2. HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLYAssembly of lower connection piece L 50/75/5 with hexagon head bolt M8x70, washer M8 and check check nut M8. Assembly of other connection piece L 50/75/5 with T-hexagon head bolt M8x25, washer M8 and check check nut M8.

The rectangle thin check nut M8 fixed to multifit base with hexagon head bolt M8x20 and washer M8.

Slide the multifit base in the rafter and hitch the hexagon head bolt M8x20. Divide them over the mentioned distance.

2.1 DUCOSUN F horizontal assembly of wider Multifit fork

Wider Multifit Forks were made to allow larger spans (see below list).

2.2 Ducosun F Multifit: Coupling of Aerofoils

Assembly fixed spigotAssembly shaft fixed spigot Ø14 L=100 in adjustable bearing Ø29/75 (Connection set Aerofoil) with countersunk allanheadscrew M5x20 and washer M5. Attention: fix countersunk allanheadscrew with loctite.

2.2.1 Coupling of Aerofoil 200FFix the fix-tap in Aerofoil 1 and close the Aerofoil with side plate type II and countersunk head thread forming screw.

Fix Aerofoil 2 in a adjustable bearing Ø29/75 (Connection set Aerofoil) and close with the side plate type II and countersunk head thread forming screw.

2.2.2 Coupling Aerofoil 250F, 300F, 350F and 400FAssembly shaft fixed spigot on couple side plate (Connection set Aerofoil) with hexagon head bolt M5x20 and washer M5.

Fit the fix-tap in Aerofoil 1 with couple side plate and countersunk head thread forming screw.

Fix bearing in Aerofoil 2 with couple side plate and countersunk head thread forming screw.

Assembly of bearing MCM 14-03 14 mm.
