Our second holiday to this park. Cannot faultanything. We stayed in a

Cedarwood, very clean with all theappliances we needed. Already

booked to return.

The Pinewood chalet is the perfect

holiday accommodation for a couple or

a single traveller. This newly refurbished

chalet is our most recent venture. This

great accommodation is in the form of

an open plan motel style room featuring

a double bed, a kitchenette and a shower

room. They are well appointed with a

large television and recessed lighting.

Proving very popular, it’s important to

book early to avoid disappointment.

The Clubhouse Enjoy evening entertainment all through the summer season at Hazelwood Holiday Park’s Clubhouse. The snack bar menu has light evening meals and a popular lunchtime Sunday Carvery.

Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool Have fun splashing in our 40’ x 20’ heated swimming pool! With a large patio area, it’s a real suntrap. The pool opens between the end of May and mid September. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

Our On-Site Convenience Store Well stocked to fulfill all your summer holiday needs. Open seven days a week in the summer.

a twenty minute drive from the M5 the

coast has miles of sandy beaches. Quaint

villages, thatched cottages and traditional

pubs rub shoulders with sophisticated

shopping and dining venues and exciting

family holiday attractions.

Dawlish Warren Beach resortSeaside funOnly 640 metres away

from a Blue Flag beach, we are just a short level walk away from all

the activities at the Warren Beach Resort. With a fun-park and go-karts plus shops and food outlets, you’ll have plenty to do when you’re not sunbathing, rock-pooling or building sandcastles. Walk a little further along the beach and enjoy the peace and seclusion of a national nature reserve.

Parts of the beach at Dawlish Warren allow access for dogs throughout the whole year so this is the ideal place to bring your dog on holiday with you. A limited number of accommodation styles, including our Oakwood

lodges, have been set aside for families who would like to holiday with their pet dogs (maximum two dogs). The rest of our accommodation is guaranteed dog free.

Cancellation protection (optional)

For this premium, Hazelwood Holiday Park will refund all monies paid (excluding the cancellation protection fee) provided we receive written confirmation of cancellation of the entire party at least 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.

If you cancel your holiday between 8 weeks prior to arrival and your arrival date Hazelwood Holiday Park will refund if cancellation is due to any of the following:• Death to a named member of the booked party• Serious illness to a named member of the booked party, or• Redundancy to a named member of the booked party• Fire, flooding, subsidence or malicious damage rendering your home uninhabitable

Any claim must be in writing and supported by the relevant documents. Our acknowledgement is evidence of having received your notification.

Please note Hazelwood Holiday Park’s cancellation scheme covers you until you arrive on site after which refunds cannot be given if for any reason you leave early. You may wish to take out your own holiday insurance to cover this.

To Cancel: if you need to cancel you can let us know by telephone but we require notification in writing. The date that we receive your cancellation will be considered the cancellation date.

This policy is for cancellation and is not equivalent to a travel insurance policy. Travel disruption and vehicle breakdown is not covered by this protection.

A WEEK OR TWO, OR A SHORT BREAK Most of our holidays are one or two weeks long and run from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday. We may be able to offer holidays from Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday. We also offer Short Break holidays - check the price list for details. • Unusual dates? Just give us a call and we will try and fit you in.

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR HOLIDAY• We require a minimum deposit of £50 per week or short break to hold a booking. The balance of the holiday must then be paid at least 8 weeks before you arrive. If you make a booking for a holiday which is less than 8 weeks away we require the full payment at time of booking.• We prefer payment by debit card, but will accept major credit cards. Sorry, not American Express.
