSTORE icon on your iPad / iPad Mini. Step 2: Tap on the Search Bar at the top-right corner and type

MCEVIEWER+. Step 3: A list of apps may be listed. Tap on MCEVIEWER+ under the

SUGGESTIONS. Step 4: Tap INSTALL. You may be prompted to enter your password. Step 5: Once installation is complete, go to your home-screen and launch

the MCEVIEWER+ app. Note: You can only download the MC eViewer App after you have logged in. If you do not have an account, please register for a free account. You may need the computer’s administrative login account to install the MC eViewer App.
