INTRODUCTION

Suddenlythelightsbegantodimandtheappliancesbegantofalter.Brightlightaround the neighbouring indicated that something was the matter with thelightingsystemin thehouse.Abeautiful,cosyeveningwasabout tobe turnedsourbyloomingdarkness.Ignorantguessesandsuggestionsflewfromliptolip.Noonewasknowledgeableenoughaboutelectricitytoprofferactualsolutions.Theuglinessofdarknessbecamemorethreatening.Somethinghadtobedone.

Anelectricianwascalledintotakealookatthelightingsystem.Afteralittlefiddlingwithsomewires,hegaveasmileofoptimism.Theproblemhadbeenidentified. There had been some leakage along the line due to a faultyconnection.Innotimehewasthroughandlightwasbackinfullglow.

This isagraphic illustrationof thepowerofknowledgeandfrustrationsofignorance. Knowledge is priceless. Nothing can compare to it. Certainly,theabsenceoflightfrommyhousewasnotthefaultoftheagencyresponsible for the distribution of electricity. Therewas enough current in thesystem to give light to all the appliances, but until knowledge came werehelpless.Knowledge is thekey to freedom.It turns frustration intofulfillment,sweatintosweet.NothingapproximatesthepowerofKnowledge.Itisthekeytodominion. Jesus put somuch premium on it during his earthlyministry.At apoint,heindicatedthelawyersfortakingawaythekeyofknowledge.

Woeuntoyou, lawyers! foryehave takenaway thekeyofknowledge:yeenterednotinyourselves,andthemthatwereenteringinyehindered.

Luke11:52Knowledgeistheonlyguaranteeofyourenteringintoyourinheritance.God

has placedwithin each one of us enough current thatwould give us light andmake life meaningful and fulfilling. But due to ignorance; many are stillgrovelinginpoverty,diseaseandallkindsofoppressivehardshipoftheenemy.WhateverisnotworkinginyourlifeisnotGod’sfault.Itisyourknowledgethat

isinadequate.Youneedyourownlicenseofknowledgetowalkintotalfreedomonthisearth.ThewordofGodcanbelikenedtospirituallivewires.Godisthepowersource.Eachverseofthescripturesisalivewire.However,youwillneedto become a spiritual technocrat tomake the right connections.Knowledge isyourrequiredtool.

Theknowledgeofthesupernatural isveryrelevanttoalifeof triumphandfulfillment in this life.Anymanwill lose controlof the affairsof lifewithoutsuchknowledge.Reason?Thesupernaturalisthefoundationofallthings.Likethe foundation of any natural building, its reality may not easily becomprehended,yetitisthecontrolroomofallthings.Thenaturalanswerstoit.Everynaturalhappeninghasitssupernaturalantecedent.Thatofcourseincludesyou.Youarerootedinthesupernatural.Whatyouseeofyourphysicalselfisnottherealyou.Itisonlyacovering.Therealyouisspirit.Youaredivineinnature;createdaftertheveryimageofGod.GodsaidinGenesis1:26;

Letusmakemaninourimage,afterourlikeness.InPsalms82:6,GodreaffirmedthatmanwasinHisclassofbeing.Ihavesaid,Yearegods;andallofyouarechildrenofthemostHigh.Bythelawoflife,likecanonlybegetlike.Agoatonlygivesbirthtoagoat,

a lion,a lionandso forth. IfGod isyour father,youwillbenothing less thanyourfather.EverbornagainbelieverisachildofGod.BecauseGodisaspirit,he belongs to the class of the spirits.One of the greatest discoveries you canmakeaboutyourselfistoknowthatyouareaspiritaftertheorderofGod.Likethe Jews of old, many today either out of ignorance or religion think it isblasphemoustoplacemanintheclassofGod.Nowondertheyhavelostcontrolordominionovertheaffairsoflife.Thenaturalrulesthem.Darknessdogstheireverypath.

Theyknownot,neitherwilltheyunderstand;theywalkonindarkness:allthefoundationsoftheearthareoutofcourse.Ihavesaid,Yearegods;andallofyouarechildrenofthemostHigh.Butyeshalldielikemen,andfall likeoneoftheprinces.

Psalm82:5-7WhateverGodhassaidisnotsubjectedtoanyoppositionsonearth.Butfor

ittoproduceforyou,youmustknowit,youmustunderstanditandwalkinthelightofit.

Godissayingthatuntilthetruthofyourdivinitydawnsonyouandyouwalkin it you can’t be in control.Youwill be subjected to the same limitations asothermortals.InGod’sagenda,youwerenotprogrammedtodielikemenandfalllikeoneoftheprinces.Onlyignoranceofyourtruenaturewillpreventyourdistinction.Understandingyourdivinenature,thatyouareintheclassofGodis

REALITYOFTHESUPERNATURAL

Twomainforcesdominatethesupernaturalworld.TheyareGodandthedevil;theforcesofgoodandevil.These twoforcescannotbecompared inanyway.Oneisgreaterandmightierthantheother.GodistheAlmighty,thesourceofallpowers.Heislife.Heisexistenceitself.Hecreatedthedevilanditisimpossibleforthecreaturetobeas,ormorepowerful,thanthecreator.However,Goddidnot create thedevil as the evil onehenow is.Hewas created as the angel oflight,aperfectbeing.

Sonofman, takeupa lamentationuponthekingofTyrus,andsayuntohim,ThussaiththeLordGOD;Thousealestupthesum,fullofwisdom,andperfectinbeauty.ThouhastbeeninEdenthegardenofGod;everypreciousstone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, theonyx,andthejasper,thesapphire,theemerald,andthecarbuncle,andgold:theworkmanshipof thy tabretsandof thypipeswasprepared in thee in thedaythatthouwastcreated.Thouarttheanointedcherubthatcovereth;andIhavesettheeso:thouwastupontheholymountainofGod;thouhastwalkedupanddowninthemidstofthestonesoffire.Thouwastperfectinthywaysfromthedaythatthouwastcreated,tilliniquitywasfoundinthee.

Ezekiel28:12-15Luciferwasexcellentinallhiswaysuntilsinwasfoundinhim.Whatsin

did he commit? He wanted to rise up to the skies. He wanted to take thepositionofthemostHigh,hiscreator.

Howartthoufallenfromheaven,OLucifer,sonofthemorning!howartthoucutdowntotheground,whichdidstweakenthenations!Forthouhastsaidinthineheart,Iwillascendintoheaven,IwillexaltmythroneabovethestarsofGod:Iwillsitalsouponthemountofthecongregation,inthesidesofthenorth:Iwillascendabovetheheightsoftheclouds;IwillbelikethemostHigh.

Isaiah14:12-14

HewascreatedandcalledLucifer,thesonofthemorning.ThenameLucifermeans“theshiningone.”Hewasoneofthethreemightyprincesthatexercisedauthorityovertheotherangels.TheywereallaspiritraceofbeingscreatedbyGod.WhenLucifer sinned,hewasdethroned.Hewascastdownfromheavenandfromthatmoment,thedevilemerged.HestartedhismissionofcounteringeverythingGodhascreated.Goddidnotcreateevil.EverythingHecreatedwasdeclaredgoodandverygood.Thedevilhimselfdidnotcreateanything.Allhedid was to embark on his mission of reversing God’s creation. Good wasreversed, and evil emerged.Truthwas turned around and lies appearedon thescene.Lovewas reverted andhatred emerged.Sweetwas turned to sweat andabundancewasturnedtopoverty,etc.Thiswasallthedevil’sdoing.BeforethefallofLucifer,therewasonlyonegoverningforceintheuniverse,butafterhisrevolt,twoforcescametobe.

MAN’SDETHRONEMENTTOTHENATURALREALMManwascreatedbyGodinHisownimageandlikenessandputinaperfect

setting–thegardenofEden.Satan,inhischaracteristicway,soughttodethroneman.Aslongasmanwasinthegarden,satanhadnocontroloverhim.Hewasfrustratedby thissetup.Hewanted tosurroundGod’smanwitheveryevilhecouldthinkof,buthecouldnot,becausemanwasoutofhisreachinthegarden.Satan knew that the onlywaymay could be driven out of the garden into hishandswasthroughdisobedienceandsin.HeknewthatGodcouldnotstandsin.Heknew thatGod’s relationshipwithmancouldbesevered ifmansinned;hethereforesoughttomakemandisobeyGod.

He succeeded through his subtlety.Hewent through thewoman, deceivedher.Sheinturninvolvedherhusband.Theyatetheforbiddenfruitandtheireyeswere opened.Theywere not physically blind but they entered into a negativephaseofexistence.God’sjudgmentfordisobedienceisdeath.Mandied.Butitwasnotphysicalannihilation.Hestillretainedhisconsciousness,movedaboutthegarden;but thevital force thatsustainedhimwasgone.Withhisdeath,helost his throne and placement. He became subject to things that were oncesubject to him. Man became miserable. Man disobeyed God through Satan’strickery,andlikesatan,hewaschasedoutofthegardenofEden.Thenthereignofterrorbegan.Manwasafflictedwithallmannerofevilbytheevilone.

God’sperfectmanbecamethedevil’smeat.Thiswasnothowever, theendofman.God isstill theoverall rulingpower.Satan isonlyengaged inabattlewhichhehasbeendivinelyordainedtolose.Heknowsthis,forhistimeisshort–“… art thou come hither to torment us before the time?” (Matt. 8:29). Heknowshisend.He isonly trying tocauseasmuchhavocashecanbefore thetimecomesforhisfinaldemise.

These twoforcesdominate thesupernatural.Youareeither inonecamportheother.Thereisnomiddlewaybetweenthetwo.Youareeitherconnectedtothegoodsource–Godoryouareconnectedtotheevilsource–thedevil.Whereyouareconnectedtodeterminestherealminwhichyouoperate.IfyouaretunedintoGod,youoperateinthepoweroftheHolySpiritthroughChristJesus.Youwillbeoperatinginthegoodrealm,releasingblessingsuponyourselfandothers.Ontheotherhand,ifyouaretunedintothedevil,youwillbeoperatingthroughdemons in the evil realm.Youwill be releasingmagic, curses and destructionuponyourselfandothers.

SATAN’SMAGNETICFIELD

TheBibleisfullofevidencesoftherealityofanevilworldunderthecontrolofSatan. It is adarkworld, inwhich satan freely inflicts evilon thoseunderhiscontrol.ApostleJohnbringsustoanawarenessofthisfactin1John5:19;

AndweknowthatweareofGod,andthewholeworldliethinwickedness.The entire world lies in a magnetic field of wickedness. Here Satan, his

demonsandsometimeshumanextensionscarryouttheirwickedactsbyremotecontrol.Diseases,frustrationsandallkindsofhumanafflictionsoriginatehere.Spellsandcursesthatupturnpeople’sdestiniescomefromthisnegativepoleofevil.A satanic influence is almost always behind the stagnations, failures andlossespeopleexperienceinlife.ThesadthingsisthatbecauseofignoranceandsometimesinsensitivitymanyChristiansbecomevulnerabletothewickednessofthedevil.Manyarediligent,onlya fewarevigilant.Manyare sincere,onlyafewaresensitive.Don’tbedeceived.IfSatanattemptedChrist,theSonofGod,hewillattempttocontrolanyoneelse.Thetruthisthateveryaccomplishmentofdestinyattractsthedevil’sattention.Hewilldoeverythingtofrustrateit.HechasedMosesoutintothewildernessfor40years.

