Regulation of gene expression • เพื่อใหส่ิ้งมีชีวิตสามารถด ารงชีวิตอยูไ่ดใ้นสภาวะแวดลอ้มท่ีเปล่ียนไป • เป็นการควบคุมการสร้างหรือยบัย ั้ง gene product เช่น RNA หรือโปรตีน
ในสภาวะต่างๆ ของส่ิงมีชีวิตเพื่อตอบสนองต่อส่ิงแวดลอ้ม - Positive regulation: ควบคุมใหมี้การแสดงออกของยนี
* activator RNA polymerase - Negative regulation: ควบคุมไม่ใหมี้การแสดงออกของยนี
* active repressor transcription * inducer + repressor transcription

162 bp (5’UTR) 4 domains • Leader peptide: 2 trp molecules pos. 10&11 control
