• are not reliability tests• are compliance and not definitional• operation system is (on/off)

• total interval test less than the worker. Set limits on the useful life• are failure-free operation (no statistics on failure or a very small statistics), from which follows the non-applicability of statistical methods of evaluation• monitoring of computer-aided test systems and on-board telemetry information system have different controllability (instrumental and methodical)

Main task is assessment of the reliability for the thermal mode system into the unique spacecraft on the results of the integrated electrical tests with the account controllability of the monitoring system.

The goal is to develop an engineering test procedure for automated reliability estimation of the thermal mode system. Visualize the data.

Problem • During integrated electrical tests reliability

has never been evaluated, because GOST no requirements on intermediate measures of reliability (their choice is a separate task!), and there are only recommendations• The scientific basis - the theory of testing, which itself is in development.

Primary hypothesisOnly one thing remains: modeling ...

•Link reliability model of the thermal mode system + monitoring system at the design stage and function model of thermal mode system at the stage of integrated electrical tests. •Define functional and information communication between models. On the basis of these relations to build the modeling program failures for thermal mode system. •The program of the failure to carry out in the real spacecraft at the stage of integrated electrical tests.They approve, that the experiment

will confirm the given reliability measure (probability must be determined).

• To Verification of the fault tree to carry out in the real KA.• To onsider the application of other methods in the other Relex modules.