The drama at the court of Pharaoh between Moses and the magicians ofPharaoh is typical of the contest between good and evil. Just like the rod ofMoses, swallowed up the magicians rods, so do the forces of good alwaysovercometheforcesofevil.Thesatanicworldisalwayscounterfeitingtherealthing.Suchcounterfeitsaredesignedtointimidate,deceiveanddistractfromthetruth.NoChristianmustbesofoolishtobedeceivedbythem.

Witness also Elijah’s encounter with the prophets of Baal. It was anothercontestbetweentheforcesofgoodandevil.Elijahhadchallengedthem:

…call ye on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of theLORD:andtheGodthatanswerethbyfire,lethimbeGod.

1Kings18:24When the chips were down, the God of Elijah won. God proved His

sovereigntybysendingdownfireatElijah’sinstance.Godwillalwayshavethelastaction,nomattertheroarandthreateningsofthedevil.

ThemysteriousescapeofthethreeHebrewchildrenfromNebuchadnezzar’sfiery furnace is typical of God’s deliverance for every believer who will notcompromisehis faith in thefaceofsevereoppositionandattackof theenemy.Theclimaxof thecontestwasthatbetweenChristandSatan.FrominfancyhesoughttoeliminateChrist.HeenteredintokingHerodandcountlessnumberofinnocentchildrenwerekilled.However,atthecross,Christhumiliatedhim.HisdeathandresurrectionbroughtaneternaldefeattoSatan.

With thatSatanwas strippedofallpower.Understand this:Satandoesnothave all the powers being attributed to him. No. All power belongs to Godwhoseyouare.Whathehas left isdeception.Get this intoyourconsciousnessandyouwillbeset free fromallanxietyandfears.Don’tbescaredofSatan’sroaringsand threats.You live ina superiorpositive realm inwhichChrist andtheangelsofGodreignandareonstandbytoestablishyourvictory.

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is thevictorythatovercomeththeworld,evenourfaith.

but you will be exempted from it as long as you remain in God. If you areconsciousofyourredemptiveplacementinChristyouareautomaticallyoutsidethe satanic magnetic field. You have been translated from the kingdom ofdarkness to thekingdomof light,where thedevil andhis spiritual andhumanhostsofwickednesscannotreachyou.

MAN’SRE-ENTHRONEMENTTOTHESUPERNATURALREALM

Jesus cameon an everlastingmission to restoreman to the life ofGodwhichAdamlosttoSatan.TheBibleannouncedthemissionofJesusinJohn3:16

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, thatwhosoeverbelievethinhimshouldnotperish,buthaveeverlastinglife.

Before Jesus came, man was in a perishing state; stripped of all honour,dignityandpower.Helostcontrolofeveryaspectoflife.Thenaturalman,the

manwithoutJesusinhislife,isunderthecontroloftheevilone.WithoutChristyouarestillinthestateofperishing,underSatan’sreignofterror.Hedoeswhathelikeswithyou.Hecanlinkyouupwithanydemonofhischoice.Thatiswhyforinstance,youfindalotofmenaddictedtocigarettesmokingthatevenwhenthedoctorwarnsthemaboutitsriskstotheirhealth,theycan’tstop.Theytryto,butastrongerforcethanthempreventsthemfromvictory.Isn’titobviousthatsuchpersonsareperishing?

Jesus told the Syrophenician woman that “it is not meet to take thechildren’sbreadandcastituntothedogs”(Mark7:27).

The children of God are only those who have received the divine naturethroughChrist.ThosewhorejectChristarenobetterthandogs.ThatishowGodregardsthem.ItsoundsunfairbutthatiswhatthewordofGodsays.

Only through Christ can anyone enter the covenant and be rescued fromperishing.ThroughChristGodonceagainre-establishesmaninhispositionofdominion where he has control over all things. Man can once again livesupernaturally on earth. Thismeans living out of the ordinary through divinemotivation.Buthowdoesthisoperate?Howdoesonestepfromthenaturalintothesupernatural?

ASCENDINGTHENEWTHRONE

ForthenaturalmantostepintothesupernaturalnatureofGod,therehastobeaconscioussteppingout fromSatan’s fold intoGod’s fold throughJesusChrist.This is the new birth. When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour,somethingsignificanthappenstoyou.TheBibleexplainsitthus:

Therefore if anyman be inChrist, he is a new creature: old things arepassedaway;behold,allthingsarebecomenew.

2Corinthians5:17Thenewbirth isdescribedasbeing inChristJesus.Whenyouconsciously

stepout of satan’s fold and accept Jesus as yourLord andSaviour,He comesintoyourheartandgivesyounewlife.Youroldnaturepassesawayandthenewnature of Christ Jesus is born in you. You are then referred to as being bornagain,bytheSpiritofGod.YoubecomeanewcreaturewithGod’ssupernaturalnatureinsideofyou.Youcannowlivesupernaturally.Youcannowliveoutoftheordinaryby thepowerofGodatwork inyou.Howdoyoushowforth thesupernaturalnatureofGodinyou?

SomeyearsbackIhadarareopportunitytomanifestthesupernaturalnatureofGodinme.Itwasexciting.Therewasthisyoungladywhowaspossessedofthedevilandwasupsettingherentirefamily.Sheenthronedherselfasalittletingod,drivingherparentstoastateofdespairbyherconstantevilmanifestationsandtheycoulddonothingaboutit.OnedaytheSpiritofGodcameveryheavilyuponmeandI(inthecompanyofanotherbrother)putherinavananddrovetoanunknownroadinthevalley,verylateatnight.Isaidtoherwhenwegotoutof the car, “whatever I tell you to do, do it. Now lie flat…” She obeyed,shivering like a leaf. I was issuing commands to her and she was obeyingwithoutquestion. Iwas fullofpower fromtheknowledge that Iamabove thedevil and when I am talking hemust keep quiet. Then I said “why has yourmasternotcometorescueyoufrommyhands?Dotheynotcallhimtheprinceof thepowerofdarkness?Whereishenow?”Heranswerwasmostrevealing.Shesaid,“aslongasyouareherehecannotcome.”Ihadthepowertodestroyherwithnodevilcomingtoherrescue,becausemyGodistheGodofthedayandthenight.

Alsosomeyearsback,Ineededtogooutearlyinthemorning,soIwenttostartmycar.TheonlyresponseIgotwasahorriblenoisefromtheengine.Mywellmeaningneighbourheard it tooandcameover tous (Ihadavisitingco-minister and personal friendwithme then) and said, “Sir, it appears your carengine isabout toknock.”Icameoutof thecar,opened thebonnetand in thenameofJesus,Icommandedtheengineknockingdemontogetoffmycar.ThisispromptlyobeyedandIsupposedlandedonmywell-meaningneighbour’scarwhichpackedupwithinaweek!Hehadtodowithouthiscarforsixmonths!

Thisisoutoftheordinary.Thisislivingbyengagingdivineforces.Thisisextraordinary. The believer, at new birth, steps out of the ordinary into theextraordinary.ThefirsttimeJesusmentionedbeingbornagain,itwasrelatedtosupernatural living as was revealed in His encounter with Nicodemus. As amatteroffact,thatisthemajoridentificationmarkofthenewbirth.

ToNicodemus’question,Jesusanswered:Exceptamanbebornagain,hecannotseethekingdomofGod….Except

amanbebornofwaterandoftheSpirit,hecannotenterintothekingdomofGod.Thatwhich is bornof the flesh is flesh;and thatwhich is bornof theSpirit is spirit.Marvelnot that I saidunto thee,Yemustbebornagain.Thewindblowethwhere it listeth, and thouhearest the sound thereof, but canstnottellwhenceitcometh,andwhitheritgoeth:soiseveryonethatisbornoftheSpirit.

John3:3,5-8

ThosebornoftheSpiritofGodbelongtotheextraordinaryclassofpeople.Theycalldivineforcesintooperationlikethewind.Theyblowlikethewindandoperateoutsideof theordinary.Theycalldivine forces intooperationandyouonlyseetheresultanteffectsbutyoudon’tsee,andcannottellhowtheoperationwascarriedout.JesussaidthatthemanbornoftheSpiritoperateslikethewind.Youcannottellfromwherethewindcomesandwhereitisgoing.Youonlyhearthesound.The“sound”ofthechildrenofGodisnotanordinarysound,itisasoundfromthespirit that isbackedwithheavenlyenergy,carryingeffectively,whateverordersaregivenbythesaint.

IfyouarebornoftheSpirit,youaredesignedtolivethisorderoflife.Itisnotmeantforaprivilegedfeweither.ThissupernaturallifeisforeveryonewhoisbornoftheSpiritofGod.

There is nothing like the gift of heaven; heaven is for everyone who hasreceivedJesusasLordandSaviour.

Get thisclear: thesupernatural life is foryou ifyouarebornof theSpirit.YouaretoexhibitthatsupernaturalnatureofGodinyouinyourdailylife.Theentireworldbelievesthatthereisnotamountainthatamiraclecannotmakeaplain. It accepts the ability of amiracle to deal with any situation. It takes amiracle to come out of critical situations. What is a miracle? It is thesupernaturalinterventionofGod.Thisiswhatyouare–amiracle.Youarethesupernaturalinterventiontheworldneedstogetoutofdifficultsituations.Thisisthemanifestationofthesupernaturallifeinyou.

Godwas duplicated inman, leavingmanwith all divine attributes thatwouldmakehimoperatelikethetruesonofhisfather.Ifsonsofmenaremen,thenitfollowsthatsonsofGodaregods.Likewillalwaysbegetlike.

YEAREGODS

InGod’sorderofcreationeverylivingthingproducesafteritskind.Theoriginalcreaturesimplyduplicatesitselfinitsoffspring.Thus,adogcanonlygivebirthtoadog.Itcannotgivebirthtoagoat.Thesameappliestoplantlife.Amangotreecanonlyproducemangoes,notoranges.Thatistheprinciple.

Nowatthecreationofman,Godsubjectedhimselftothesameprincipleoflife.HeusedHimselfastheoriginalandspokemanintoexistencefromHisveryself.

AndGodsaid,Letusmakemaninourimage,afterourlikeness…Genesis1:26

Sincethescripturecannotbebroken,notevenbyGod,thesameprincipleoflife that obtained at the creation of other things came into force. God wasduplicated inman; leavingmanwithalldivineattributes thatwouldmakehimoperatelikethetruesonofhisfather.AdamoperatedfullyintheclassofGod.Hehadfellowshipwithhim.GodvisitedhimfromtimetotimetofindouthowhewasadministeringthegardenofEden.HewasendowedwiththewisdomofGodandthatenabledhimtostandinhispositionasthecaretakerofGod’sothercreation. Consider how he called the other animals to himself and gave themnames. That takeswisdom and authority. We live in the same communities, we shop together, worktogetheretc.

