Principle of EMT

•Electronic Milk Tester works on the photometric measurement of light scattered by the fat globules present in the milk sample. The measuring procedure follows the conventional system of dilution, mixing, homogenization and photometric measurement.

The Solar Panel trap the energy from the sun during daytime whose output is fed toa charge controller which is then fed to the battery . DC circuits are directly fed but AC is produced with the help of an inverter which is then forwarded to an AC load .

OBJECTIVE

The objective of our project is to drive LEDs of small power rating (3W/5W) with the help of LM 3405 ( LM3405A 1.6MHz, 1A constant current Buck Regulator LED driver) and provide dimming control with the help of pulse width modulation using IC 555 as astable monovibrator circuit providing varying duty cycle or by using PIC16F876A which is a 28- pin programmable microcontroller having a dedicated pin for PWM .
