Core veneer is the base of good Film face shuttering plywood, we use high density and smooth core as a result it has better strength, less swelling, less bending and thus provides more repetition than others.

Resin is used for the bonding of core veneers. Since Film face shuttering ply is used in highly moisture prone areas and it remains directly in contract with water. Therefore, we use ISI grade undiluted PF resin of high solid content, which provide better bonding of core.

Film paper is laminated on the outer surface of film face shuttering plywood to make it 100% waterproof. As paper will be of good quality then it will enhance the life of film face shuttering ply. Therefore, we use high GSM paper, which is coated with phenol, which makes GL film face shuttering ply 100% waterproof and results in more repetition.

A good quality press in which plywood is made plays an impotent role in making good quality high-density film face shuttering plywood. We have installed 2400-tone hydraulic press to manufacture GL film face shuttering plywood. As a result, it has high density and more repetition.

Modern and highly precise paper impregnation plant is stalled in plant for the coating of phenol on paper film. It equally spread the chemical on paper, as a result GL film face shuttering plywood has equal thickness, better strength and better finish.

Keeping in mind to provide the uniform & better quality product forever, we have modern and highly sophisticated lab, which is equipped with all testing equipments as per BIS. Each batch of production is tested in lab by an IPIRTI qualified chemist.

Wood is more prone to termite and borer attack so that core veneers in GL film face shuttering plywood is treated with latest anti termite borer chemicals. Therefore, GL film face shuttering plywood safe against the termite , borer and fungus attack which generally happens during stacking after shuttering work with other brands.

FFDSP should be stored in packs on a flat and raised surface in a clean, dry and covered place with free circulation of air.

The boards and stacks shall be protected from rain and dampness.

The Edges of a board in a pack shall be in a straight vertical line.

Extra care should be taken to avoid any scratches.

The plywood boards shall not be dragged over one another, as this would scratch the surface. If the

edges are dragged on faces or any extraneous matter, like sand or small stone particles lie in between the surfaces.

Cut edges of the plywood at the time of making concrete former should also be coated with suitable sealants like chlorinated rubber paint, for longer life of the board.

For better repetition, panels should be dried by stacking in free circulation of air and on suitable spacers after each use.

Densified CHEQUERED PLYWOOD

GL Chequered Ply Board is high density grade plywood produced under high heat and pressure using un-extended PF Resin. The Ply has a chequered pattern on its surface that comes from the wire mesh put during pressing. Because of high pressure the panel develops high density that sustains the rigorous of flooring in public use. This not only eliminates the smooth surface of ordinary plywood but also makes it anti-slip plywood.

The plywood combines enhanced mechanical properties with extreme water proof quality besides being resistant to corrosive agents.