DuringoneofmymeetingsinoneofthenortherncitiesofNigeria,Ivisitedoneoftheeldersofourchurchwhosegoatdemonstratesthepowerfuleffectofassociationonbehaviour.Thegoathadbeenrearedwithhisgod.Overtime,thegatbegantobehaveexactly likedog.Whenitsmastercomesbackhomefromwork, like the dog it wags its tail as a sign of welcome. But much moredisturbing, thegoatno longer feedson leavesorvegetables, rather it feedson

whatever thedog feedson, includingofcourseexcreta! Inever read this fromanybookorheartitfromanybody,Iwitnessedit.

Associationhasrobbedbelieversoftheconsciousnessoftheirdivinenature,youwillneverbeincontroloftheaffairsoflifeifyoukeepthewrongcompany.God did not programme you to live and die likemen (that is live unfulfilled,unaccomplished lives) butHeprogrammedyou for distinction.He loadedyouwithdivineabilitiesandpotentialsthatwouldmakeyouoperateinHisclassandexercisedominionovertheaffairsoflife.Thisistruth,itmayevenberegardedasblasphemous;butthatexplainsthehumanpredicament.Untilyouembracethetruthofyourdivinenature,don’texpect tobe incontrol.Youwillbebuffetedandsufferlikeordinarymen.Arevelationofyourdivinenaturewillopenyouupto the realmof the supernatural.When you become consciously aware of thistruth, even when you are asleep, the wicked forces on earth would cheaplysurrender toyou.Therewasa timemywifewasadmitted in thehospital.Shewasondripsforasupposedlyseriousattack.WhenIgottothehospital,I toldthedoctortoremovethedripsanddischargeher.Helookedatmeinamazementbut I had my way. And later that day, she still attended the end of year thepastors’banquet.Thatendedtheaffliction.

Sometimeago,myyoungestdaughterwassaid tohave tuberculosis.Whenthe news got to me, I simply said, “No it can’t happen!” I forgot about it. Idismissed it as guess work. Praise God, the same doctor who had earlierdiagnosedtuberculosiscamebackwiththereportthatithadleft.

Consciousnessofyourdivinenaturewill changeyour attitude towards lifeandthings.Youwillbesosettledaboutissuesoflifethatwhenmenrunhelter-skelter youwill be at peace. Jesus knewwhoHewas.Even in themidst of astorm,whileHisdiscipleswerefranticallywearingthemselvesoutintheirbidtosave their lives,Hecouldafford to sleep.WhenHe finallywaswokenup,Hecalmed the storms byHiswords. Jesus could afford to sleep becauseHewasconscious of His position in God. All over the scriptures you will hear Himsaying,“IandmyFatherareone;ifyouseeme,youhaveseenmyFather”etc.

Believersneedtobeconsciousofthisfacttoo.Goddidnotcallyouaman.Hecalledyouagod.Sogetyourthinkingtunedintothis.

God’smarkofdistinctionisplacedoneveryonewhoisbornofHisSpirit.Youareputbeyondtherealmoftheordinarymortals,totherealmofGodwhereyoucan reflect God’s glory andmajesty. The Bible paints a concise but beautifulpictureofyournewpersonality.

In1Peter2:9But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a

peculiarpeople;thatyeshouldshewforththepraisesofhimwhohathcalledyououtofdarknessintohismarvellouslight.

GodhascalledyouintoHismarvelouslightforamarvelouslife.Theword“peculiar”signifiesthatyouareaspecialbreedofbeing.Youhavebeenchosento show forth the praises ofGodon earth.Your life is supposed to constantlygivegloryandpraisestoGodbyitsexcellentmanifestations.Youbelongtothepriesthood,whichmeansyoucanreachGodonbehalfofothers,youcanstandinthegapforthem.Youbelongtoroyalty,whichconfersonyouhonour,dignityandpower.ThepurposeofthesedistinctionsissoyoucanadequatelyrepresentGodhereonearth,byyourstatus.Whenmentalkoffailure,seeyourselfoutofit. When men talk of frustration, poverty and disease and whatever will notglorifyGod,seeyourselfoutofthem.

Manyyearsago,therewasachickenpoxepidemicaroundtheareawhereIlived. Itwas very serious and virtually everybody aroundwas a victim. Theypaintedtheirbodieswhilewithaprescriptionthatwassupposedtokeepitaway.Itwassofunnytoseeeveryonepaintedwhiteovernight.ButthankGod,theflatwhereIlivedwasshielded.Chickenpoxcouldnotgainaccessbecauseweweremarkedoutfordistinction.

Andthesesignsshallfollowthemthatbelieve;Inmynameshalltheycastoutdevils;theyshallspeakwithnewtongues;Theyshalltakeupserpents;andiftheydrinkanydeadlything,itshallnothurtthem;theyshalllayhandsonthesick,andtheyshallrecover.

For you to do greater things youmust be in the class ofJesus,thesupernaturalclass.

Shortlyafterwegotmarried(mywifewaspregnantthen)IcamebackfromatripandsheannouncedtomethatshehadamiscarriagewhileIwasaway.Irespondedimmediately“No,itcannothappen.CanIhavemyfoodplease?”Anddoyouknowsomething?Thepregnancystayedtillfulltermandwehadourfirstson,Halleluyah!True,sheactuallysawsomeblood(anindicationinthenaturalworld that the pregnancy was aborted); but I know from God’s word that IpossessedthepowertoworkmiraclesbecauseIhavebeencreatedforsignsandwonders.

AsfarasGodisconcerned,abelieverisnotanordinarymanandsincewithGod nothing is impossible, then nothing is impossible for the believer (Mark9:23;10:27).

SinceallthingsarepossiblewithbothGodandthebeliever,thenthebelieveris in theclassofGodandcanexhibit thecharacterofGodandworkmiraclesandsigns,aslongasheisawareofhisposition.

heaven because only a rightful citizen of a nation can hold an ambassadorialposition.OnlyacitizenofNigeriacanrepresentNigeriainaforeigncountry.Soalso,onlyacitizenofheavencanrepresentheaven.Onlyarightfulcitizencanrepresenthisnation.JustlikeaTogolesecannotbesenttorepresentNigeriainIndia, so also an ambassador of Christ has to be a citizen of heaven. Theambassadorstandstorepresenttheinterestsofhisnationinthecountrywhereheissent to.Similarly,asChrist’s representative,youare required tostand in forHimhereonearth.By reasonof thisprivilege,youenjoy the immunityof thekingdomyouarerepresenting.Theambassadorenjoysspecialprivileges.Heis

wellprotected,and is treatedasveryspecial;evenhispassportbearsaspecialmark!

Forinstance,tomanhandletheAmericanambassadortoNigeriaistocausenational calamity, all diplomatic relationsbetween the two countrieswouldbesevered.Similarly,everythingaboutthebelieverismarked;hecannotbetreatedcarelessly because he is enjoying the immunity of heaven against earthlyauthorities. An ambassador is an intermediary between two countries, hiscountryandthecountryheissent to.Soalsothebelieverreconcilestheworldback toGod.Noone that isdeafordumbcanbemadeanambassador forhiscountry.WhythenshouldabornagainchildofGodbeblind,deafanddumbor,indeed,befoundwithanyformofdeformity?Itisalientohisnatureanddoesnot prove his supernaturality. Indeed the position of an ambassador is one ofabsoluteprotection.

As an ambassador, therefore, you are entitled to heaven’s protection,authority and provisions. You are expected to live in health and prosperitybecause there is neither sickness nor poverty where you come from!When IcametoJesus(becamebornagain)Icamewithtuberculosis.Ihadalreadygonethroughallthenecessarymedicaltreatmentbuttonoavail.AftermynewbirthIwentonanadventure into the fourgospels. I read themoverandoveragainstandimbibedallthemiraclesJesusperformed,asIdidthataholyangerroseinme.ThenIwenttoHimandsaid,“LordJesusifitistruethatyouperformedallthosemiracles,iftheydidnotlieagainstyouthenhealmetoday.”IheldontoHim.

I am supposed to be His representative on earth and I cannot do thateffectivelywithtuberculosis.IstayedwithHimthatnightandIwassetfree.Forover23yearsnow,Ihavebeenfree.Tuberculosisdisappeared,nevertoreturn.ImaginewhatitwouldlooklikeifIstillhaditasapreacher.Whowouldhavebeensaved?YouareanambassadorofChristwhichmeansthatheavencannowentrustitswelfaretoyoutorepresenteffectivelyhereonearth.Thatmeansthateveryactionofyoursandeverystepyoutakemustprovewhoandwhatyouare.Whatisnotpermittedinheavenshouldnotbefoundinyou.Woulditnotmakenewsifanatureambassadorwascaughtinabrawlorfoundinabrothel?

Thereisaseedofsonshipimplantedineveryoneatbirth,whichwillundergotheusualgrowthprocessesforittomatureintosonship.Althougheveryonehas

thepotentialofbecomingason,noteveryonedoesinreality.Achildisborn,butsonsaregiven.

MATURINGINTOSONSHIP

TheworldiswaitingforthemanifestationofthesonsofGod.Thatisthose

who through an understanding of their divine nature can operate likeGod onearth.Suchonesshallbeabletoexercisetotaldominionoverallissuesoflife,bringing deliverance to many. They will think, talk and live in the realm ofdominionwhereallthingsshallbepossiblewiththem.Theywillhaveitthewaytheywantit,accordingtothewordofGod.

ASONISGIVEN

Everyoneisbornasachild.Thisistrueinthenaturalaswellasinthespiritual.However, every child has the potential of becoming a son.There is a seed ofsonship implanted in everyone at birth, whichwill have to undergo the usualgrowthprocessesforittomatureintosonship.Achildisbornbutsonsaregiven;

Foruntousachildisborn,untousasonisgiven…Isaiah9:6

Althougheveryonehasthepotentialofbecomingason,noteveryonedoesinreality, biological age notwithstanding. Many adults live as children all theirlives. Such ones are quite incapable of taking vital decisions or handlingresponsibilities.Therearesomethoughmarried,arestillruledbytheirparents.Theirparentstellthemwhentolovetheirwivesandwhennotto.Inourculture,where there is a close link between parents and their children, this is often asourceofconflictbetweenwivesandtheirparents-in-law.Untilanyonematuresinto a son, he is excluded from handling certain responsibilities. Can youimagineaneightyearoldchildbeingcrownedasking?No!Nomatterhisrightto the throne, he will have to undergo the usual growth processes, until hematurestoadulthood.

NowIsay,Thattheheir,aslongasheisachild,differethnothingfromaservant,thoughhebelordofall;Butisundertutorsandgovernorsuntilthetimeappointedofthefather.

