Rejected Images
I decided not to use these images for my front cover image for a number of
reasons...
This image isn’t right as one of the
stars has the back to the camera so
you cannot see the emotions
portrayed. Also, the other stars are
smiling slightly which is not the
correct emotion and you can see the
toilet sigh and door in the
background.
I rejected this image as the framing
wasn’t right because you can see the
lights and green screen at the top of
the photo. This is obstructing being
able to manipulate the colour of the
background so the star stands out.
Also, the negative space on either
side of the star and the text on his
hoodie makes it hard for features to
be placed appropriately.
The male star in this image has his
eyes closed which not only effects
engaging the audience but it doesn’t
allow the viewer to see the emotion
I wanted to portray. The black
border at the bottom of the image is
also very visible and makes the
photo seem less professional.
This image was rejected because the
visibility of the black outline of the
green screen makes it look very
unprofessional. Also the positioning
of the stars is wrong making it hard
to see facial expressions and body
language used. Moreover, this
makes it difficult for the features to
be placed correctly and
conventionally.
