What is an Image?

Copy or "Clone" of a hard driveOne master machine is set upSetting and programs are coppied to all machineMistakes are also coppiedComputer name must be changedPC Security ID's need to be reset

Boot Drive (Primary Drive)

It is the drive that the OS is running fromInternal HDExternal HDCD/DVD ROMFloppy DriveNetwork Drive

You can not reimage a drive if it is the boot driveBoot drive is first drive in list

When computer starts up, press F12 to enter Boot Menu, choose the drive you want to boot from (IDE CDROM).

First Ghost screen, press enter on keyboard. Only the keyboard works in this mode, use the arrow keys, tab and enter keys

Click on Local, Disk, From Image.

Navigate to locate the Ghost image. Use the Arrow keys

From this drop-down menu, choose different drive as necessary.

Highlight the image, then click Open to continue.

Choose a destination drive that will be reimaged.

Destination Drive Details, DO NOT change anything, just click on OK to continue.

You will be warned that destination drive will be permanently overwritten. Click Yes to continue.

Progress window.

When completed, click Reset Computer to restart the computer.