Galatians4:1-2Anheirwho isnotyetmature forhis throne,willbekeptundera regency

whichwilldecideandexecutedecisionsforhim.Hehasnofreedomorabilitytoexerciseauthority.Whatevertheregencydecidesisgoodenoughforhim.Untilhebecomesmature,hisauthorityisasitwereunder“bondage.”Justlikeinthenatural there aremany in the kingdom, born again, but are being robbed andcheatedbythedevilandhisagentsnotbecausetheyhavetherighttodosobutbecausetheirvictimsrefusedtogrow.Theychosetoremainbabies,stillfeedingonmilk.TheBiblesays“Asnewbornbabes,desirethesinceremilkoftheword,thatyemaygrowthereby”(1Peter2:2).

Only babies feed on milk for growth. For an adult, milk is no longer anessentialforgrowth.Itcouldbequiteirritatingtoseeagrownadultstillcarryingaboutafeedingbottle.Whatheneedsissolidfoodthatwillgivestrengthtohismuscles.Thefactthatyouarebornagaindoesnotgiveyouanautomaticaccesstoyourkingdominheritance.Youhave togrowinto it throughknowledgeandspiritual exercises. As long as you refuse to grow, you will live as a servantwithouttastingavastportionofyourinheritanceinChrist.

MANIFESTINGYOURSONSHIP

Our sonship is the backbone of life in the supernatural.That iswhat gives usaccesstowalkintherealmofthesupernatural.

Butasmanyasreceivedhim,tothemgavehepowertobecomethesonsofGod,eventothemthatbelieveonhisname.

John1:12The cardinalmark of sonship is power, power to reign, power to exercise

authority.Anyonewhoisbornagainhasthispowerpotentially.Buthecanonlygrowintoactualmanifestation.Therearemanyinthechurchtoday,whothoughborn again, hardly have anything tangible to show for theirChristianity. Theycanhardlybedifferentiatedfromtherestoftheworld.Theyaresubjectedtoallthebuffetingsandintimidationsofthedevil.Theyareruledbyfear,plaguedbydiseases, poverty and lack. But the truth is that they are victims of ignorancemore than anything else. Understanding your sonship power, rights andprivilegesisthemasterkeytofreedomandalifeoffulfillment.Thatiswhatputs

you over and puts the enemy on the run. As long as Jesus emphasized Hissonship, theenemywaskept restlessonhis toes. It is interesting that just likeanyoneelse,Jesuswasnotbornasason,Hewasbornasachild,butgrewintoHissonship.

Luke2:52Yes,Jesuswasbornachildlikeeveryotherchild.Heunderwentthevarious

growth stages. However, as soon as the voice from the clouds declared Hissonshipatthemountoftransfiguration(Matthew17:5),Hisstatuschanged.Heascended His throne, vested with all the authority and power of heaven.WhateverHecommandedcametobe.Hehadbeenenthronedandwhereverthewordofakingis,thereispower.NegativeandpositiveforceswerecompelledtoobeyHim.HecastoutdevilswithHiswords.AtimecamewhenHedidn’tevenhavetospeak,Hispresencecompelledevilspiritstocomeoutoftheirvictims.NowrememberthatJesusisthepatternson.Heisourperfectexample.AndastheFatherhassentHim,soHesentyou.EverythingJesusmanifestedasasonoughttocomecheaplytoyouwhenyouattainthestatusofsonship.Thatisthetimeyouwilltakechargeandbeincontrolofallaffairsoflife.

Sometimein1984,aladycametomewithapatheticstoryofharassmentbyaswarmofinsects.Theyhoveredaroundherheadandfollowedhereverywhereshewent.Shewasinutterembarrassmentandgrief.However,assheapproachedthe entrance of the church, the insects stayed behind. After she narrated herstory,Iaskedabouttheinsects,andshetoldmetheystayedbackasshesteppedinto thegate.SoIasked ifwemightgoover tosee them– itwasaswarmofprayingmantis.Evilspiritsknowtheirboundsyousee.Well,aftershenarratedherstory,Itookmystafftogoandkilltheinsects.Asweheadedtowardsthematthegate,theybegantomovebackwards.Wedidnotneedtouseslingsoranyinstrumentstochasethemaway.Theydisappearedatourpresence.Andthatwastheendofthatexperience.Afteryoursonshipisdeclared,everyforceinheavenandhellobeysyourvoice.Yourstatusashissoncommandsrespect inhuman,animal and insect kingdoms. This is what makes Christianity different.Christianity is neither a religion nor a philosophy, it is not belonging to anorganisation, but it is the release of the life of God into human vessels. It isbecoming a member of a mysterious body from where you draw mysteriousvirtue to live a mysterious life. God is committed to bringing you out ofchildhoodintosonshipsothatalltheforcesoflifewillobeyyou.ThedevilwillbecomeatoyinyourhandandyouwillenterthefullnessofyourinheritanceinChrist.Thewholeworldiswaitingforyourmanifestation.

5STIRRINGUPTHEGIFTOFETERNALLIFE

Inthespiritual,foranyspiritualgifttoproduce,aspiritualrodisrequired.Itis the stirring of the gift with the rod that will lead to profiting by the gift.KnowledgeisGod’sinstrumentforstirringeverygiftdepositedinsideman.

STIRRINGUPTHEGIFTOFETERNALLIFE

Wehaveestablishedthatbeingbornagainisanadoptionintosonship.Itisa

callthatplacesyouinthelifeclassofGod.Whatyoureceiveatnewbirthisthesame eternal life force that makes God, God. Adam had the same life forcebeforeheatetheforbiddenfruit.WhathelostJesuscametorestore.

For thewagesof sin is death;but thegift ofGod is eternal life throughJesusChristourLord.

Romans6:23Eternal life isagift fromGod. It is releasedor impartedat the instanceof

yourprofessingJesusastheLordofyourlife.Itisnotsomethingyouworkhardfor.Youdon’tneed tostruggle for it. It immediately translatesyou toahigherorder of living. Free as it is, not many have been able to enter into its fullbenefits. There are somewho have been born again for 20 yearswithout anyvisibleevidenceofthatlife.God’slifeislight.Andjustaslightisreflective,sooughtyourlifeinGodreflecthislightthatisinyou.Thetruthhowever,isthatjust likeanyothergift,God’sgift toyouatsalvationremainsdormantorevenwasted except you take steps to utilize it. Apostle Paul was worried that hisministry son,Timothywas indangerof falling intocomplacent ignorance thathasleftmanygiftswastedamongbelievers.WrotePaul:

Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God,whichisintheebytheputtingonofmyhands.

2Timothy1:6Paul meant to say that the gift would not produce without the practical

involvementofthereceiver.Thegiftwillonlybeprovokedtoproducewhenitisstirredup.Believerswhoaremanifesting their sonship are theoneswhohavelearnttostiruptheirgift.Thevastmajorityarenotmanifestingbecausetheirgiftis left dormant. You have a responsibility to stir up the gift if youwant it toproducetheeffectforwhichitwasgiven.

HOWTOSTIRUPTHEGIFT

Inthephysical,anystirringoperationiscarriedoutwitharod.Youneedarodtostiryourporridgeifalltheingredientsmustmixproperlyforthetastetocomeout.Thesugarinyourteacupwillremainsettleddownatthebottomofthecupuntilyoustir itupwithaspoonwhich isakindof rod. Ifyoumustenjoy thesweetness of your tea, stirring the sugar is inevitable. In the spiritual, for anyspiritualgift toproduce,aspiritual rod isalsorequired. It is thestirringof thegiftwiththerodthatwillleadtoyourprofitingbythegift.KnowledgeisGod’sinstrument for stirring up every spiritual gift that is deposited inside manincludingthegiftofeternallife.ThegiftisprovokedintomanifestationthroughtheknowledgeofGod.

Accordingashis divinepowerhathgivenuntousall things that pertainunto lifeandgodliness, throughtheknowledgeofhimthathathcalledus toglory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and preciouspromises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, havingescapedthecorruptionthatisintheworldthroughlust.

AllthepreciouspromisesofGodaregiftpackagestothebeliever.Theyareallintendedtomakehimapartakerofthedivinenature.Withthesepromisesinhand,youshouldbeable to releaseoroperate thedivinenature.Thedivine isalready there,but foryou topartakeof it,youneed theknowledgeo thegreatandexceedingpreciouspromises.Whatyoudon’tknow,youcan’tpartakein.

A lady ran to me sometime in 1984, full of tears. She had a threatenedabortion.Accordingtohershesawbloodandfeargrippedherheart.Iaskedher;“Wasitbloodyouhadorababy?IfIcutmyfleshwitharazorbladewhatyouwillseeisblood.Isthatababy?”ThemomentIsaidthatthegloomonherfaceturned tosmiles.Nowshehad toldherself shehadanabortion.Shesaidwhatshe saw and ignored God’s word. God’s word said “There shall nothing cast(abort)theiryoung…”(Exodus23:26).

Thatlady’shusbandwasoutoftownbutthepregnancywassustained.Lackof knowledge of God’s word was responsible for her anxiety. Ignorancethreatenedherabilitytosustainthepregnancy.Theabilitytosustainitwasthere,butshedidn’tknowit.ManyofGod’speopleareperishingtodaybecausetheylack knowledge ofwhatGod says about their situation.Many are in financialbondage,becausetheyarewatchingtheeconomicbarometerandstockexchangeratings of their countries, at the expense ofwhatGod’sword says about theirwelfareeveninthefaceofcalamities.Beingsavedisnotadeprivation.Itisnotacalltosufferingorhardship.Itisanentranceintoalifeofhonouranddignity.Godhascalledustoalifeofgloryandvirtuebymakingallthingsthatpertaintolife and godliness available to us. But we can only actualize them throughknowledge.Taketheapostlesforinstance.Theywerefullpower.Theyweresoheavily impartedwith the lifeofChrist that theirpresenceannounceddivinity.People saw them and knew from their speech that they had beenwithChrist.Anywheretheywenttheywereidentifiedwithdivinity.Historyhasitthat,Johnthebelovedwasthrownintoadrumofboilingoilbuthedidnotdie.ThentheybanishedhimtotheIslandofPatmos.Immortalityhadswallowedupmortality.This was possible through knowledge and supernatural impartation. It isimpossibletopossessGodinreality.Hearthis:

Awomanwasdyingandtheyrushedtoourofficetocallme.WhenIgottoherresidence,herhusbandwasintears,itwasbecomingobviousshewoulddie.Iaskedforherage.Itwas42years.Ideclaredshewasn’tgoingtodie.Istoodmygroundandcommandedher to rise in thenameof Jesus.Shenotonlygotwell,she traveledoutof townthatsameday!That is thepowerofknowledge.The word of God says you will fulfill the number of your days. 70 is theminimum. I knew it from the scriptures and used it to rescue that lady fromuntimelydeath.GlorytoGod.

Atanotheroccasionwhile I just endeda seminaron themysteryofdivineprotection,a3yearolddaughterofoneofourfaithfulmembers,fellintoawellwhileshewasatplay.Whenthefathergottothespot,hefoundher‘standing’ontop of thewater. She did not die!Truly, the faith of the parents sanctifies thechildren!

It is the incomingorentranceof thewordofGodthatmakesagodofanychildofGod,inadversecircumstances.WhenthetruthofGod’swordpenetratesyourinsideinanyareaoflifeyougaincontrolthere.Whenthewordondivinehealing enters you, all wicked plans of the enemy will amount to nothingregardingyourhealth.Inthemidstoffire,youwillwalkoutrelaxedasoneinacoolroom.Nomatteryourinvolvementswithreligiousorchurchactivitiesyoudon’tgaincontroluntilGod’swordcomesin.

Awoman came to my office in tears. She was heavily pregnant and wasafraidofdyingduring labour.Shewasboundbyfear.Shehadalwaysbroughtforthprevious issues after terriblyprotracted labour– the last one lasted threedays. She received the word that even the Hebrew women under the oldcovenantused togivebirthwithoutgoingthroughunduestressandstrain.Shereceivedthatwordandsupernaturalinterventionsetinandshewassetfree.Hertearsdried.Shebroughtforthherchildinlessthan30minutesafterthefirstbirthcontraction!

Friend,wehave thesamedestinybutourdepthofknowledgediffers.Thatmakes thedifferencebetweenawinner and a loser, a failure and a success. Ifyouhavetheknowledgeofthetruthinanyarea,yougainauthorityinthatarea.May I tell youwith all humanity, I have total control over financial troubles.God’swordplaceditinmyhands.Ihavenottakenoverdraftonce.Godhasnottaughtmethe‘technicalities’ofborrowing!

God’s word would provoke the divine nature in you and place you on apedestal of honour, dignity and excellence.Menwill look at you andmarvel.Manyhavebeenkeptdownbecausetheirmindshavebeenblindedtothetruthoftheir divinity. They aremore aware of what theWORLD says than what theWORD says. They are more aware of the workings of the devil than theirauthority in God. The knowledge of God leads to more strength. Can youimagineadogchasingalion?Thatiswhatyouportraywhenyouarescaredthatawitchisafteryou.Thatislivingwiththeknowledgeofthedevil.ThedevilhastworepresentationsinthewordofGod.

shouldmakeyouawarethatyoubelongtoahigherorderoflife.Youbelongtothe order of the Lion of the tribe of Judah. That lion is a direct reference toChrist. ItwasHe that prevailed!When theHolySpirit openedmy eyes that Ibelongtothisorder,Isaidtomyselfthatneveragainmustitcrossmymindthatthedevilwaspursuingme.‘Alionwhichisstrongestamongbeasts,andturnethnotawayforany’(Proverbs30:30).

In December 1983, one of my cousins suddenly got mentally deranged.WhenIwastoldaboutit,Igotinfuriated.Iwenttowherehewas.AsIentered,herosefromwherehesatandprostratedtogreetme.Meanwhile,hehadstoppedto recognize anyone including themother.They asked if heknewme, he said“yes, that’smy brother!” They askedmy name and he called it out loud andclear.Themiraclehadstarted–lighthadinvadedtheprisonhouse!SoIaskedthem to dress him up and put him inmy car.Drawing strength and authority

formthegospelofJohnchapterone,Isaid:“Puthiminmycarandletmeseethedevilthathaspowertoenterintomycarwithme!”Soonafterheenteredthecar,hesleptoff.Thatwastheendofit.Thefollowingdayhewastakentothehospitalforcheckup.Whentheyasked“whatiswrongwithyou?”Heretorted:“Doyoumeanwhatwaswrongwithmeorwhat iswrongwithme?”Hewasmadeperfectlywholewithoutstruggles.Heisnowauniversityundergraduate.

In 1984, at about two o’clock in the morning, in one of our travels, wesuddenlysightedanarrowbridgeonthehighwaywithanoncomingvehicle.Itwas obvious we were to meet on that bridge. Nothing other than divineinterventioncouldhavebeenresponsible forourescapefromdeath. Indeedallthosetravelingwithmewereliterallydead,duetofear.Formethatwasonthesteering,Icouldn’ttellhowithappened.AllIknowisthattherewasnoatomoffearinmyheart.Immediatelyitdawnedonmyspiritmanthat“HeshallgiveHisangelschargeoverme,tobearmeuplestIsmitemyfeetagainstastone.”SoIsaidinmyheartwiththeangelsincharge–wemustescape!Becauseknowledgegives strength, right inside me I saw the angels ready for an operation. Weescapedunscathed.Halleluyah!Thatwasthemostmysteriousescapeofmylifeuptillthismoment.Therehasbeennophysicalexplanationoftheescape!

Through the knowledge of his exceeding great and precious promises,wemanifestthedivinenatureinsideofus,causingustoescapethecorruptionthatisintheworld.Youarecreatedtoescape!ThatmeansthatwhattouchesmenofthefleshisnotpermittedbyGodtotouchyou.YouareaspecialtreasuretoGod,soHehasmadeavailable toyoueverythingthatwouldmakeyouwalkindignityandhonouronearth.YouhavetheeternallifeofGodasagiftinyou,stiritup.You live after the order of Jesus, because he has laid for all who believe anexampletofollowinhissteps.

PROPHETICSOUNDDYNAMICS

Mere knowledge of the supernatural world won’t bring about its

manifestation.You need an understanding of the dynamics of its operations ifyoumustbenefitfromit.Acardinalstepinthereleaseofthesupernaturalistheproduction of sound. It is the production of sound based on theword ofGodrevealedtoyouthatwillcompelsupernaturalforcestoworkinyourfavour.Thatiswhatbringsabout thesignsyoudesire.SoundlessChristiansarethereforesignalsChristians.ThenightdiscussionbetweenJesusandNicodemusisveryrevealingofthedynamicsofsoundproduction.

Thewindblowethwhereitlisteth,andthouhearestthesoundthereof,butcanstnot tellwhence it cometh,andwhither itgoeth: so iseveryone that isbornoftheSpirit.

John3:8Whenthewindblows,youhearthesounddistinctly;thatistheevidencethat

the wind is blowing. In the same way, everyone that is born of the Spiritproducessounds.Youmustbeheardforthesupernaturaltobereleasedinyourlife.EveryonethatisbornoftheSpiritofGodisdesignedforsoundproduction.This is the switch that sets the supernatural in motion. Just like no oneunderstands themovementof thewind, the soundof thebelieversmaynotbeunderstood.Youhearthesoundalrightbutmayneverunderstandituntilyouseetheeffect.

Get this straight, yourmouth is aweaponof authorityordainedbyGod tokeep you in perfect dominion. It is your instrument for the exercise ofsupernaturalauthority. Jesus saideveryone that isbornof theSpirit is like thewing. You must make distinct sounds with your mouth concerning what youdesirebeforeyou can see a sign in that direction.Every sign andwonder is adirectproductofasound.Thatiswhyonlytheconfidentloud-mouthscommand

the miraculous in the kingdom. Many people in church are too religious tomanifestsignsandwonders.Theykeepaclosedmouthandacomplainingheart.IfyousaypositivethingsbasedonthewordofGodinyourheart,youwillgetpositiveresults.Thesameistruefornegativeswords.Asabeliever,thebasisofwhatever you saymust be theword ofGod.Until light permeates your heartfromHisword,youwon’tbeabletoproducetherightsound.

Apreacherwhowantsthesupernaturaltomanifestmustfirstproclaimitwithhis mouth. This is why during healing meetings, one often hears preachersmakinggreatproclamationsofwhatthepoweroftheGreatJehovahcando.Youhearthemdeclareconfidentlythatblindeyeswillbeopened,thelamewillwalk,thedeafwillhear,etc.Theyaregivingsoundtowhatisintheirhearts.Assuchproclamationsarebeingmade, supernatural forcesarecalled intoaction.EvenGod the Father of the miraculous operated this way. We are told in GenesischapteronethatatimecamewhenGodwantedachangeofsituation.Hewantedto re-create the heavens and the earth. Darkness was everywhere. No sign oflightandoflife.God’sSpiritwashoveringovertheshapeless,formless,voidbutthatalonedidnotbringaboutthedesiredresult.

SohowdidGodgoaboutthetask?HefollowedthesamepatternthatJesustalkedaboutinJohn3:8.“AndGodsaid…”Godproducedasound.Thisturnedon thesupernatural.AssoonasGodsaid“Let therebe light,” lightcame.ThesamethinghappenedforeveryotherthingHecreated.IfGodneededtoproducesoundtomanifestHisdivinenature,thenyouandIhavenochoiceifwemustmanifestthatsamenature.TherewasdarknessuponthefaceofthedeepbutGodcalledlightoutofit.Thismeansthatforeveryproblemthereisasolution,butittakesacallingoutforthesolutiontomanifest.Ifyoucannotproducethesound,don’texpectthesign.Thetypeofsignyou’llreceive(negativeorpositive).

For severalyearsnow, Ihavebeenmakingaclear soundaboutmyhealth,

basedoncourseontherevealedtruthofGod’sword.TothegloryofGod,Iliveinperfecthealthtodaydespitemybusyschedule.Itisthesamethingforeveryotherareaoflife-ministry,family,etc.LikeGod,everythingIdesire(inlinewithGod’sword) I sound it out. Iwant protection so I sound protection. Iwant agreat future, so Imake the samesoundandsoon.Youcan replace“AndGodsaid…”inGenesis1with“AndGodsounded…”ItakeafterHim,Halleluyah!Do the same thing too.Keep sayingwhat you desire until it comes alive andmanifests physically. The supernatural responds to a sound drawn out of afountain of revealed truth. God could not have what He wanted withoutproducingasound.Neithercanyou.

GOODSOUNDPRODUCTION

AlwaysproduceasoundinyourfavourusingthenameofJesus.Thereisgreatpower in that name. At themention of it every knee bows and every tongueconfessesthatHeisLord.Hisnameisaboveallnames.ToomanyChristiansareproducingdangeroussoundstotheirownhurt.Somearefindingithardtopaytheir house rents because all you hear them say is “I don’t have money” or“timesarehard.”Theymakesoundsoffailureandtheyreapfailure.Thereisagreatneedforyoutorepentofthedangeroussoundsyouhavereleasedintotheatmosphereintimespast.Remember,theangelsofGodareatyourservice.Theyareever readyandare speciallycommissioned toexecutewhatever soundyouproduce.Theyhearkentothesoundofyourvoice.AngelsaretheretoserveyouthatiswhyinRevelation19:10,theangelsaidtoJohn“Iamthyfellowservantand of thy brethren.” John did not know this truth and had bowed down toworshiptheangelearlieron!

Becarefulwhatyousaywithyourmouthbecausetheangelswillmakesuretheyexecutethem.NowonderGod’swordadmonishesusinEcclesiastes5:6;

Suffer not thymouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thoubefore theangel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, anddestroytheworkofthinehands?

Isn’tthatrevealing?Anytimeyouproducesoundthemiraculoustakesplaceeither in your favour or against you depending on the kind of sound youproduced.

Godhasgivenyouthegiftofamouthtoruleandreigninthemidstofyourenemies.Yourmouthisadestiny-moulder.

ForIwillgiveyouamouthandwisdom,whichallyouradversariesshallnotbeabletogainsaynorresist.

Luke21:15Furthermore,inProverbs18:21weread:“DeathandLifeareinthepower

of the tongue.” Whatever happens in your life, positive and negative isdetermined by the sound that you produce. Every obstacle on your way isawaiting your sound (your command). The most hopeless situation will takeshapeattheinstanceofasoundthatisdrawnoutofthedepthofGod’sword.

TWOMOUTHS

Youhavetwomouths:anouterandinnermouth.Thephysicalmouthwhichcanbeseenistheoutermouth,whiletheinvisiblemouthofyourheartistheinnerone.SeveraltimesintheearthlyministryofJesus,Headdressedthethoughtsintheheartsofmen.He recognized that the realmouth is theoneon the inside.Whatyousayinyourheartiswhatyouactuallymean;whatyourphysicalmouthissayingatthesametimenotwithstanding.ThatisthereasonwhywhatyousayinyourheartismoreimportanttoGodthanwhatyousaywithyouroutermouth.Thewomanwith the issue of blood “saidwithin herself” (Matthew 9:21).Nowondershegotherhealing.Beforeamiraclecan takeplace inyour life,whatyou saywith your physicalmouthmust agreewithwhat your innermouth issaying. To say what is contrary to what your heart is saying amounts tohypocrisy.HannahpouredoutherhearttoGod;onlyherlipsmoved,herwordswerenotaudible.Herheartspokeandheavengotcommitted(1Samuel1:13).Mindwhatyousayinyourheart.ThatiswhytheBiblesaysKeepthyheartwithalldiligence;foroutofitaretheissuesoflife(Proverbs4:23).

Whatyou think iswhatyour innermouth is sayingandwhatyou speak iswhat your outer mouth is saying. God is committed to both. That is whatEphesians3:20means“Nowuntohim that isable todoexceedingabundantlyabove all thatweASKorTHINK…”Your audible and inaudible voiceweighequallybeforeGod.

Someyearsago,Iwasdownphysicallyandveryweak.IwassoexhaustedthatIcouldhardlyliftmyhandtowavedownataxicab.SoIsaidwithinme(inmy heart) “If I can only get to the fellowship venue, no devil will be holdenoughtofollowmethere.”Andyouknowsomething?Thatwasexactlywhathappened.Heavengotcommitted tomy“silent”words.Whenyouspeakfromwithin and speak right, God honours your word. Many Christians go aboutmakingfakeconfessionsandendupfrustrated.Theysay“Ihaveconfesseditbutithasnotworked.”Theypaymoreattention to theiroutermouth than to theirinnermouth.Theysay“Iamhealed”withtheoutermouthandsay“Thispainiskillingme”withtheirinnermouth.Sotheygetnoresult.Theinnermouthistherealmouth.Lookat the Jews.They are avery religious set ofpeople (alwaysgoing to the temple topray,paying tithesandofferingsetc)yet theywent intocaptivity.

Why? This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, andhonourethmewiththeirlips;buttheirheartisfarfromme.(Matthew15:8).

God knows that the outermouth can be deceitful, thereforeHe paysmoreattentiontotheinnermouth.Trainyourinnerandoutermouthtosaythesamething.

Note, however, thatwhen it comes to exercising authority over the enemyyouroutermouthmustcomeintoplay.Thedevildoesnothearwhatyousayinyour heart. He only hears and obeys what you proclaim with your physicalmouth.

Luke21:15alsoimpliesthatifasoundisproducedagainstyou,youcanuseyourtonguetoavertit.Don’tforgetthatyoumustn’tspeakjustanything,speakthetruth–thewordofGod.ItisthetruthofGod’swordspokenbyabelieveroutofaheartofrevelationthatmovesHimintoaction.So,youseeyoumustbeloadedwithHiswordandhavelightbeforeyoucanmakeameaningfulsound.Ifnot,yoursoundwillbevoidofpower.Youwerenotcreatedforfailure,defeat,sickness,oppressionandeverysuchthing.Whatmakesyoutriumphoverthemistheknowledgeofthetruth.

Someyears backwhenwewere going to have our second son, the doctorsaidmywifehadtobeoperateduponbecausethebabywasnotcomingoutintheproperway. I then asked to seemywife.When I sawher I said, “child, Icommandyounow, turn to the right position.”Thatwas all I said and Iwenthome to sleep. Labour ceased, as I was told the following day and the childassumed the normal position. I came in themorning and foundmywife andbabywaitingformeafteranormaldelivery.

This isnotpositive thinkingorpsychology; it is spiritual sounddynamics.And as you know,we all have a common pre-destination in Christ. He is norespecter of persons. Life is not an issue of chance; it is an issue of choice.Choose tomature in the things ofGod. Load yourselfwith the knowledge ofGod’swillconcerningyourlifeandproducethesamesoundinthefaceofeverycontrarysituation.Don’tbeashamedofGod’sword.SaywhatHesaidaboutyouinHiswordeventothehearingofthosewhodon’tbelieveyou.Bysodoing,HewilldefinitelyriseuptodefendHisword.DoyouknowthatGoliath’sheadwasalreadychoppedoff in thespirit realmbefore thephysicalmanifestationof it?Davidhadkilledhimwithhiswordsbeforetheactualkillingtookplace.HewastoosureofGod’sabilitytodeliverandhesoundedthatoutloudandclear.Godhasnothingtoconfirmuntilyougivevoicetothewordsinyourheart.

BOLDDECLARATIONS

Howthenshouldyouspeakinlinewithallthatwetalkedabout?Inawhisper?Withhalfyourmouthclosed?No,Jesussaid“whatItellyouinsecretshoutitontheroof top.”Boldness is thekeywordhere. Itdepictsdeep-seatedconvictionandauthority.

Doyouknow the secret of thegreat successes recordedby the apostles ofold?Boldness!Acts14:3says“LongtimethereforeabodetheyspeakingboldlyintheLord,whichgavetestimonyuntothewordofHisgrace,andgrantedsignsandwonderstobedonebytheirhands.”

They did not just speak in the Lord, they spoke boldly. This was whatcompelled signs and wonders to be done through their hands. The LordconfirmedHisword in their lives because of their bold speaking. In order foryour enemies to be subdued under you, you must speak God’s word boldly.Whatever you cannot speak confidently about, don’t expect to see it come topass. Speak boldly in line with the word of God and you will see results.Whateveryourheartdesires,aslongasitiscoveredinthewordofGodsounditoutloudandboldly.

TWORESULTSOFPRODUCINGSOUND

ThesoundyouproduceinlinewithGod’swordhastwomajoreffects:First,itforcestheoppositiontobow.Whatactuallyhappenswhenyoukeep

sayingwhatyoubelievedespitewhatishappeningisthatthenegativesituationgets tired of hearing you speak against it and therefore leaves. When I wassounding prosperity, poverty wasmy neighbour! But after a while, it becameuncomfortablewithmyincessantboldspeakingandpackedaway.Now,Idon’tknowitsaddress.TheBibleconfirmsthis:

Assoonastheyhearofme,theyshallobeyme:thestrangersshallsubmitthemselvesuntome.Thestrangersshallfadeaway,andbeafraidoutoftheircloseplaces.

Psalm18:44-45EverysituationandoccurrenceinyourlifethatiscontrarytoGod’swordisa

stranger.AsyoukeepproducingthesoundofGod’swillforyourlife,theywillbowanddisappear.

Secondly, thesoundyouproducegetsheavencommittedtoperform.Isaiah44:26 tells us that God confirms the words that we speak and performs ourdesires.WheneveryouspeakboldlyintheLord,youarechallengingGodtoriseup to the occasion and defendHisword,whichHe has exalted above allHis

names (Psalm138:2).Think about thevalleyofdrybones inEzekiel 37. Is itpossibleforanysituationtobemorehopelessthanthat?Propheticsoundrevivedthat seemingly hopeless situation. Ezekiel spoke as he was commanded. Thatmeanshe spoke in accordancewith thewordofGod. Jesus also said inMark11:23thatallyourequiretomoveamountainistoproduceasound.“Sayuntothismountain…”Hedidn’t saypushor cryor strugglewith themountain.Hesaidmakeapropheticsound.Themountainwilldefinitelymoveaslongasyoudonotdoubtinyourheart.Friend,looseyourselffromtheshacklesofreligion.Shakeoffyourfeetfromthedustandputonyourbeautifuldivinegarment.ThisisthetruthofGod’sword.Embraceitandlive,amen.

7THEWORKINGOFMIRACLES

YouarecreatedinGod’simageandlikenesssoyoucanfullyrepresentHim.

AlotofbelievershavebeenwaitingforGodtodothesigns.Godtoohasbeenwaitingfor themtoobeyHiscommandanduseHisabilitydeposited insideofthemtodothem.Thetruthismiraclesdon’tjusthappen,theyareworkedout.

THEWORKINGOFMIRACLES

Itisnotuncommontohearstatementslike:“Thedaysofmiraclesareover.

Thesealwasputonthemwiththeapostles.”Thisisabsolutelyuntrue.It isaneasy excuse for failure or total ignorance. God does not change. He has notchanged. IfHedidmiracles in thepast throughbelievers,He is stilldoing thesametoday.Heisthesameyesterday,todayandforever.

Signsandwondersarethebirthrightofeverybeliever.Youareprogrammedforit.ItispartofGod’sdesignforyoursonship.

Behold, Iand thechildrenwhomtheLORDhathgivenmeare for signsandforwonders

Isaiah8:18YouarecreatedinGod’simageandlikenesssoyoucanfullyrepresentHim.

You are meant to show forth his power, dominion and majesty through theinstrumentalityofsignsandwonders. Indeedsignsandwondersshould followyouasyougoabouttheMaster’sbusiness.ItisoneofyourproofsthatJesusisalive.HetoldthedisciplesbeforeHelefthere:

Andthesesignsshallfollowthemthatbelieve;Inmynameshalltheycastoutdevils;theyshallspeakwithnewtongues;Theyshalltakeupserpents;andiftheydrinkanydeadlything,itshallnothurtthem;theyshalllayhandsonthesick,andtheyshallrecover.

Exodus4:17Godgavetherod,Moseswastodothissignswiththerod.Withthenameof

Jesus everybeliever has amandate to do signs, to operate in the realmof themiraculous.

TheworkingofmiraclesisoneoftheremarkablegiftsoftheHolySpirit;…There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit…And there are

diversitiesofoperations,butitisthesameGodwhichworkethallinall…FortooneisgivenbytheSpiritthewordofwisdom…Toanothertheworkingofmiracles.

1Corinthians12:4-10Read thatagain;“theworkingofmiracles,”not thewaitingformiraclesor

the watching for miracles, but “the working ofmiracles.”Miracles don’t justhappen, theyareworkedout.Manyhideundertheexcusethat theydon’thavethegiftoftheworkingofmiracles.ButItellyouthisisalieofthedeviltokeepyou perpetually in your state of defeat. Reject his lies and agree with God’sword:“…Andthesesigns(miracles)shallfollowthemthatbelieve…”Areyouabeliever?Ifso,thenthesignsaremeanttofollowyou.

During His earthly ministry, Jesus stressed the ability of believers to dothingsthattranscendedthelimitednaturalability.HesaidaclassofpeoplewillbelieveHim andHewill cause them towalk inHis class. Nothingwould beimpossiblewiththem.

AndJesuslookinguponthemsaith,Withmenitisimpossible,butnotwithGod:forwithGodallthingsarepossible.

Mark10:27Jesusmeant to say that all things are possible to naturalmenwho believe

becausebybelievingwhatHedeclares,HemakesthemtowalkinHisveryclasswheretheydon’thaveregardforimpossibilitiesanymore.Putanotherway,menwhobelievethegospelarenolongerintheclassofmenbutintheclassofGod,becauseitisonlywithGodthatallthingsarepossible.Thisisthepositionyouoccupyontheplatformofthegiftofeternallifeyoureceiveatnewbirth.Godhasmadeall theprovisionsforyoutoliveintherealmofthemiraculouswithHimbutyouhavetoworkitout.

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his goodpleasure.

GOD’SPRINCIPLES

Heworksinsideyouforyoutoworkitout.Thatistheprinciple.Goddealswithprinciples. His principles require that you play your part if you must see amanifestation of your desire. Take salvation for instance, it is the free gift ofGod. You don’t struggle for it, you don’t work hard for it. Yet for you to besavedyoumust takesomestepsonyourown.First,youwilldecidetobelievethegospel inyourheart.Second,by faithyouwill ask Jesus to saveyouwithyourmouth.Freeasitis,itdoesn’tjustfallonyoubychance.It’saclearcaseofchoiceandresponsibilitytoyourchoice.

Itisthesamewithdivinehealth.GodhasmadeprovisionforyoutoliveindivinehealthallthedaysofyourlifebyHisword.In3John2,thewordsays;

Beloved,Iwishaboveall thingsthat thoumayestprosperandbeinhealth,evenasthysoulprospereth.

ThatisGod’sprovision.Butitwillnotjustfallonanyone.Ifyouwantittoberealinyourlife,youmustworkitoutbyappropriatingitpersonallytoyourlifeandhealthsituations.Thesameistrueforfinancialblessings.Ifyouwillnotbe an excited giver, you will die in poverty, no matter your involvement inchurchactivities.Infact,rightthereinthepresenceofGod,youmayfalldownanddieofstarvationandGodwon’tbataneyesimplybecauseifHedoes,HewillbeviolatingHisownprincipleorlawofseedtimeandharvest.

Ifyoudon’tunderstandtheoperationsofGod’sprinciplesorlaws(thelawsofthespiritoflife)youwillbestrugglingwiththelawoftheflesh(lawofsinanddeath) to succeed in spiritualmatters.Take a look at this: the natural lawsaysto increase insubstance,youholdontenaciously towhatyouhavefor“abirdinhandisworthtwointhebush.”Butthespirituallaw,(thelawofthespiritoflife)saystoincreaseinsubstance,yousowthatwhichyouhavebecause:

Theythatsowintearsshallreapinjoy.Hethatgoethforthandweepeth,bearingpreciousseed,shalldoubtlesscomeagainwithrejoicing,bringinghissheaveswithhim.

Psalm126:5-6Factsruleinthenaturalbutfaithisthebackboneoflifeinthespirit.Towalk

inthemiraculousyouhavetolearntofacethefaithandnotthefacts.Think of this: somebody had a blood experiencewhich naturally connotes

abortion, but spiritually, the reserve was the case. She had her baby on theexpecteddateofdelivery.Thetruthisthatthebloodshesawwasonlyathreatbytheenemy,tofindoutifshewasreadyforanabortion.

Themoment you see blood and call it abortion, he says “Yes that’s right,that’swhatIhavecomefor.”Themomentyouhaveafeelingandyoucall itaname,yougiveitroomtomanifest.Thesethingsjustgoaboutlookingforwhois available. Don’t accept the counsel of the devil. Stop carrying about a self

appointedcross.Hetookyourplaceinshametoleadyouintoglory,bygivingyouwhatittakestocontrolallappearancesofevil.

If you can convince yourself that your blood can’t save an ant, then youwon’tneedtocarryacrossaround.Somanycry:“Godwilldoit.IknowHewilldo it,but this ismycross tobear.”Youarenot the saviour.Onlyonecross isauthentic, it has been used; only one blood matters, it has been shed. So, ifyou’re sick and require divine healing but refuse to believe God for it, Godcannot intervene. Ifyouareweakandsickly,butappear inchurchonlyduringseminartime,youwillbemarriedtoweakness,because;

They go from strength to strength, every one of them inZion appearethbeforeGod.

Psalm84:7Soifyouwantever-increasingstrength,workitoutbypluggingyourselfinto

Zionwith understanding. An applicant who stays in bed by 10.00a.m is onlycourtingpoverty.Hedoesn’twanttowork.AnunemployedyoungmanIknowgotreadyonemorningandheadedstraightforthepost-office.Itwasasifjobswerepostedonthenotice-boardofthepost-office.No,butthisyoungmanwentto the post office anyhow. On getting there, he overheard a discussion of aninterview holding that morning. He strained his ears and caught the location.Withoutanyapplicationhewentfortheinterviewandhewastheoneemployed!

Anotheryoungmanwasneckdeepindepression.Hedidhisexaminations,and itwas not very good.He did not fail, yet he did not passwell either.Hementionedittomeandhisonlyregretwasthathedidnotknowanybody.Isaidnothim:“Iwishyouknewwhoyouhave.”

Hedelightethnotinthestrengthofthehorse:hetakethnotpleasureinthelegsofaman.TheLORDtakethpleasureinthemthatfearhim,inthosethathopeinhismercy.

Psalm147:10-11I further said to this young man. “If you want to get into University of

Ibadan,getdowntoIbadan.Youdon’tneedtoknowanybodyhigherthanGod.Justgothere.”Truetothesewords,hearrivedat theuniversitygateandsawamandriving inwithhis sonwhowas also seekingadmission.Theyhadnevermet.Themanpickedthisyoungmanthinkinghewasastudentandwouldshowhimthewaytoaparticularoffice.Inthecar,however,theyoungmandisclosedthathewasalsothereforadmission.Themanwiththecarthentookhisandtheyoungmantotheadmissionoffice.Hegotthereandsaid“thesearemysonsandthey are the ones I came for.” Ultimately, it was the son of God that wasadmitted,notthesonoftheman.ThatmanwiththecarwastheGodappointedassthatthechildofGodwouldusetorisemajesticallyintohisadmission.This

istheworkingofmiracles!IfthatyoungmanhadbeenwaitingforGodtodropan admission letter from the skies, perhaps hewould still bewaiting by now.Thisisthegospel.Godworksinsideyoutoenableyouworkontheoutside.Themystery of the working of miracles has eluded the church and individualbelievers(includingpreachers)becausetheyhavespentalltheirliveswaitingforwhattheyshouldbeworkingout.

Ourministryhashadnoback-upofanykindfromanywheresinceinception.WhatGodsaysis“Carryneitherpursenorscrip,norshoes:andsalutenomanbytheway” (Luke10:4).Thatmeansyouarenotexpected to lobbyanymanbecauseGodissufficientfortheassignment.WhenHesentthediscipleswithoutpurse,scripandshoes,theylackednothing.

Friend, there are keys that unlock the doors to the supernatural. Feelingshavenopart in the realitiesof the supernatural; allyouneed is towalk in thepath of the truth. “Ye shall know the truth and the truth shallmake you free”(John 8:32). The faith walk is walking in the reality of the unseen, drawingstrengthfromthewrittenword.

It is not natural for preachers to be rich – particularly when you are nottouching the church purse. But until you discover how to flow in thesupernatural, prosperity will elude you. I have not found any reason whyanybodyinthechurchIpastorshouldbericherthanmebecauseitwasJESUSwhorodeonthecolt.Thediscipleswerefollowinghimonfoot!IfwhatIpreachisenrichingthecongregation,Imustbecrazynottobepartakingofthesame.

Thehusbandmanthatlabourethmustbefirstpartakerofthefruits.2Timothy2:6

Jesuswasneverfoundroamingthestreetsonpurposelessvisitsfromhousetohouse.Sowhyshouldanypreacherspendvaluabletimegoingfromhousetohouseonidlevisits.Ifyougoaboutlikethatyouwon’tgetfreshmessagesforyourcongregation.

TOOLSFORTHEWORKINGOFMIRACLES

There are tools to use to bring the miraculous into manifestation. We shalldiscussthreeoftheminthissection.

PRAYERTherefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray,

believethatyereceivethem,andyeshallhavethem.Mark11:24

Doyouwant towalk in themiraculous on a daily basis?Then cultivate ahabitofeffectivepraying.Therearecertainmountains thatcanonlybemovedthroughprayer.AndprayerisnothingbutgivingGodbackHiswordinaformofdialogue. However, before you can enjoy the triumph prayer guarantees, youmustcome toGodwithadesire.Godgrants thedesiresof therighteouswhenthey are in linewithHisword.Butmany believers come beforeGodwithoutdesires.James4:2says:“Yehavenotbecauseyeasknot.”Howelsedoweaskexcept inprayers?Hezekiah turnedhis face to thewallandprayedandfifteenextrayearswereaddedtohislife.Elijahprayedandadroughtofthreeandahalfyearswasbroken.PaulandSilasprayedandtheprisongatesburstopen.Prayerisoneofthepowerfultoolsfortheworkingofmiracles.

PROCLAMATIONS

Faithisarousedbytheproclamationofthetruth.IwaswritinganexaminationsometimeagoandIsuddenlylostconsciousness.Iknewthatwasnothingbutanattackoftheenemy.So,Iaddressedthedevil,saying:“Ifyouwererudeenoughto tamperwithme, Iwill showyou the sonofwhom I am.”And thatwas it.Mysteriously,thoughnotsurprisingtome,Ipassedthatexaminationwithflyingcolours.Iknewthatassoonasthosewordswerereleased,theangelsinchargeorganized an operation and brought about desired results. To show you howmuchIbelievedinmyproclamation,somebodyvisitedmethesamedayandnomentionwasmadeofmyexperienceattheexamhall.Ihavehadsomanyotherchildren after that order who made a mess of the devil in dangerousexaminationswithoutanynaturalperformance thatguaranteedsuccess.Soyoucanmakeyour choice.Miraclesdonot just happen, they aremade tohappen.Stop agreeing with your feelings, agree with God’s word that you can haveceaselesstriumph,sayit,believeitandyouwillseeitmanifesting.

Mark11:23isaloadedscripture,itsays:ForverilyIsayuntoyou,Thatwhosoevershallsayuntothismountain,Be

thouremoved,andbethoucastintothesea;andshallnotdoubtinhisheart,butshallbelieve that those thingswhichhesaithshallcometopass;heshallhavewhatsoeverhesaith.

Itisselfexplanatory.Heshallhave“whatsoeverhesaith.”Thekeywordis“saith”andnot“thinketh”nor“dreameth”not“crieth”not“criethfor”but“saith”Godisonlycommittedtoestablishingwhatyouhaveutteredfromyourmouth.

Forwith theheartmanbelievethuntorighteousness;andwith themouthconfessionismadeuntosalvation.(Emphasismine)

Romans10:10Noconfession,nopossession!WhenJesuscursedthefigtree,itdidnotdry

up instantly.ThatdidnotbotherHimbecauseHeknew that thepowerbehindthatwordhadgone intooperation.Thenextday, thedisciplesmarveledwhentheysawthefigtreedrieduptotheroots.ThegreatmenoffaithinthebookofHebrews declared plainly that they sought a countrywhose builderwasGod.Theywerepersuaded,butitdidnotstopthere.Theyembracedthatpromisebuttherewasmoretoit,theyspokeouttheirconvictionandbecameestablishedinfaith.Thereispowerinthespokenword.

God said“Let there be light,” and the light came becauseGOD is a faithGod.HehadnoroomfordoubtinsideHim,sothesayingswereworkingoutthesigns.Youwantmiracles,youwantsigns,thenchangeyourlanguage!Letitfallinlinewithwhatyouclaimtowant.Godhasbeenwaitingtoseewhatyouwillmakeofyourlife.Hehasmadeprovisionsforyoutochooselifeintheplaceofdeath; to choose abundant life above mere existence. God in Proverbs 18:21says:Deathandlifeareinthepowerofthetongue;andtheythatloveitshalleatthefruitthereof.”Godnevermakeschoicesforanyone;Heworksonyourinsideandallowsyou towork itouton the inside.Hecannotspeakforyou.Hewillconfirmyourwordsandperformthecounselofyourheart.Whatyouhavenotseeniswhatyouhavenotsaid.ThatmiracleyouwantbutclaimtobewaitingforGod toperformwill remainundone ifyoudonotwork itout. It is time tomanifestyourSonship.Riseup to thechallengeandwatchHimbeautifyyourlife.

THENAMEOFJESUS

TheNameofJESUSistheMasterKeytoeverydoorthebelieverwantsopened.Itprovidesacoveringforeverythingyouwanttoproduceresult.

And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the LordJesus,givingthankstoGodandtheFatherbyhim.

Colossians3:17It is the invocationof thenameof faith that releasesdivine intervention in

your direction. Any day you want to open up for you and produce miracles,simply invoke the power in the name of Jesus. Say something like: “I go outtodayinthenameofJesus.”Andaddresstheday,“Day–bringforthwonders,

bringforthmiraclesinJesusName.”Thatday,youwillmeetwithunprecedentedmiracles.

PeterandJohnweregoing to the templeat thehourofprayer.Theymetamanlamefrombirthwholayatthegateofthetempledaily.WhenhesawPeterandJohn,Heaskedforalms. Insteadof tossinghimsomecoins, thesemenofGodsaid:

Lookonus…SilverandgoldhaveInone;butsuchasIhavegiveIthee:InthenameofJesusChristofNazarethriseupandwalk.(Emphasismine)

Acts3:4,6Immediately, themiraculous happened; the legs of the lameman received

strengthandheleapedupforjoy.ThereispowerintheNameofJesus.Butithastobeusedinfaithforitto

produce the desired results.Get out of the shackles of ignorance and get intoactionwiththename.Everythingthathasanamebowstothatname.Useit towork out your miracles. Do not die a cheap death when you can reign as aprince.AproperutilizationoftheNamewillgiveyoucontroloveralltheissuesof life.Thewillbowtoyourauthority.Weshallbe talkingabout thepower inthenameingreaterdetailinanotherchapter.

8THEPLACEOFTHEWORD

ThoseHecalledgodsarethoseuntowhomthewordofGodcame.Itisthe

incomingofthewordofamanthateffectsachangeinhisstatus.Theentranceofthewordsparksoffthesupernatural.WhenthewordofGodcomesintoyouon an issue confronting you, light is shed on it and the darkness around itdisappears,theyoumanifestsupernaturally.

ChapterEight

THEPLACEOFTHEWORD

ThesupernaturalcannotbeseparatedfromthewordofGod.It is theword

thatgivesbirthtothesupernatural.ThefoundationforsupernaturallivingisthewordofGod.Thisistheplatformuponwhichitoperates.

Jesussaid:Jesusansweredthem,Isitnotwritteninyourlaw,Isaid,Yearegods?If

he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripturecannotbebroken;Sayyeofhim,whomtheFatherhathsanctified,andsentintotheworld,Thoublasphemest;becauseIsaid,IamtheSonofGod?

John10:34-36The implicationof this scripture is thatwhen thewordofGodentersyour

heartonanyparticularsubjectof life, thatentranceautomaticallymakesyouagodoverthatcircumstanceandcausesyoutooperateintherealmofthegods-thesupernatural.

Yourbeingawalkingbiblewhocanreeloffanynumberofmemoryversesisnoproofthatthewordhasgainedaccessintoyou.

ThoseHecalledgodsarethoseuntowhomthewordofGodcame.Itistheincomingof thewordofGod toaman thateffectsachange inhisstatus.Theentranceof thewordofGodsparksoff thesupernatural. It is theentrance,notthereading. It isneither thepreaching,nor theconfessionof theword,but theentranceoftheword.Noneoftheseisanentranceinitself,theyareallameanstoanend,onlythequickenedwordgivesentrance.Thenaturalreignsuntil thesupernatural appears. Darkness reigns until light appears. The entrance of thewordbringslight.

WhenthewordofGodcomesintoyouonanissueconfrontingyou,lightisshed on it and the darkness around it disappears, then you manifestsupernaturally.

A believer who is far away from God’s word will be far away from thesupernatural.Goddidnotcall themgodsbecause theywent tochurch.Hedidnotcall themgodsbecause theywerepreachers.Hecalled themgodsbecausetheyreceivedthewordofGod.

ThegreatmanofGod,KennethHagin, hadbeenbed-ridden foryears.HewasreachingthescripturessomedayandcametoMarkchapter11,verses23,24:

ForverilyIsayuntoyou,Thatwhosoevershallsayuntothismountain,Bethouremoved,andbethoucastintothesea;andshallnotdoubtinhisheart,butshallbelieve that those thingswhichhesaithshallcometopass;heshallhavewhatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you,What things soever ye desire,whenyepray,believethatyereceivethem,andyeshallhavethem.

Thiswordsankdeepintohim.Fromthatsoliddepth,heacted.Hespokethewordandstoodonhisfeet.Themountainofparalysisdisappearedandhe thatwasbilledfordeath,roseup.Hehasbeenupfornextsixtyyearsnow.

Ireceivedaletterfromamansometimeagowhohadbeenavictimofhighbloodpressureforyears.Hewasreadingmybook,KeystoDivineHealthwhenhiseyesgotopenedandhe received thewordonpage20;“Thedevil isnotagentleman.”Hetookhishealingbyforceandhehasbeenfreeeversince.Notlongago,anothergentlemanwrotetomeasfollows:“Ihavenevermetyounorheard about yourministry before, but I bought a copy of your bookKeys toDivineHealthandithasperformedamiracleinmylife.Thesatanicholdonme(amysterious illnessfor17years)wasbroken.”ThewordofGodenteredintohimandthesupernaturalmanifested.

WhilereadingTheMiracleSeed,oneofourearliestbooksin1985,ayoungman, alone in his room, got saved, filled with the Holy Ghost, and began tospeak in tongues. Today, he is married and is already running a flourishingministry.

I readT.L.Osborn’sbook,PurposeofPentecost in1976,andgot literallyintoxicatedaslightdawnedonmefromheavenandforthefirsttimeinmylife,Ibegan to hear God. My spirit ears popped open. This miracle is one of thegreatestassetstothisMinistrytoday.

The supernatural is transmitted by the word of God. God’s word is thecontainerofHischaracterandHeissupernatural.HowmuchofGod’swordyoureceive,determineshowmuchofHischaracteryoumanifest.

GENUINEANDCOUNTERFEITSUPERNATURALITY

ThereistheneedtowarnyouthatnotallsupernaturalityisofGod.Indeed,somesupernaturaloperationsaredemonic.Don’tconfusemagicwithmiracle.

AdistinctcaseofthisisfoundinthebookofExodusbetweentheEgyptiansorcerers and magicians; andMoses and Aaron on the other hand. Pharaoh’smagicianswereoperating in thenegative realmwhileMoseswasoperating inthe positive realm. When Moses’ rod became a serpent, their own rods toobecameserpent.TheonlythingthatdistinguishedthemwasthatMoses’serpentswallowedalltheotherserpents,thusprovingthatGod’spowerisalmightyandsupernatural.

AnothercaseisthatofElijahandtheprophetsofBaalonMountCarmel.“IfGod be God, then serve Him and if Baal, serve him.” The yardstick ofmeasurementwasfire.TheGodwhoanswersbyfireisthetrueGod.ThatwashowElijahprovedthesupremacyofhisownGodaboveallothergods.

Ofatruth,nobuildingcanstandonashakyfoundation.Makesureofyourfoundationoffaithtoday,otherwise,itwillnotbelongbeforeyoucrumble.YoumusttesteverymanifestationofthesupernaturalviatheacidtestofGod’sword.If the supernatural isnotbasedon theword, it can, andhasmisledmany intooccultism.Only thewordofGodgenerates authentic supernaturality, anythingelseisFAKE;itistraditionalmagic!

MEDITATION

Whenyoueatfood,youknowyouhaveeaten.Itgoesdeepintoyou,getsintoyourdigestivetrackandproducestheenergyyouuse.Foodleadstothereleaseofnaturalenergytoman.Asfoodistothephysicalbody,soisthewordofGodtothespiritofman.ThewordofGodisthefoodofthespirit.Whenyoueatit,youknow.Itgoesdeepinsideyouandproducessupernaturalenergy.ThewordofGodmustbeeateninorderforittoproducethesupernatural.HowdoesoneeatthewordofGod?Youdon’teatthewordbyquotingonehundredscripturespersecond.Youdon’teatthewordbyprayingandfasting.Youeatthewordbystudyingandmeditatingonit.Yougetattheletterofthewordthroughstudyingbutyougetthespirit,thesubstancebehindthewordthroughmeditation.Thisisthe uncovering of the word to get the substance inside. When you get thesubstance,itgoesintoyourheartasaseed.Whenthewordgetsintoyourheart,youwillknow.Itbringslightandthesupernaturalmanifests.

Whenconfrontedwithadifficultsituation,goforthewordthatisrelatedtoit.That shouldbe the first thing todo.Manyoutof anxiety for their situation

rush intoprayers. It iswrong.Effectiveprayer isonlypossible afteryouhavelocatedtherightwordforyoursituation.Godisnotmovedbyyouranxietiesoryourtears.Mostof theafflictedwhocametoJesusintearswerefirstaskedtoweep nomore, before he couldminister to them. God is not moved by yourtears,He ismoved by your faith,which is a product of revelation that comesfromtheword.

So the first thing to do in dealing with anything that challenges yourredemption right is to locate the appropriateword and then use it against thesituation in prayers, in confessions and making prophetic declarations.
